Nice and clean lodging, wonderful staff, the food was excellent, I enjoyed my stay, I haven't been on a upland bird hunt in 35 years when my grandfather had a farm, It brought back a lot wonderful childhood memories, We harvested a lot of pheasants, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, ready to try it again if we can get a group together.

This is an absolutely beautiful venue in the most beautiful wide-open countryside. There’s so much room for just about any special event you can think of. Immaculately clean and well thought out.

First time pheasant hunting and I will admit this place has spoiled me. Great accommodations, good food cooked for us, bar ready to go, games, skeet, THE ViEWS, guide was entertaining and knowledgeable ( even for an OU sooner fan), dogs hunted and chased hard, good tough chasing roosters in the morning and a shootout of birds in the afternoon, birds dressed for us when we left and will definitely be back again.

SAO is a great place! Our Guides Ryan and Kellen were awesome. The dogs worked hard and were equally impressive retrievers. We were served great meals by Lori and her helpers. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The Owner Sheila was very welcoming and has a wonderful team assembled. I definitely recommend SAO and hope to return soon.

After a few bad reviews on Google and Facebook the deposit was finally refunded.It shouldn’t take the bad reviews to get someone to do the right thing!A great place to hunt as I originally stated so I’ll change my review from a 1 to 3.Don’t be greedy, you clearly have a beautiful place and not hurting for $$ so don’t play games with the deposits. Be better !Beware on the deposit. Owner refuses to give deposit refund to my hunting Buddy after she promised me in Jan 2023 it was fully refundable.Now won’t return phone calls, emails or text from Jim Bledsoe.Be better than this!We had an amazing time! Sheldon is an awesome guide and funny as hell. Highly recommend this Outfitter! We already made plans to go back next year. Meals were awesome, sleeping quarters were great, loads of fun and memories made !!! Dogs worked great also! Highly recommended !!!!

This was our third year at Scattered Acres and we can't imagine hunting pheasant anywhere else. This is a top-notch operation from the owners, guides, dogs, birds, lodge and food. We highly recommend the combo hunt and know you won't be disappointed.

Just got back from a 2 day hunt. The amenities are fantastic and you definitely don't go away hungry. The dogs hunt great and the guides manage them very well. What really makes this place are the hosts. Robert and Sheila are very laid back and are definitely there to accommodate your stay and make sure you have a great time.

Great people, hunting, food, and lodging. Everything about this experience was phenomenal. I just left this morning and I'm ready to go back. The owners and guides treat you like family and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend if you want to have a great overall experience!

Booked a fishing trip with sheldon for 9/25/21. He was a no show, we never received a call or explanation. Just ditched our party. Seems like a bad way to conduct a guide business. UPDATE. Have since spoke with sheldon and we are going to try a trip again. Will update after trip
