We’ve been having our golden doodle Bennie groomed at Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming for almost 2 years now. As a puppy, Bennie was extremely difficult to work with. He didn’t like being groomed all, and would try to bite the brush if it so much as touched him. Fortunately, Kristal and the team at Woof Gang have extensive experience dealing with reactive dogs, and with a combination of positive reinforcement and treats, they managed to get Bennie calm enough to go through the whole grooming process. it took awhile, but after almost two years of regular visits and a lot of patience and loving care by Kristal, Bennie is now actually a very good boy during his visits, and really enjoys seeing Kristal and the other kind people at Woof Gang Bakery. And best of all, Bennie always looks amazing when he’s done! So I would highly recommend Woof Gang to anyone who is looking for a highly qualified groomer for their furry family members. They also have a great selection of pet clothing, toys and food in their store, so it’s a great place to shop too!

The team at Wolfgang has done a great job looking after our Shi Tzu Gizmo. He looks fantastic every time Toni bathes and grooms him. I can tell he secretly loves her but he doesn’t want us to know he’s getting spoiled while she works on him. Kristal and the team have been very accommodating of our schedule and booked us out so that we can keep Gizmo to his routine. I can tell he is loved and pampered while in their capable hands. ADORABLE SHOP! Lots of fun gourmet treats for the pups!😋 Also they have CHIEFS GEAR, leashes and collars & some high quality dog food kibbel and fresh! The groomers are amazing & sweet! They always make my pups look, feel and smell wonderful! 10/10 recommend!

Both of our golden doodles have gone here for years! They always do an amazing job and spend the extra time to make our anxious dogs feel safe! We love that we can drop them off for their appointment time and can pick them up right when they are done. Can’t say enough good things about them!!

This is maybe the best groomer I've ever been to. Crystal is AMAZING. My Cavalier looks better than he ever has. She is always on time and you can tell she adores dogs. The front desk girl is super sweet. I can't say enough good things about this place!

I absolutely adore this Woof Gang location! The way they care for my precious pups is truly exceptional. I adore the fact that it's a small, locally-owned business. The owners and staff are always incredibly warm and welcoming, and they consistently do an outstanding job. Not to mention, the store itself is absolutely stunning! It's evident that they have a genuine love for my furry friends, and my dogs absolutely adore visiting this place.

We have been clients here for years with our last dog that has now passed. We never had any problems. We now have a new Havanese puppy. She was in for 2 puppy grooms and all was fine. We took her in for her 3rd puppy groom the day before Thanksgiving. When my husband picked her up he didn't not want to say. The front half of her head was sheared down accidentally and they just pulled the back half that was long into a bow And put it in a bun. The 'groomer' oddly told him that she was a groomer and not just a bather. My husband brought her home for me to see and I was shocked they sent her home like that. My 10 yr old daughter was in tears. I called and talked to someone that claimed to be a manager. I said they need to trim her all over to even out her head and blend it into her body. She refused and was horribly unprofessional. She told me my little 6lb puppy had bit the groomer. She is the sweetest little puppy with no aggression. What a terrible way to treat a long term client before a holiday! I brought her back in and the grooming manager couldn't believe it. She agreed to even her out. I later found out that the person I spoke to on the phone was actually the owner! She had lied to me about that and other things I was told by one of her employees. If employees are telling clients this there are real issues with the business. This is not a reputable business. Please use one of the many other groomers in town.

I am beyond grateful for Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming in Overland Park, KS. Our Shitzhu Bella had obviously been traumatized from our old groomer and started to nip and gator roll. After spending hundreds of dollars to get her tested so she could take a sedative prior to grooming they refused to groom her anymore. I was beyond upset and had no clue who I was going to get to groom her. After a couple of places I reached out to Woof Gang and I am so happy to have found them. The owner, Crystal, is so patient and willing to work with Bella. Oh, and you should see their gourmet dog biscuits decorated so cute. They have Birthday treats too! Lots of accessories for your furbaby you will love. Thank you Woof Gang for being so amazing. I am so glad I found you and we will be longtime patrons of your fabulous business for years to come

I have been taking my Pomeranian here since they opened and never had a bad experience! They are always so quick which I REALLY appreciate because I have taken her to places that keep them there all day and that is so unnecessarily stressful for your dog. I did also notice a 1 star review below that said they refused to brush a dog. I can tell you after working in the pet industry that dog was 100% matted. You can not brush a matted dog they have to be shaved. You cannot brush through them. They also only form from you neglecting to brush your dog. It really irritates me when pet owners neglect their dogs then blame the groomer for not being able to wave a magic wand. Exactly why I only worked in the pet industry for a couple years!

They refused to brush my dog and said he would be hurt if he didn’t get shaved. So they shaved his entire body and his tail. So unprofessional. They’re lazy, they don’t care about the dogs. They only care about doing what’s easier for them. Thanks to them now my poodle looks like a cat.

The whole staff is warm and inviting (to humans and animals alike)! We absolutely love our groomer, Jess!! I always know my pup will get so much love and pampering, not to mention our pup smells so good and keeps smelling good longer than any other grooming in the past!Oh and let's not forget about all the baked goodies! Very poor grooming service. I will never take my dog here again.They did cut my dogs belly during the grooming service and don’t even feel SORRY about that.Jason was very rude when I started talking about the cut and he offered to take a look but not in the way he could. Also, he said it very normal to have cuts during grooming.At the end, his said “Do what you want to do”

Today was our first day for grooming. Mumford my 8lb Maltipoo looks AMAZING! I love that they have appointments. This will definitely be our new home for grooming. Now we just need to bring our Great Dane in for a bath. 🙂 Still going here for grooming and very happy we found this business.

Amanda and Jessica are AMAZING!! They were both so kind and patient with my senior chihuahua (22) who is very fragile and completely hates getting her nails clipped, and my new puppy (he was scared as it was his first time). They spent extra time with both of my dogs to make them comfortable and gain their trust, and they also got the clippings done in record time! I only waited about 7 minutes total, and both pups came out happier than they went in, tails wagging and all. I had a really bad experience in the past with a different groomer here, causing my senior dog to cry and limp for a week straight, even after BEGGING the groomer to be gentle. This last experience will definitely keep us coming back! These are the only 2 girls I will trust with my babies from now on! Excellent job you guys!

We have never walked in this establishment till today topurchase some doggie birthday cakes for our pups 1 year anniversary…So happy we did! These are the warmest folks you could ever meet. Helpful, engaging and I guess very into your pet. You can easily see these people have a passion for your pets. We bought some little cakes and doggie ice cream thinking our 1 yr old dachshunds would turn up noses. My puppies absolutely loved everything we bought as well as the complimentary items the owners provided us. It is so refreshing to walk in and connect with people that are as passionate as you are…This place is the bomb and we’ll support their business. TOTALLY IMPRESSIVE!!!!!

We like this grooming facility for our Yorkie and have been going here for several years. The store is clean and well lit with a good variety of merchandise. They keep notes on services they provide for each dog so that it is clear what they should do the next time and listen well when it comes to specific grooming requests. Be sure to plan early if you want a weekend appointment -- they fill up fast!

I absolutely love this place, and you will too! I brought my two doggos in to get a birthday treat (or two...) for the younger pup and they were both treated like royalty by the staff. Prepare your dog for lots of pets, and treats to boot!The first thing that's immediately apparent is how friendly everyone is. Emily & Evelyn assisted me and were beyond helpful in pointing out what is most popular, the nutrition facts, pricing, etc. They even took the time to walk around the store with me and suggest some good items to consider.The second thing that stands out is the incredible selection of products. What blows my mind is how many treat options there are for your pupper! The prices are competitive too, especially considering that the ingredients are very high quality. The birthday cakes are personally made by the owner and are decorated so well! The second I saw one I honestly wanted to eat one on the spot, and thankfully I can (though it's really for my birthday girl)! Apparently all of the baked treats in store are totally safe for humans and actually taste pretty good. One of the workers tastes each one herself as "QA" (or so I've been told)! :DIf you are a dog lover, then you will love this store. And if you don't have one yet (you should really get on that), then stop in and grab some treats for a friend or family member! They would make a great gift and I plan on returning for more for Christmas presents.
