We board our three cats here. The facility is bright, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and tells us about their interactions with our felines during their stay. Each cat has a window to look outside and are allowed to roam around the room a bit each day. Each cat also has its own cubicle, which is nice. I'm so glad we found this facility. I trust that the cats are well cared for. I highly recommend this boarding facility for cats.

Dr. Strickland has been treating my dog Maze for heart worms this past year. Her and the staff made sure I was well educated through out this difficult experience. I always had the help and support I needed. They were so comforting through out this entire time. Dr. Strickland is very thorough and takes her time. I value her analytical/logical yet very compassionate approach to veterinary care.Maze is now officially heart worm free as of TODAY. She can now run and play with out fear. All thanks to Dr. Strickland and TDAAC staff.

My puppy and me adore this place!!! This is our second daycare facility we have tried. The first place we went left my Dalmatian puppy terrified, but after one day at two dogs and cat she couldn’t wait to go back! The staff is amazing and makes my pup feel at home as soon as she walks in. They are kind and willing to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend this place to anyone and all my neighbors love this place too!

The staff on both the daycare and the veterinary side are truly exceptional. They are so sweet and kind with my pup, and really care about the quality of my pet's experience. My dog loves coming in for daycare each week, practically leaping at the counter in the mornings (and poking his nose at the treat bowl). On the veterinary side, Dr. Coles is excellent. He is proactive and decisive with workups and interventions, making me feel that my pup is in good hands. He and the staff go the extra mile to give me peace of mind regarding my pup's health and quickly respond to phone calls.

We will not be bringing our dog back here. After a few days of using 2 Dogs and a Cat for doggie day care we thought everything was going well. On our dogs’ third visit we were watching the cameras and saw one of the workers being very aggressive, and with a couple of dogs in particular. She was grabbing them by the face and pushing them down, pushing dogs around for no apparent reason, she forcefully grabbed a dog by the ear, forcefully grabbed dogs by their scruff multiple times, pretended to whip a dog with her leash, and all of this was in less than an hours’ time. We came to get our dog out of there as soon as we could and informed the managers. We showed them one of the video clips we took and told them we had video clips of all of these instances if they wanted to see them, or they could review the video footage themselves. They told us they would take care of this right away and we later saw that they moved the employee to be with the small dogs instead of the big dogs. Not sure how this was a “solution”. They also told us they would call us to give us an update on what their plan of action was and how they were going to remedy the situation. We never received a follow up call or communication. We strongly encourage pet owners to watch cameras and check in on their dogs when there are cameras available. It was terrifying to see someone treat other people’s pets in this way.

Our vet, Dr. Jennifer Strickland, moved her practice over to join Two Dogs and a Cat and we followed her because we love her so much. She has taken care of my two dogs, Sheldon and Buster, since I rescued them (6 and 7 years ago, respectively). I have also had my pups in doggy daycare, which they enjoyed. And my partner now brings his German Shepherd here, as well. We have nothing but great things to say about the staff and our experiences, and would highly recommend them.

This smiling Greyhound just had his teeth cleaned at Two Dogs And A Cat. His energy level and his appetite have both improved since then.Veterinary care at Two Dogs And A Cat is top notch. They keep you advised of your pet's needs and deliver what they promise. Dr. Strickland has been my personal veterinarian for well over 20 years.Perhaps most important—they care as much about your cats and dogs as you do.

My dog can be difficult to handle sometimes and can't be with other dogs. They have been extremely patient with him and he is always happy to see the people there when I drop him off.

The staff here is wonderful with follow up, kind and attentive. I know my dog is in good hands when I leave town. Even though she can be really shy and get anxiety when I'm not around, I love that she still follows the vet techs around for pets and that I can watch her on camera.

I love Two Dogs and a Cat! Dr. Strickland and the vet staff are awesome. My dog can be difficult, but they love him and I always know he’s in good hands! The daycare side is irreplaceable! They care for him like he’s their own and really have taken the time to bond with him. This place is his home away from home! I trust them endlessly with my baby!

Just make sure you take before and after pictures when scheduling a grooming appointment, especially if it’s not the groomer who usually cuts your dog’s hair. Even though the groomer’s notes trump pictures and your 5+ years of going to them. I understand they offered to discount the next grooming, but why not just schedule an appointment to fix the issue. My dog’s hair is matting after getting groomed less then two weeks ago. Plus, the customer service needs improving.

Seriously a life saver and an amazing day care and Vet! My pup has been well taken care of here. I feel like she is treated like family. They pay attention to any off behavior or if she isn't feeling well and report it to me. Have the vet connected is super convenient. She is always so excited to go to daycare and it has really helped her development and socialization as she has grown. All of the staff are so kind and reliable. I feel so blessed to have found this place!

Dr. Strickland is the best. We have been taking our cats to her for years because she is gentle, yet thorough. She goes above and beyond giving our long haired tabby a sanitary cut so he has a happy bottom. I highly recommend this practice.

Love this place for the daycare AND for the boarding! My pup has the best time at daycare and the workers are very affectionate to the dogs. They genuinely love being around dogs!! My mini poodle always jumps out of the car when he sees the building, because he's so eager to play with his friends. I do wish the dog cam was available to view on a computer and not on a downloaded app for just a phone.Boarding: they have a regular bed and a VIP bed. I selected the VIP bed as it's a bit quieter. They allowed us to bring in his dog bed and hang out with his BFF when she was boarded one of the same nights. They kept notes on him so when he was picked up, they were able to review the notes and tell us no incidents occurred!!My fiancé, my mini poodle and I LOVE this place!!

I am not a customer but if I had a pet, I would be! I was driving to my dental appointment and I saw a lady dancing with a dog, she was smiling and in a zone. As I turned into into this back alleyway I thought “how weird…” but as I pulled around I noticed the name on the building and said, “OMG! She deserves a shoutout”

I can not encourage you enough to avoid this place! I took my dog in for a grooming appointment and they ended up cutting off the end of his tail! They were NOT apologetic about it all and still tried to charge me full price for the grooming. The groomer wouldn't even come out to talk to me and tell me how this even happened. When they finally brought me my dog his tail was dripping blood and they had to put super glue on him to get it to stop bleeding. They kept telling me it was only a nick and "not a big deal". I can not encourage you enough to avoid this place and find a different groomer....any groomer is better than this place!

I took my standard poodle for grooming today, had a noon appointment which was accepted. We took her at noon and Katie was there, received her, and said she would call when Joliet was ready. At 4:30 Katie called to tell me she had not groomed her, no bath, no haircut, nothing. I asked what Joliet had been doing for the past 4 1/2 hours and she said "watching me groom other dogs." I was furious, and went immediately to pick her up. We found her tied by her leash to a pole, not able to walk around, no water, just sitting like that for 4 1/2 hours. I was shocked!I consider that animal cruelty and intend to report this place to authorities Monday morning. It is absurd what happened to my dog today, how she was mistreated, and the negligence of the groomer. If you care about your pet, do not go to this groomer. They need to close down.

Update: I want to speak beyond the COVID stuff! I love, love, love this vet. I see Dr. Strickland most of the time, though the entire staff is great. I've seen Dr. Strickland since about 2001 (dogs, cats, and rabbits), when she was at her previous office, and I have no regrets about following her here despite the distance. (We literally live within walking distance of two vet offices and instead drive 20 minutes, though I know those places are wonderful.)The staff knows the personalities of all my cats and plan accordingly. Luckily, most of them are pretty good, but I've had spicy ones in the past and they never seem flustered. Dr. Strickland saw an aggressive dog my family had when I was young, and she even had a plan in place for him, though I can't speak to specific policies at this office. They do their best to get my pets in ASAP during emergencies, and I've managed to avoid a lot of ER visits for these stinkers. This often means dropping them off when they open and picking them up later in the day after they can squeeze them in. They also do dropoffs for short appointments that would be easiest to do when there's extra time rather than a specific hour or if you can't stay. They always go above and beyond, talking to peers in different specialities without charging for that work. They don't talk around issues and give you the straight scoop without losing empathy. They will do everything they can to save your pet but will advise you if they think quality of life or chances of success are low.I've never been made to feel paranoid. I've gone in with "gut feelings" a couple of times, and not only have I been taken seriously, they actually did find things because they trust the pets' humans and search just as they would if they knew there was a real issue. They also tell you when something is outside of their abilities and refer you elsewhere. Remember, this is like a human GP's office. Like your human GP can't treat everything, neither can they, and that's okay! The pet app they use is super helpful, and you can schedule appointments online and send emails. I often bring in two pets at a time, and they're technically scheduled about 15 minutes apart to accommodate both of them.Cost-wise, I find them to be on par with a lot of other places in the area (based on talking to people who go to different vets). They will talk to you about different options at different price points when options are available.I have had to put animals to sleep at their office, and it's always been as positive an experience as it can be. I've also lost animals at other places, and they send me a nice card afterward, with the staff members who worked with my pet all writing personalized notes. I feel they love my cats as their own.--They did a great job with social distancing during COVID. Lots of signage to make the expectations clear, workers in masks, vets call you on the phone for discussion.

10/10! I took my cat there for a checkup and her annual shots. They were super friendly to me and my cat, I absolutely loved it there and I am definitely going to keep going there because I appreciate how they cared for my cat and tried to make her as comfortable as possible. They also explained everything in detail and gave me time to ask questions if I had any. Plus I like that they use the PetDesk app and were able to email my receipt so it makes it easier to keep track of my pets records.

Two Dogs and a Cat always takes care of my pups! Dr.Strickland has been our go to care provider and has always gone out of her way to make sure our two poms are healthy and happy. Highly recommend for anyone in the area looking for great vets. Also, the dogs at the daycare always look super happy so I'm sure it's great there too :)

Though I liked my vet, I decided to stop using this location. Until today, I have boarded my cat here when I go out of town. Though the staff never brushed my cat's hair or offered basic stimulus and maintenance during her boarding, it was a safe place for her to stay while I went out of town. However, during her last stay, a technician applied flea treatment to the hair rather than the skin of my cat. As a result, she consumed a portion of this poison and became very ill. When I picked her up, her fur was sticky and full of crusty white flakes. She didn't eat for a day and soon after this fast she started throwing up green bile. When I confronted the staff over the phone, they tried to blame it on kidney failure without any diagnostics or test results rather than take accountability for what had happened. I understand mistakes, but seeing as how pesticides, including flea treatment, are a major cause for acute kidney failure, loss of appetite and vomiting, the right thing to do would have been to apologize and check out my cat for any injuries related to the incident. Instead, they pointed out how many times this technician had applied flea treatments and that they would only be able to check my cat for kidney failure rather than treat her for food poisoning. Sheeshh and good riddance!

I am so thankful for Two Dogs and a Cat Pet Club. I adopted my dog as a 7 month old beagle mix and having never had a puppy before and only adopting adult dogs previously, I was soon overwhelmed. I quickly learned though that a tired puppy is a good puppy and I started taking her to Two Dogs (I had taken my Gracie there too but she was more just for overnights and not daycare) and it has been such a blessing. She is greeted by name and the check-in process couldn't be easier and if you buy a package, the check-out is easy as well. I travel here and there for work and personal and it is so reassuring that I know that my dog is being well taken care of and having the time of her life whether for day care or boarding. I am so thankful for the cameras too that allow me to check-in on her as well. I appreciate that drop off is as early as 7am and pick up is as late as 7pm and that is all one day and no additional charge. That is always helpful if heading out of town first thing for a work meeting and I don't have to take her the night before. Kim, Rachel, and Karen, just to name a few are the very best. Thank you all for taking such great care of my Katie.

EVERYTHING at this Pet Club is SO incredibly expensive. It's unreasonable. I feel like they are just taking gross advantage of the general public. The quality of care isn't any better or worse than any other place.

I’ve been taking my oldest Boxer to Two Dogs and A Cat for over two year and my youngest pup since he could begin going in November last year. The daycare and resort have staff that truly cares about your pet, takes care to inform you of any concerns or if your pup is doing really well. This has been an amazing opportunity for my dogs to be socialized in a safe and clean environment. In addition to boarding and daycare services, my pets are also treated by the onsite veterinary staff. They’ve always provided excellent treatment, they make sure you understand what all options are before treatment and care for your animal as if it was their own. My 7 year old cat was in liver failure and I wasn’t willing to stop fighting for her. They helped me make the best choices for her and helped me with treatment options with budget in mind. The entire treated her for weeks and saved her life. She had a feeding tube placed, she was given daily medical attention, feedings, etc. eventually she came home to me and is alive and well today thanks to this wonderful staff! I would highly recommend Two Dogs and A Cat to anyone looking for new pet care and veterinary services!

As a first-time puppy owner, I have many questions (almost daily). The Vet staff here is not only knowledgeable and friendly, they’re incredibly patient fielding all my questions. They are forthcoming with information, and transparent & timely in their responses. I started taking my pup here at the height of the COVID pandemic, & they’ve taken every precaution to keep the pets, their parents & their staff safe. I feel completely confident in their ability to care for my dog & they came highly recommended to me from other pet owners; rightfully so.
