Really cool place, lots of options for organizing all kinds of different things, rooms, etc..Very friendly knowledgeable staff, eager to help u in any way. Had a great time picking out storage options for different rooms, & hobbies. Bring plenty of $ though, some of their items are a bit pricey, but can also find reasonably priced storage options as well. Had nice clean restroom options ladies...loving that too!!!

Good variety of essential storage products. Very well displayed and clean. However we walked the entire store and only good a thank you has we were leaving. And that didn't even come with a smile 😔. When things can be ordered online so easily these days a customer in your store is invaluable.

My wife and I scheduled a free consultation with one of their design specialists (Chris) in the shelving department and we couldn't have been happier. Chris' knowledge and expertise were exactly what we needed when mapping out our custom closet space to maxmimize the usage space. We had an issue one of the racks, and Chris promptly assisted us with a replacment. Excellent customer service. We would highly recommend working with Chris!

This store is going downhill fast! I have been coming here for years and loved it. But it is starting to show its true colors which are more akin to my experiences in Texas. Poor management. Nobody wants to serve customers. Wait line is horrendous. Store manager is too good to help. Awful.

The employees were great. They got a Bungee Chair down from a shelf for me. I changed my mind on color and went back and got a chair myself. The employees are obviously skilled because the box landed on my head and dropped to the floor. :) I should have asked for help! I bought the chair and the process was so easy. I already have one of these chairs and they are amazing! Get the one without arms so you can scooch up to your desk or sewing table. This chair is popular with quilters and sewists. And for good reason!

The customer service here is TOP NOTCH. As soon as I walked in they offered to help me look for anything in particular I might be looking for. And then other employees throughout the store continued to offer assistance, or ask how I was doing, consistently. They're very customer-oriented and I felt like royalty!The products are very multipurpose and customizable. Examples: You could get drawer separators that had their OWN little separators to go inside them. You could stack special boxes in any customizable preference that you had - different sizes or not - and the product was stiff very functional. Some products even had suggestions next to the item of different ways they could be used.Also, I loved that most of the products had measurements attached to the price tag; very helpful!!

Needed a container for work they said they were open til 8 online come to find out they closed at 7. False advertisement is a quick way to loose business. Will never go back, which is sad because I used to love the container store.

We used The Container Store to design, and install two new closet systems. It was an A+ experience from start to finish. Special kudos to Chris, a closet design specialist. She visited our house, designed custom layouts, and was our liaison for the installation and completion of the projects. We love our new closets!

Soooo I had my Zaddy bring me all the way out to the container store today as we live over on the poor side of State Line. Anyways I thought this place would be a great way to organize our home better as my ADHD has attempted to wreak havoc across our office and storage spaces. Well don't get me wrong it was a super cool store with copious options to organize. You just better have copious dollars to shell out for anything there.

It was actually really cool there. We thought that it seemed overpriced, but when we looked up similar items for cabinet organization on Amazon it was pretty similar. This means that there's some pretty good quality stuff there at a reasonable price. Honestly, you get a lot of ideas when you go in there! It has containers for just about everything and a lot of different colors, and the store is organized by rooms in your home for ease.

Great storage options no matter how niche.Wide price range so if something does seem expensive look around and you can usually find a similar item at a price that works better for your budget!

The Container Store is the REI of organizing. Many high end items with a few mid priced ones. They have BOGO Half Off sales throughout the year along with 10% or 15% coupons. The products they sell are long lasting.

I came all the way from Idaho for a container. Website said closed at 8, they close at 7...got there at 7:03. Sad! Great containers in that there store though. If I could've gone in, no doubt I would've found the best container.

It's fun to go inside... but their merchandise is generally 25% more (aka 1.25 times more) expensive than other nearby stores (Target, Home Goods, Walmart, etc) so I generally don't purchase much here. Nice / helpful employees though!

The prices here have sadly soared in recent years. It was never this expensive prior to 2020.The people who work here aren’t the greatest. We were walking up to the cashier to checkout (there was no line), and a Container Store employee, who I assume had just gotten off her shift, ran to get in front of us so she could check out whatever she had gotten. It’s so unprofessional coming from employees treating customers like that. Left with a bad taste because of the impression they don’t prioritize customers.
