Ping did a great job as always. What confused me is my dog Raelyn has a grooming appointment on April 3rd & May 25th. What happened to March. She is supposed to be groomed monthly.

Shopped there around 11:30. Found the items I needed and looked at fish for awhile. I browsed for at least 10 minutes and decided on my purchase. Couldn't find an employee to assist me. One lady on checkout. I finally asked her if she was the only one there. She said there was someone 'in back' but made no attempt to call them to assist me. After waiting another 10 minutes, I gave up and left. Glad you don't need the $90 I spent at Olathe Pet Shop.

Ping does an outstanding job on our Yorkie. She is great with him and almost seems to enjoy seeing her. Whitney does a very good job of running the grooming salon. They are both good people who care.

Whitney has been our groomer at Petco for many years! She always grooms both of my dogs a cut above! They are both rescues and have total trust with Whitney as well as myself! Thank you for such an awesome grooming salon ❤️❤️

Annie seems to like the girls. She was limping after so not sure if she tried to pull away when they did her nails. This happened last month too but after a couple days she is fine. I know she's kind of a touch me not, that's why i have someone groom & trim her. It was her right front leg she was limping on.

WHitney does an excellent job trimming my dogs toenails. She also made an allowance to go ahead and keep our appointment even though i was very late and she was about to go on break. She went above and beyond!!!

The store was very clean and smelled really good. The staff was very friendly and they seemed to use care with my dog. They groomed her just the way I had asked them to and did everything that i asked them too. We will definitely come back as we were very pleased.

Please make sure when making calls to confirm appointments that the customer knows which location the appointment was made...there was a little confusion with my appointment location. Overall I had a great experience and my dogs grooming was excellent...
