They offered to give my dog a shorter cut to give him more time between grooming appointments but nicked him all over. It seems like everywhere they shaved him he has wounds. I appreciate them trying to accommodate the frequency of grooming but not at the expense of my dog’s skin! I most likely won’t come back to this store and will continue to drive an hour and a half to our previous Petco groomers as they did a fantastic job each time.

Incredible service from the clinic’s staff and vet. My dog had a critical condition and was not given proper instruction how to treat it. Thankfully I took my dog in and they were able to address his condition and provide recommendations for the best recovery. Grateful for them, I am a life long client.

This Petco rarely has the things I want in stock. Actually I don’t think they have ever re-stocked their small animal section since the move. Every time I go there is less and less there. They also decreased their selection when they moved to this location which is impressive since their selection wasn’t great to begin with. I’ll go out of my way to go to Petsmart and I suggest you do the same if you want to be able to purchase something reliably.

The staff was friendly and the store is new and clean.The aisles are a bit tight. It’s definitely square footage for a pet store. Some of the aisles can’t fit the width of two carts.

I received services at Vetco. Excellent Vet and staff go above and beyond ensure my dog, Sammie is healthy well cared for and feels comfortable and loved during his appointment. I have been to other location and not had a good experience. I drive an hour for my dog, Sammie to see this vet and staff. Thank you for treating me and my Sammie like family.

Waste of time going here. Their website is not accurately updated on available products. I go online last night to order something for pick up for today. I Sign up for the text notifications and at 10am I get a notification saying sorry we missed you and here’s a refund no explanation or anything. I find out from customer service that they’re out of stock of 20lbs bag of Pine litter I was trying to order. I tried calling the store multiple time to talk to someone who actually in the store and no one answers. So I resort to calling the customer service hotline. And the lady helps me out. Just annoying to have to go through all of this. I hate when my time is wasted!!!!!!Was hoping to switch over to petco since it was closer than petsmart but I Will only be sticking with petsmart now because they are reliable with product availability and they actually ANSWER the phone when you call…….I would be less annoyed if the text message i received this morning accurately explained why my order was cancelled instead of saying sorry we missed you. To me I’m thinking I was never even notified it was ready for pick up so what’s going on. So I state again waste of time.

Large amounts of healthy animals except one ball python who is SEVERELY in shed where it’s hardened over his eyes and body. Large quantities of products but someone should definitely get that little guy some attention for his stuck shed in his eyes.

I filled out a Petco review last week on my experience at Corbin Park store in Overland Park but a request was sent out today again. I also filled out a survey on Google.The service was poor. When I walked in the cashier standing by the cash register did not acknowledge me despite not being busy. I have been to other Petco stores and always watch the cashiers stocking the store during their downtimes. When I was ready to check out, I went to the cashier to pick up my online order; she directed my to the storage area to retrieve the items instead of retrieving it and setting in on my cart despite me being the sole individual at the cash register line. I then asked if they did curbside pickup since she obviously was not interested in helping me load the 30lb bag of dog food, and the answer was no.Least to say, I will not be back to this Petco location. My suggestion is, don't work retail is you do not want to assist your customers. By the way, cookie cutter responses to google review do not cut it. Make an attempt to reach out to the customer.

Despite it being a new store. The service was very disappointing. The sales attendant was not interested in assisting the customer despite not having anyone else in line. It was an online purchase and I wan asked to get the 30lbs bag of dog food myself. And was told they don’t do curbside pickup despite it being and option. I would not go back to the Corbin Park, Overland Park, KS store again.

Took my 2 y/o cat there to help him with a urinary blockage. I left him there so they could perform anesthesia and insert a catherter to drain urine. However, he died from cardiac arrest while prepping. A week later they called me to notify his cremains were ready to be picked up. Vetco said they'd notify the Petco workers I'd be in to pick him up after the hospital closed at 5 and that they'd have his box to give to me. When I arrived, the workers were confused, unhelpful, and made excuses rather than try to provide an answer on his remains. The shift manager kept repeating to call or come down the following day, despite my objections of having to work, the store being out of my way, and the fact they already called me saying he was ready to be picked up. Avoid this store!!!

Whitney, Pet Groomer, is so good with my dog. She is so nice and helpful. Always trims my dog Cali just right. She is so busy it is hard to get booked with her. Usually a week out, but worth it. She has trimmed Cali for at least 5 years.

Yesterday I adopted 2 cats, the ladies were so amazing at helping me adopt my first two animals of my life. They guided me with just the basics, they went above and beyond for me and I came in 10 minutes before they closed. And they still have me More than I could ever expect. I’m sure they were ready to go home, but I love how they wanted to make sure the two cats had a good home over them going home early. So I appreciate both of them. They both deserve recognition and a raise for this style of servitude!

At a bran new store I expected to find a well stocked with lots of choices to purchase. I went in hoping to buy a kennel and a new leach for my dog. Both choices that I wanted were in limited stock and not anything like I was looking for. Little to choose from.Probably will not return. I went online and found lots of different kinds.

I have taken my dog here several times for a bath, teeth brush and nail trim. They always do a good job though they tend to try and upset you a lot. But I will keep going back to them.

Went to look at the animals in spare time. The ferrets cage was stinking to high heaven, a water bottle of theirs on the floor and the two were sleeping in what was supposed to be a litter box. I talked to one of the workers who said that the ferrets knock their water bottles off all the time and that the thing the water was in was heavy. She still left in on the floor of their cage. I told her they were sleeping in their litter box, and she said she knew. Folks. ferrets potty in the corners--you cant leave the litter box in the middle or the side--it has to be secured in a corner. I told her the cage stunk to high heaven and she told me ferrets stink. Ok, a bit of musk, but not noticeable when the cage is clean. but I have raised ferrets for the last two decades and never smelled anything as bad as that. She told me they had cleaned the cage the day before--nope they didn't--I'm sure, maybe replaced a bit of bedding but that's it. then she told me that they get rules from corporate. Oh, so corporate approves? how are they going to sell ferrets if even seasoned ferret owners can barely stand the stench coming from that cage. These folk need to be educated on how to care for the animals they sell.

Just tried to switch out rabbit food for Guinea pig food cause the online order was put together wrong. The excuse I was given was it would through off inventory. So this location is more concerned about inventory than pets … shame on this store.

This location did an excellent job in helping my wife and I adopt a new kitten. The employees were kind and friendly and it was super easy to talk to them about what we needed. Excellent customer service! Was shipped the wrong food on this month’s repeat delivery service. The cashier and manager made the exchange for the correct food quick and easy. Store is very clean and well stocked. Staff is very helpful.
