I Do Not agree with their requirements on*MUST Be Spayed or Neutered by 6mos!!!Wow… they don’t understand that a dogs really should be reaching maturity before ever going through that.(Spaying and neutering a dog too early can really alter there growth)I will NOT be going to this facility and nor do I trust them by them requiring it!!!Then make an alternative situation and don’t have the dogs play with each other. Duh. So disappointed in your companies policy and true care for animals.

We love Pawz at Play! We take our sweet boy there multiple times a week and they do a great job of taking care of him. They are good at letting us know if there are any issues and when he has a great day. They also are great for boarding.

My pup, Bosco, has been LOVING playing here. I even scheduled for 2 days in a row and he was so tired from playing after the first day that I kept him home to sleep on the next 😂. I was so impressed that after only a 2hr trial run, the next time I brought him in, they recognized him and remembered him. The employees care so much about the pups.

We take our puppy to daycare here about once a week. He gets so excited, once he figures out that this is where he gets to spend the day. He absolutely loves coming here. I love that he is super tired when he gets home because he used up all of his puppy energy and takes about two days for him to recover. Also, I like that they have downtime at lunch. My pup is always afraid that he is going to miss something, so I’m happy that he doesn’t have much of a choice but to relax during this time. The staff is amazing, super friendly and are always helpful.

The fact that the owner responds to virtually EVERY review, even the relatively few negative ones, tells you all you need to know. We are now taking our third dog since we’ve lived in the area. A picture of him after today’s daycare adventure is included in this review.

Highly recommend this place. My dogs can be difficult, but they know exactly how to make sure that they have a great time and a safe time. I've been to places where my dogs have literally fought me to not go in the door and I knew something was wrong. They have always been happy to come back here, even though they were a bit shy after their pandemic hiatus.

Our dog stayed here for a couple nights and i was asked when i booked if we wanted him to get a departure bath/grooming. He hardly ever gets a bath so i said “sure, why not!” not knowing what all they will do to him.His fur is extremely soft, his nails are short and filed down, and they even shaved around his butt! LOL. We had no idea how amazing he would look when we picked him up! We usually take him to our vet to get his nails trimmed and i personally think Pawz at Play did a WAY better job!!One little thing I will say is if your dog is in the “Medium Pawz” room, the camera is very grainy and it is very hard to see your pup. But overall, i recommend this place and will be getting my dog groomed here more often!

If you work in or near Corporate Woods, you're lucky to have KC's best doggie day care right by your office.Pawz at Play may be our dogs' favorite place in the world. They get so excited when I turn the car into the driveway. Everyone on staff is an animal lover, and they treat your pets just as well as they would treat their own.Pricing is super-reasonable; you can buy 10- or 20-visit packages for reduced rates, and they offer a second-dog discount. There's also on-site grooming, which is great for when your dog needs a touch-up or you just don't feel like bathing him yourself.Highly recommended!

I take my dog here maybe once every other week for daycare and he loves it. They take good care of him here and the cameras are a great feature, letting me log in to see what he's up to. Their hours for daycare are great and accommodating for work schedules. Prices aren't too bad, I would say about mid-range in comparison to other facilities in the area. My very energetic dog is always tired and sleeps most of the evening and through the night once he gets home.

I've taken my puppy Dundie to pawz at play since I adopted him about 4 years ago. Everyone there is awesome, super friendly, and he always seems to have a good time. I don't get to take him as often since I don't live in the area but if I need daycare I'll drive the extra 20 minutes so he can come here. They're great

Animals and people can definitely have a life long connection. The individuals understand what it means to care for an animal and the fact is each and every day for more than a year I have gone about my business passing by pawz at play at least twice a day. It's always clean and fairly quiet considering the various four legged clientele.

I've taken both my overactive German Shepherd and my laid back Labrador and each one loves Pawz at Play. They always have fun and it's neat that the folks who look after the dogs give you a progress report like what they spent their day doing or who their favorite play companion was. The live cameras give me an extra piece of mind that my dog is safe and being well taken care of. The way they let the dogs sleep out in the open is perfect for my dog because he hates kennels. It's just an all around perfect fit for us and we highly recommend Pawz at Play for anyone looking for daycare, grooming or boarding. Everything is reasonably priced and overall a great place.

Pawz at Play is TOO GOOD TO US! When we had to leave town unexpectedly and didn't have a return date, they were flexible and made sure we knew our pups were in good hands. The staff is proactive, professional, and cares deeply for the animals they care for. They communicate with our vet and even took our dogs in for an appointment when they got sick while boarded, keeping them separately to make sure other dogs were safe. Most importantly, my dogs LOVE going there. I am grateful to have found Pawz!

We have been taking our dog here several years for boarding when needed. She gets so excited when we take her and she runs to the staff to take her back to the play area. Recently she needed vet care while she was there and I was unreachable at the time. The staff took her to the vet for us and made sure she received the care she needed. When I picked her up, she was doing great and I was thankful they treated her just as I would have if I had been there. It's great to have a place we can leave her and feel confident she will be well taken care of!

We take our 2 puppies to Pawz at Play whenever we can’t take them with us. They give great attention and care to every pet there. They genuinely and clearly love these animals in trust in their care. We LOVE that they have cageless boarding. Puppies have their own space at meal and snack time, but beyond that, they are free to play, to chill or to snuggle with the wonderful staff.

Cindy and the staff are wonderful and very nice. They are always accommodating with last minute requests and flexible to help out. My husky/German Shepherd absolutely loves to come here and is always tired when she comes home from a long day of playing. She is always excited and eager to go back. These guys are truly great!

We use to take our lab here for boarding. We alerted the team that she has seizures and how to handle hers. Every single time we took her she would have seizures. On one boarding session, I noticed my dog's face was rubbed raw. Upon asking about it, the worker informed us that she had a seizure earlier in the weekend and they decided to kennel her the rest of the time for her "safety". Sadly, our dog's seizure medication was given to another dog during one visit as well. We close this location for its kennel free boarding and from the recommendations on here. The cameras are nice but extremely low quality which makes it difficult to find your dog. The report cards they gave us for our dog weren't even close to her personality and didn't even follow what we saw on the cameras. We've since gone elsewhere with high quality cameras, fewer dogs, decreasing the over stimuli, and resulting in far fewer seizures. Our dog is far happier at our new place than she ever was here.

Pawz at Play is fantastic! I always trust them with my dog when I'm away. During my last trip, my dog had a medical emergency while staying there due to a previously diagnosed issue. Not only did they transport him to the emergency vet, they also arranged to pick him up the next day, and continuously followed up with me about how he was doing until I was able to get back and bring him home. They gave him extra snuggles and helped to keep him comfortable and happy until I was able to return home and schedule his surgery. I highly, highly recommend Pawz at Play for great service - and your dog will love it there, too!

My dog has been going to this place for several years. This place is amazing and my dog loves the staff. When I drop him off in the mornings he runs to the staff and gives them big smiles without even looking back at me.They have an outdoor playground and an indoor area with cameras so the you can check in on your pup. They have great hours and are very reasonable in price. Their boarding is great because our pup spends the day in daycare and then stays the night in a room with open concept with a staff member.There really is no better place than here.

The drop off and pick up procedure was very easy. The staff were easy to work with getting everything lined up. They have cameras to view your animals while they are in their care. It appeared to have a good split of inside Time and outside. The only reason for a lack of five stars, is that my dog came home with an upset stomach for a couple days. Not 100% what caused it but this is not normal for him.

I’ve bounced around from kennel to kennel in the Kansas City area and this one is BY FAR the most organized, clean, and loving daycare I have been to. Cindy (the owner) is incredibly thorough, sweet and truly cares about the well being of the dogs. The staff is knowledgeable and always on top of notes about eating habits, behavioral issues and overall health and happiness of the pet. Plus, you get the cutest report cards about how your dogs day/stay went. 10/10

Update - now on my 2nd dog as the other one 🌈, but everything still applies for the new puppy!I adopted an older rescue in February '17 so I've been bringing my dog here for Day Care for almost 9 months now.I was really scared since I didn't know the full background of my dog's history if he would get along well with others so I really appreciate the free trial they let you have, with the report card of their behavior afterwards.My dog Looooooves coming here now. He goes bonkers when we roll into the parking lot. I also like that you can bring your own food/snacks so you don't have to worry about any deviations from their normal diet.All the workers I have encountered have been super friendly both in person and on the phone. They also hold no information back. Dogs will be dogs so occasionally he gets a scrape and they always point it out when I pick him up. Or if for some reason he gets sick they note the time and details which is gross but helpful haha! I've also heard them tell other people when they find a flea or tick on an animal. They also know what flea medicines seem to be working best or not in a given season. (kinda like the flu season)You can watch your pets on their video cams but my dog always seems to be moving to fast to find. :DIf you are going to come frequently it is worth investing in packages instead of paying 1 day at a time. They do get full fast around major holidays so plan accordingly.Tried boarding and it was great!. I've always feared having my dog returned sick or injured as it has happened at other places. Everything went good, they do a good questionnaire on intake so you know they are going to get to eat/snack at the time they are used to. They even made sure to wipe his face with provided wipes for his eyes. Lastly you can bring their bedding so it as close to me as can be. Really impressed.
