THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU AND BE VERY RUDE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT. CUSTOMER AEVICE IS 0 STARS!I just bought a house that has one of these fences installed. So I called and asked that they come out and place flags for my dog (invisible fence does this). They were happy to do that and scheduled an appointment for next day. They sent me an email to confirm the appointment. No mention of the cost to place flags. I didn’t open the email yesterday because I was told it was just a confirmation email. Open it this morning and see they are charging $125 to place flags. So I called to cancel and as soon as I said I was canceling I got hung up on. I assumed that I just got disconnected so I called back to confirm the cancellation and was told “that is why we send an email!!” As I was staring to say “you should mention the cost to someone on the phone” I got hung up on again!!!At this point I’ll happily uninstall this fence and have an Invisible Fence put in just for the customer service!!

This company is a disaster. They use other people’s money. Hold no inventory. I asked for a pet stop fence which I had for 20 years. They sent a pet safe fence that they purchased at a local store. I found this out when calling the company customer service number to let them know how awful they were. He’s a fraud. Stay completely away from this guy! He doesn’t care how long your dogs go without a fence and is actually very degrading when speaking to you. Will do everything in my power to make sure no one gets taken to the bank by this crook! Stay Away!

Four Paws is one of the more inept businesses out there. It's run by a skeleton crew of fellas that don't care one bit about helping you out. They'll no show you. They don't return calls. I'm unfortunately stuck with these clowns as the house I bought came with one of their fences. If you are looking for dog fence...this is not the place to use.

We have utilized this company for 8 years and several dogs have gone through the program. They have great customer service. The equipment is good quality. They give great advice on how to train and problem solve. As a veterinarian, I highly recommend them to anyone I know looking for an underground fence company.

Worst customer service ever had. They purchased the company from another person and refuse to fix a break even though we want to pay. We can't lay a new one during construction and want it just repaired. Don't use them. They are only after the big payday.

Rude, horribly rude. owner & serviceman talked over & interrupted me the whole time. Could not communicate with these people. They treat customers horribly and condescending. Im not the first reviewer to say this.if there was a star less than one in the negative i would give it.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
