I have stopped here numerous times while traveling to Topeka. I almost always schedule this stop for my trip because the attendants are friendly, the store is clean, the pumps are almost always open, and it’s located perfect for me. Obviously, Casey’s work to maintain consistency between stores, so if you are a fan of Casey’s, you will be pleased with the place. Yet, I want to note as a standout feature that the attendants here are always kind and maintain a great store. It’s a treat to stop in for a cup of joe and gas whenever I am on my way to Topeka. Keep up the great work!

They refuse to give you a choice of regular pizza for breakfast.I can't do eggs. If you want cheese pizza they say you have to call and order one. I would just like 1 piece. Maybe they don't realize some people can't eat eggs. Everyone in Carbondale complains about how this store has gone downhill.

Great layout of the store and super clean. Have everything you'd want. And their gas is nice. They have the 2 pump each lane setup so it's much more accessible.

Pretty good pizza. Store needs updating. But I would not buy gas here as I have heard if too many people having issues with their vehicle after filling up.

We ordered the taco pizza for the first time last night and thoroughly enjoyed it! Love their deli sandwiches they make fresh while you wait. Always generous with the toppings!

I use the Gas Buddy app. TWICE this station has "owner reported" a diesel price that was WAY less than what the sign said when we arrived. The second time this happened, I looked more closely at other customers' comments on the Gas Buddy app. One guy said, "Beware, owner reports OFF ROAD DIESEL prices, not regular diesel!" I called Casey's Corporate office. The first time, I spoke with a very nice lady who was quite interested in figuring out why this happened. She took my name and number and said someone one call me. That someone was a gal named Laura. She had a few "bullet" points that she kept referring back to. 1) Casey's is corporate owned and no "owner" can report a price. 2) Some other consumer must have erroneously reported that price, and Casey's had no control over that. 3) I didn't know how to use/read the GasBuddy app. 4) She had no idea why this happened but then she'd revert back to #1. I countered with 1) I had no problems with ANY other stations on the GasBuddy app. 2) The GasBuddy app tells who reported the price, and it says "owner" or it says a name like my sign in name. 3) She could take the information I provided and do something with it... or not. My recourse is to avoid this station, and frankly ALL Casey's stations, if they are not interested in figuring out why they are ticking off customers. Not once did she acknowledge that perhaps there was something amiss here that she would be wise to pursue... So bottom line, beware.

All I got was drinks so I can't rate on food but shawna "first year of service" was completely rude. Clearly has no customer service skills! I'm glad this isn't my local Casey's.

Management does not maintain any aspect of the store. Expect one working gas pump year round.

stopped in for a quick on the go snack. They are fast with hot food. The price is about normal. Better that a shop that is about 30 mi east.
