Always out of some of my favorite products. Prices are generally good but over time they move things too frequently. Often I think I will never come back. I refuse to use self check-out and today there were only 2 registers open. When they force us to self check-out, I definitely will never come back.

This store is always very clean and the isles are easy to get up and down even when the are stocking their shelves.The staff that I've had contact with have been very friendly and helpful especially Linda E in electronics! She's been working there for years and I've yet to walk up to her and ask her any question that she doesn't know the answer to or a few times she's made sure to get a hold of someone who did know the answer if by some chance she didn't know.those times have been less than a handful though.You should be very proud that she represents your store for sure!

Standard Walmart. Decent variety of merchandise. Bathroom stalls are sized for grade school, not adults. I am typical, average size. Not super tall or a heavy weight. The toilet paper dispenser & trash actually came over about 4" over the toilet seat. Difficult at best.

JR asked me if I needed help and looked up my item and walked me to it. I live in Paola and no one there has ever asked me if I need help! Kimberly was a great cashier and Wendy even loaded my cart! Way to go Ottawa! Great customer service ❤️

I am not a fan of the "self-check" mentality. It is beginning to be the attitude of employees as well.Great selection. Good pricing.

Used the order online and picked oder up. They charged us and included expired meat! Nice to see they pick and charge customers for meat that can not be used!

Normally find what I'm looking for. Good prices on most things. Don't care for the self checkout and wish they would have more cashier's. I'd rather wait in a line for a cashier if I have to then use the self checkout

Fully stocked store, the womans restroom was very fancy. The handicap stall needed to be cleaned, had some kind dirt on the wall in the stall.The store for the most was clean.In deli area had a lot of Yello Sale price tickets.They need more Handicap parking slots.

Very friendly people, if you find an associate that is nearby, they are very willing to help you. I was greeted by every associate I walked by and was asked how my day was. I usually dread going to Walmart in the state I currently reside in, but I'll definitely always come back to this walmart when I'm back here at home in Kansas.

The food has been excellent the three or so times I have been here. Service was also great! However, the restrooms were gross. The vents were crusted with lint, the walls were splattered and dirty, and the floors and toilets were dirty. The lack of attention to hygiene areas makes me concerned about how they might maintain the kitchen facility.

I, unfortunately, go to Walmart quite often, probably 3 or 4 times a week. I always pay for my stuff and I’m sure they are used to seeing my face. Yet every time I’m in there I’ve got an abnormal amount of employees asking if I need anything or following me to every isle, then when I’m checking out they stand over me like I’m doing something wrong and I’m so over it, quit treating people like thrives when we have to do your job for you.

The staff here are more friendly than other Walmart stores. The store is clean, pretty decently stocked regularly. It has a good variety of items.

The rudest walmart I have ever been in and I am a truck driver and been to a lot. I was walking into the restroom and the associate quickened his pace to get there before me and then stopped me from going in. Said he was ABOUT to clean it. And sent me to the other side of the store. He was smiling as he said it too. Now I have to walk all the way back to the back after I have spent over 350$ at the front register with my basket full of items. I really hope they try to stop me heading out.

I went to Walmart today got three things that i need. I was looking around for a lunch box and I was seeing if the container to put in it would fit and it did.I didn’t grab a cart because i didn’t need to get much I put the container in the lunch box and left the zip open so they could see I wasn’t trying to steel and 10 dollar container because didn’t have enough hands I went to go get a steering wheel cover and then to crab something else I needed when I noticed I was being followed around it was making me uncomfortable so I asked one the dudes if there was an issue because I was really uncomfortable then the two others came up to me and told me they where secretly watching people around Walmart and so I payed for my stuff at the back counter to pay because I had no intention of stealing. And then I get to the front and then a lady stops me and asks if I have a receipt. Definitely don’t recommend going here that was probably the worst experience I have ever had at Walmart and I have never stolen anything in my life. I walked out crying and pissed.

Most of the people that work there are pretty nice and fairly qualified but they don't keep their shelves stocked very much or very well most times and their prices are getting pretty stupid where they used to be competitive now they're just getting greedy I hate to see that old Sam would not be happy with the things that Walmart is doing these days I am sure of it I wish we could go back to simpler times!
