This is my ‘go to’ place for my farm supplies and feed. Today, we picked up four Production Red pullets, feeder, waterer and feed. We are trying to grow our Achy Acres Homestead to be more self sufficient. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always neat, clean, and organized.

During the "transition" and after, I am not sure what the inventory is or will be. I don't think they've done a good job of keeping customers informed. The confusion causes me to shop elsewhere.

Drivers on this map, from front of store where parking lot is dock is on right side, you have to pull in on right side of flower shed and back through the gate to the dock, store staff is friendly, and over all not to bad to get into

Hard to find items. Like Walmart they Like to move things around to make you walk around the store hoping you will pick up a few extras. This old man can't walk that well therefore I go other places if competitors have what I am looking for. As an example Home Base is considerably easier and they have plenty of floor personnel which Orsheln does not have.

This store is so disappointing. It’s a step above Wal-Mart when shopping farm supplies. It’s the only option in Ottawa which has caused us countless trips to Bluestem or Family Center to find what we need. We need a real farm supply store In Ottawa.

They carry the dog food that we like. They have animal care items that come in handy. They have lots of other items. Friendly staff! We love chick days & seeing the rabbits!

Always a fun place to visit as they have so many different items. It is certainly a place you can purchase anything you need. The sales staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and polite as Gerald was a shining example example. Thank you for representing a great business model.

Bought the last pet bed and havent been able to get our 18+year old cat out of it!! The bed was a round bed with a padded roll around it for support!It has been good as she is pretty stiff. We have it on our sofa!

This used to be a home owned store but Orscheln took over, they did a really nice job on a recent remodel, sometimes a little hard to find things and prices are a little higher than they should be. Unfortunately wanted something you have to have to get the job done you're stuck paying the price. Helpers are pretty friendly. One more thing orschlens does not usually come up during a search engine search you have to manually go to Orscheln to see if they have what you want

I was doing some price comparisons and found their prices better than some at other for 4 inch PVC pipe. I looked at a few other things also and everything seemed to be pretty competitive. The customer service was excellent and they told me where to find all the things that I wanted to look at.

Nice store, Ram n Tam cashier's not dry at all, str8 drip drop style like I like it. So wet you'll hear clean up in isle 6 wit slippery when wet ... Duh!

It's okay, but they've only been opened a week and are already out of stock on a lot of things. Customer service was really bad, 1st time we went.. The lady didn't know how to work the cash register.. 2nd time we went and were told they'd call someone back to the department we needed help in, we waited 10 minutes before anyone came and then she was really rude because they were out of stock on the item we wanted and all they had was the display.. She got an attitude because we didn't want to buy the display!! They should hire better people and make sure they have things in stock!!

The store carries a wide selection of items across a large variety of all things farm, ranch, and homesteading related. The store and outer areas were very neat and clean. They have a friendly and helpful staff. It is my go-to store for my farm needs.
