Big parking area for the trucks and it's designed and set up for every truck to have plenty of room to back. The customer service was amazing. The cashier took her time to explain a certain process. The showers were very clean and the hot water was perfect.

Over flowing trash cans: All 3 upfront of the store. Trash barrels: full put by fuel pumps also. Told the carrier about it: the person told me, they were waiting for someone to come in, to do it.▪︎ Mind you the trash is even on the ground around the trash can. Which would blow all around, including blowing into other folks property.There was enough, staff. It would have only taken 15 minutes to pull two of barrels, and empty the trash. Just lazy employees.▪︎Was here 12/17/23 @ 11:01am is what my gas receiot says.

Their pumps show an error if you want to use a discount. All pumps! The cashier is very arrogant and untidy. The boss was friendly, but did not solve the problem. Nobody wanted to solve the problem. Very bad service.- - -I'm sure they do this on purpose. But if not, it's still bad service. You need to check the pumps before start!

They used to be really good at keeping up the place. Seems management has changed.The toilets, restrooms in general, are no longer kept clean.The coffee area is not kept clean.The showers are not swept out.The laundry is dirty.Not what I used to see. Visit in emergency cases only.

Parking lot ok. Inside clean. Showers tolerable. Pressure sucked in shower.Laundry room small. 2 washers but 4 dryers. Makes no sense. And then one washer is down. So hours upon hours to do one load of laundry. Every loves so far over the last 2 weeks had been like that. Can't do laundry cause I don't have all day and night to wait. It's ridiculous. They can brag about building new ones but can't fix it when it goes down. That should be a priority.

Sorry shop and lazy personnel in both the store and the shop!Checked into the shop at 1130 , was told it would be an hour wait. Didn’t get in til. 1745!Hardee’s crew for the most part isn’t worth a dime.Both tv’s are broke and they can’t change channels.Management must be on Vacation!!What a dump!Inexperienced kids working in shop!!

The store was fine. However, the shower was a different story. Wasn't cleaned properly. Dirty wash cloth still in shower, floor Wasn't dry, and every 10 minutes they were knocking on door. Didn't know there was a time limit on showers here.

Workers here are awesome. They get you in and out as quickly as they can, and if other drivers are blocking the fuel lanes they immediately ask them to move. They also have a selection of food inside and not only that they have a Hardee’s inside too much which is pretty fast service. The only problem I have is the truck parking is really small

Whenever you go for their tyre service Make sure your bills Because these try to charge you over just few minutes ago I was there today date is 12/18/2023 time Early morning Between 12:40 am to 1:30 am and I said need a patch for my trailer tire but the person who was there he said I can’t patch I said okay then I’ll give you spare tire and change it he change it and he gave me bill and he charge me extra nine dollar for changing valve steam I said I didn’t ask to change valve steam He said is our company Requirement I said ok But when I check while he put the tire there, nothing change valve steam same as Old He said you not allow to the where we are working Then he show his aggression to Trying he was right So be careful these MotherF##ker & if any responsible person read this message, kick out those worker, I put this date so you can check the camera and make sure what happened was tokay

Love's Travel Stop is very convenient place for food, fuel, a large selection of drinks. Open 24/7 except the Hardee's Restaurant inside Love's close 10 pm during week, 11 pm weekend's. I wish Travel Centers would go back to 24/7 Restaurant's with Home cooked meals like it use to be when I was Truckin. Thank you Love's for your services! 👍

Worst run loves I've been in. Staff stands around complaining about their jobs in front of customers. Bathrooms are a complete mess. Go to TA a few exits down.

3 hours to change a tire is BEYOND ridiculous. He literally spent the first 1.5 hour getting in and out of his truck and playing on his cell phone. I finally had to start roughing some feathers just to get anything done.

We love our Loves and appreciate all that your employees do for drivers! It doesn't go unnoticed that it is someones job to wash and fold the towels or to mop the showers/bathrooms for that hot shower we love. Someone has to empty the trash bins or pick up the trash left behind after the trucks clear out. We Hate to see when disrespectful drivers make that job harder. On 11/26 at 12:30 pm my husband watched as this driver (truck 5250) tossed an entire jug of pee on the ground outside his truck. My husband said something to him but he just got back in his truck without a word. Especially during this holiday season - On behalf of all of the civilized drivers out there, thank you for all that you do each and every day. We are thankful and appreciate it more than you know!

This is the FILTHIEST Loves I’ve ever been to! I am a truck driver n visit Loves all over US. My husband and I both couldn’t go to the restroom because of feces on seats and other things. Trash overflowing in bathrooms and at the fuel islands. Spoke to mngr on duty and was told they’d take care it. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a long while. Disgusting!!!

Always smiling and happy to help, i love Loves. Unless u need to drop a trailer for a few minutes to go to a store that has things loves dosent. Because they said no dropped trailers. I could understand leaving one for a few days or something but i only need like 30 min max. Thanks for nothing i will walk 😠

For $12 they need to clean the fans in the shower rooms, not like they give you good soap and shampoo, same stuff in the bathroom to wash your hands. Fuel is always more expensive than anyone else also, that's why I avoid the pumps.

Always very clean, the clerk is nice, wide souvenirs selection as well as various items a truck driver or anyone on the road would use such as phone chargers, alarm clocks..

Dirty Pumps, Trash overflowing, Never Any Fresh food, Hardee's is awful and most of the young employees are lazy bums and cuss when asked to do something by managers. This is NOT a well managed facility and it shows. My family and I have stopped going there because of it.

Came in to get trailer tires at 15:45. Pull into bay 16:15 got approved to put on 5 trailer tires. Its 8pm 2 tires are on. Guy said he has to get paperwork done before he can get out there to help put on the other tires. Manger left without getting all of paperwork done because it was his time to go home. Left it for the others to finish. Employees said if they dont do it yes he gets in trouble as well as them because that just how it is here.

Employees were not polite and the place was not clean. Half the stalls in the women's bathroom were not working properly and it smelled awful. Not to mention the man at the register when we came in about 9:40 this evening was all over the place and seemed like he didn't care too much about his job or customers.

Someone had deliberately caused problems in the women’s restroom. The staff got it all fixed quickly. Nice fenced dog area. Not nice people will not clean up after their dogs

5 hours to change a tire with empty bays, employees smoking cigarettes congregating outside and looking at their motorcycles. This is the slowest tire change I've ever experienced. Golf Clap.

You'd think as much money as they rake in they would keep the laundry in working order. Nope. The dryers work but not the washers. I guess there is a creek nearby. Do better.
