We ordered our complete family Christmas dinner this year. Turkey and Ham and all the fixings. The food was amazing and the pick up on Christmas Eve was perfect. The lady that helped us in the Deli was great! I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I would absolutely recommend!!

They have a deli wirh great food options and prepackage many food selections for convenience and at good prices. They dont have self checkout and that can be a hassle at times but they arent slow about getting you in and out.

Depends on who is working on whether you get good customer service. I saw a lady in the deli speaking so rudely to her worker. Poor guy. I've seen a few times where management seemed a bit demeaning to staff. The 5 stars is for the cashiers who are most usually helpful.

Please remove the newly-installed "self-check-out" machines and return the real people to their jobs. We (your customers) do not work for you and are not paid by you. Please, Ottawa, give us another choice!

Sweet people, great food, treats, and coffee. Breakfast & lunch buffets are lovely also. Nice family atmosphere, very kid friendly. I recommend a stop in to enjoy a variety of delights!!!

I mostly like this store, and I do most of my grocery shopping here. My only two complaints are: 1) Somebody needs to keep top-shelf dairy items pushed forward on the shelves so they can be reached! and 2) When "freebie" items are supposed to be available (e.g. Royals Pepsi promotions, etc), it would be nice if the items were, in fact, available!

Very friendly people, clean and well layed out. They don’t change location of items frequently like that” Wal” store and they still employ people to check you out, no self service line. I would like to see the return of the salad bar soon! Thanks Cosentino’sUPDATE:Looks like Consentino’s has installed self check out at Ottawa location, and still no salad bar… sad development in my opinion

Price Chopper is a great place to buy groceries. For a smaller town this location is very nice. Produce and meat sections are well stocked and maintained. The staff has been friendly and there is a Starbucks inside in case you need a coffee fix while buying groceries. There are some good deals if you look around. There is also a gas station in the parking lot that offers a quick way to buy drinks and snacks if you are in a hurry.

I have not been feeling well, and the cashier was so nice to ask if I needed help taking my groceries to the car. That is small hometown customer service. I did decline, but it was very nice for her to ask. Sure wish I could remember her name. 😕

Stopped in to grab some lunch, and was delicious!! Hate to eat out and this was pretty close to homemade. We had the chicken and Mac and cheese.Deli meats were beautifully displayed.Besides the people bringing in their sick kids, and talking in the exit how the kid had strep throat, it was a good experience.

I definitely prefer Price Chopper over Walmart here in Ottawa. The only problems are Price Chopper's prices over Walmart and variety of non food items as well. Service and staff are excellent. Very little waiting to checkout over Walmart. It makes it difficult at times to decide on which location to go to. Thank you, Rob Robbins.

Please read the whole review. I will say first, that the store itself is awesome, 5 stars. Always clean, grocery staff is always friendly and helpful. Now the reason for 2 stars. We recently went to have breakfast at the deli, we won't make that mistake again. They were late opening, by 10 minutes, they have a VERY limited menu, it took 20 minute to get out food and it wasn't worth the wait. The food was cold, undercooked and terrible. The burrito wasn't even warm enough to melt the shredded cheese. We ended up throwing the food away and leaving, tried to find a manager on the way out but no luck. The deli used to be decent food, good selection and punctual. Won't visit it again until some changes are made. Only reason they get 2 stars is the grocery store.... Otherwise it would be just 1.

Excellent selection of products, but their best attribute is their meat market (seafood included). Such a good selection from gourmet porkchops and designer burgers to crab legs and shrimp. If you can't find anything good, you didn't look.

I try to shop sales and for hard to find items that the big stores just don't have. Never had a single trip where I was dissapointed.UPDATE: We have got our birthday cakes here for 6yrs now, I cannot recommend the bakery enough. They are amazing cakes to start with, always exactly what we order. The staff are top notch, so kind and quick to help solve any questions and find accommodations if there is a need for it. 5⭐️

This Starbucks is lazy. The high school girls that work there, just stare at you, and don’t make the drink you request. I’ve never had any issue asking for cold foam on my boyfriends hot drink, I’ve also worked at, and managed multiple Starbucks and other coffee shop locations, I know what you can and can’t do, and this isn’t one of them. Also don’t make the drinks properly, it’s a wonder they lost so much business with our new drive through in Ottawa.

They have cashiers and sackers. Like a real store. unlike others in town. Never had a bad experience. Do have to be careful with produce. The produce guy a little to good at making stuff look good when its on last leg. They have meat cutters that know thier job. Can not give enough praise. Happy they opened in town.

It was wonderful. First time I been there and had all my salad stuff. And the nicest surprise was my Freddie's Fry Sauce. I didn't know a store even sold it. Love that stuff. My favorite tea too.
