I had an emergency situation with my new puppy, and it was late at night/early morning. The doctor who called us back was completely lacking compassion. He was beyond rude to both me and my husband on our numerous phone calls to him. On the last one when I told him we thought we’d lost her, and I wanted to let him know we wouldn’t be coming. He said “so she’s deceased? You’re not coming?” I replied “I think so. And no, we won’t be coming.” He hung up. No “I’m sorry for your loss. If there’s anything else we can help you with, please give us a call.” Not even as much as a goodbye. He just hung up on me. Unfortunately this was my first interaction with Regional, and I’m pretty sure it will be my last. So disappointing after hear others have so much positive to say. I don’t understand why you’d take on the job of emergency/on call vet, if you’re nothing but irritated and rude.

My cat came down with IMHA out of the blue. After 4 days in the hospital and a blood transfusion she seems to be doing well. Prednisone and orbax once a day has helped with her appetite. I have hope that she will continue to improve.

My cat had a broken leg and my regular vet was out of town so we called Regional. Ellen had us bring the cat in and drop him off the same day. They called me later that day and said the X-ray showed a shattered femur. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired. Options were removal of the leg or euthanasia. We requested amputation of the leg, as well as having him neutered. They did the amputation the next morning and the day after that, we brought him home. He is now doing so well, although we know he has a long adjustment ahead of him, but we'll do all we can to help him.I met only Ellen at RVS, but she is such a sweet woman, and gave us some tips on helping a tri-paw cat. I do recommend Regional Veterinary Services.And they are reasonably priced too!

The staff is very friendly and kind. Their prices are a bit higher than other local vets, but they have outstanding service. Large, free public parking area with a wheelchair accessible entrance and lobby.

They are really nice people who are good at what they do. They saved my horse from equine tetanus which is extremely deadly. I strongly recommend them! Although it took them a little longer than I wanted to get my horse looked at, but they did amazing! Very greatful!

Regional Vet has gone out of their way for my fur babies! When we took in a very sick dog a few years back with underlying health conditions we knew it would be expensive to continue treatment. They did everything they possibly could to help us with setting up payment plans ect. I will never take any of my animals anywhere else. They loved Titan like we did, and it showed. We are forever grateful for all of you!

Excellent and thoughtful care of your family, Drs. Woofter, Newby, and Shanks are very thoughtful and will let you spend all of the time that you need or want with your LOVED ONE, Dr. Woofter took very excellent care of MY CHRIS aka "PUP" she took time out to explain the things that you needed or wanted to know about and she just made it a lot easier on you and your LOVED ONE when you had to make the very hard decision to say your very final goodbyes to your family member, and I can't thank her enough for what she has done and had to do for Chris and myself, because I know that it was very hard on her also to do what she had to do for me and other folks because it is not easy on her either especially to be put in that position, so I dearly and truly do Thank You for being so kind and caring and thoughtful to my BABY BOY CHRIS, I MISS HIM DEARLY and I wish that he was still here with me so we could SPEND some LOVING time together, I just wish that it could be FOR EVER, so I thank you Dr. Woofter for the final time and goodbyes that I got to spend with my BABY BOY CHRIS, Thank You Regional Veterinary Services

I can not and do not recommend this vet at all for any reason!I was recommend to take my dog here to put him down by a local. Instead of gas or the right dosage, the last thing I ever heard was the screams of my dog from the "burning" of the anesthesia. I've rarely ever heard my dog scream so bad.My heart is forever broken by this event and I can not NOT recommend this vet enough. I would never take any animal there for anything and would not recommend you do either.After sharing my horrible story with others in the area, I've since learned others also do no recommend this vet. I wish I had known. I still have nightmares from the horrible scene and sounds in that vet's office.

These vets have been treating my animals for over 4 years. They are really good with them and always have a solution. Even when we had to put our dog down, they were thoughtful and caring and we get a paw and nose print of every dog we've have cremated.

Convinced me that my dog needed immediate medical attention but when I take her up there they called me back in a hour having done nothing but look at her and tell me the exact thing I had told them when I called and asked for best method to treat. Then charged me an extremely outrageous amount. And then got rude when asked why it cost so much when they literally didn't even do anything but basically dog sit for a hour. 200$ an hour 🤬

We had someone hit our dog mack on thanksgiving weekend. I had no idea the kind of shape he was in due to the amount of blood he was losing and only being able to see small gashes and matted fur. We live in Columbus and were told our town vet was just gone till 1 pm with it being 748am and sitting outside his office his nurse wasnot necessarily rude but indifferent. We then booked it to Oswego, where we were greeted with kindness and understanding . They immediately assessed the situation and very soon we took our boy home with his bandages, 4 different medications including antibiotics with office visit and all under 100 $ . I am so grateful to the vet and her staff . They are excellent and I would recommend the 45 min drive for their service to anyone. Even longer if necessary.

Been going to Regional for 30 yrs and they are loving and so caring to my furbabies. From my tiny Chihuahuas to my kitties and larger dogs prior. I moved to Eastbourough, Ks and still drove to Oswego for they give the best care. Not only are the vets professional and caring, so are the staff. They make you feel very comfortable and don't rush you. They make I'd tags there as you want written on them and do it right there.Thank you all for your love and devotion for my pet's.
