I can’t believe this is the only fast food place in town. Out of the last ten orders from here, not one has been correct. I usually don’t even make comments because life happens, but when you charge a dollar for extras and never get them it gets old. I ordered two regular cheeseburgers and a bacon cheeseburger and just got hamburgers. Then I ordered again today totchos, they didn’t have tots so I said sure to fries and this is what I get for five bucks! Must have some good profit sharing options for the management. Someone build us a Wendy’s.

Three different times ordering here and they keep messing up on my order. Either they have someone make sure it right before being wrapped and delivered and make sure everything for that order is there.. this is getting ridiculous.. get better help that will actually make sure its right and customer satisfactionParking: When packed got to wait for an opening

Ordered my drinks at 107pm for a 130 pm pick up paid online. Checked waited 19 minutes still hadn't received drinks I went inside to get them brought to our vehicle and they where the wrong drinks. When I went inside it was the blind leading the blind there where tickets everywhere and nobody new what was going on. It looked like all teenagers except one young adult on the grill. It was a total disappointment problem is the last 3 times I've been there it's been the same 20 minute wait for drinks ordered on line 30 minutes before hand. I wouldn't mind if the order would have at least been right. I won't be back.

The worse $48.58 I have ever spent plus $4 for the Car Hop. I got 4 CB none were fixed correctly; 2 sides - 1 OR and 1 Tot that was so greasy I couldn’t eat them. Burgers were so cold it was as if they had been sitting around waiting for the condiments. Yes I had a 20 minute drive but they shouldn’t have been that cold.I will never get even a drink at the Osawatomie Sonic again after stopping there for years. I will be calling the owner also - IF they are ever there.ONLY good thing was the little carhop that brought the food out.

As always something was not right with my order. Bacon was burnt and the new pulled pork tachos was missing the zesty cheese again and I had paid for extra cheese in hopes it was actually on there this time.

I placed an order through the online app. There were 2 people working & myself & 1 other in a stall. The other person drove off without getting to order anything. When I took a bite of my ultimate meat burrito, there was no meat and so much cheese sauce it glued my mouth shut. I called them to get order corrected, the call was answered after the first ring and then hung up. I tried calling several times and same response each time. I called corporate, after confirming my app account, email, & phone number the rep then requested the same information a second time. She already had the information and refused to resolve the issue until I provided the information a second time.I gave the girl a $2.00 tip for a $10 order, only to find the order wasn’t right and they had no desire to take a call to correct the order & corporate had no desire to assist with the issue.

I went in tonight and ordered a chicken tender sandwich and this is what I received! I could not bite into it because it was so hard. They should have thrown these chicken tenders away a long time ago. I had to re order and get me something better to eat because this was disgusting. Please throw away your chicken tenders in a timely manner!🤢

I ordered online and immediately checked in at a stall using the stall microphone. Theres been issues with them holding my food and not bringing it out after checking in at a stall on the app. They confirmed my order and my name came up on the stall screen. After about 25 minutes, someone came to my stall and apologized for the wait. After another 25 minutes and a call to my bank confirming that the fee had already been charged, and with a confirmation email from sonic about my order, I intercommed them again. They said they didn't have an order for me, hadn't made the food, and didn't send anyone to my car to apologize for the wait. Then the entire stall screen and intercom call ended and turned off. Within a minute someone came out, said he had no idea about any of that, and asked if I still wanted food after I showed him on my phone that I had already been charged. He did not offer a refund. I finally recieved my food after 57 minutes from the first order time, and I showed him my email confirmation with the timeframe that stated such. I did not recieve a refund, a coupon or a voucher of any sort. He shrugged and said sorry.

Typically spend 10-28 minutes waiting for your order. If you order ahead, you can sometimes get your order after only waiting 10 minutes. They will always forget the sauces that you put on your order or requested, then they will get an attitude with you when you push the button and ask them for the sauces. 100% of the time, they will not give you marinara sauce with your mozzarella sticks. If you’re like me and trying to stop in for your lunch break, you will likely run out of time waiting for your food. 👍🏻

Ordered tots with chili, cheese, ketchup, and onions. These were made perfect! Usually at others sonic locations they are not the greatest, but today you get 5 stars. ☺

So this is the second time I've order from this sonic first time burger was cold I live three blocks from them. Second time onion rings where burnt. So I can tell you I won't be going to this sonic I'll drive to Paola and use there's even when I get home because I work in Paola it's still hot

I ordered online and was there a few minutes later than the time I asked for it to be ready. Not even a minute had passed after I checked in before they brought out my drinks and food, even though there were several other customers there. AND even though I ordered nearly half an hour earlier my food was still warm and delicious and not soggy. THIS is ideal service!

Had a great experience at this Sonic location today. The hamburger looked like it had just been cast in a TV commercial. Was built perfectly, with the toppings evenly spread. Wasn't smashed. Ordered that plus a chili cheese tot and an onion ring. Everything was fresh and the line moved quickly.

The carhops are always friendly and polite. Carol, Hailey, Melissa, Ashton, Kevin, and Cameron I mention in this because of hiw they are and make my experience pleasant everytime. Jennifer is a great manager doing the best anyone can ask from a Manger. The kitchen staff Dakota(Daxs) Dakota (Little D), gage, Ms. Danny, Ms. Brenda, Brook are all good cooks giving out hot food, (most if not all the time it's freshly cooked) and reasonably fast. The only reason I give a 1 star review is due to the owner Kyle who refuses to do the right things and get the crew proper equipment for the job, and let's problems go on longer then they should(i.e. a hot water tank issue went on fir 2weeks before health services stepped in, a plumbing issue that has drains backed up in the kitchen, a fryer that needs serviced badly, I could go on about what ivw been told and seen with my own eyes) so truly give sonic drive-in in osawatomie a chance to surprise you and remember to be kind with tipping carhops they unfortunately do not get paid enough for all they do.

Honestly my experience was incredible. Food was excellent and it even came out fast. However the most amazing part was the customer service. This chubby kid with brown hair named "Sean" served me and he met my every need. He went back inside to get me all the sauce I needed and even checked up on me again immediately after. I was so enthralled by his service I thanked him from the bottom of my cold dead heart for making my day a million times better. Whoever is his boss should give this man a raise because he truly deserves it. God speed folks, gods speed.Update: This place just gets better and better, this time I got some chicken tenders and they were absolutely mind blowing. I was infatuated by their crunchy and juicy flavor. Don't know what happened but Osawatomie Sonic has really stepped up their game! A year or two ago this place was trash but ever since the new management it has really started picking up. Keep it up folks.

Never get what you order. Repeat order several time and still can’t get it right. Always smashed and looks like it was thrown together from across the room. Should have known when the drink order was not right. Save ur money and skip this major disappointment. Manager don’t care when called to discuss issues.
