We messaged Free Spirit Kennels for our wiener dog’s. Messaged the Facebook page. Responded in a timely manner. We set up a time to visit the place before we scheduled our weekly drop offs for our dogs. She scheduled us a time to come out around our schedule, which we appreciated, but when we got out there, no service. We went to the office and waited 15-20 mins and no one showed up to greet us or nothing. We texted and called. Still no answer. If you own a business, show up and be there to greet the possible customers. Represent your business. Will this happen to us when we dropped off our dogs in the morning before work? After work? Did not want to take that chance and make us late for work in the morning. If the owner can’t show up and show us around the kennels, what makes you think she’s taking care of our fur babies? Lost our business for sure.
