Will never shop here ever again. They lost my drivers license for pg and pg13 movies I’m 41. Top it off same girl lied first said she gave it back then 2 seconds later “ I never had it” she seems to remember all of a sudden.Wish they would of answered the phone I wouldn’t of driven over, wasting time and gas. Dollar General he's always been a pleasant experience for me!! The store is always clean and employees always helpful. I go there mostly for a few small because the closest large grocery store is about 25 miles away!! Their milk bread and butter prices are very competitively priced they have a large variety most commonly needed items that people usually just go in for one or two items. If you watch the sale Flyers that come you can get some really good deals like I got three 12-packs of Sunkist for $8 today in the small package deals Donuts which are usually $2 well priced at a dollar 75 today!!

Staff is always stocking shelves in the store had made several trips in wasn't having any luck finding rubbing alcohol or peroxide asked a guy stocking shelves he said no at first then said you know what there might be some over on the dollar isle it was nice of him to give it second thought as I was 5 weeks trying to find peroxide and would still be without had he not double checked very happy with experience s I've had with personnel seems to be a good bunch of folks keep up the good work sincerely bryan waeltz

After relocating, more food items became available. Because it's the only store of it's kind in town, a lot of those items are sold out. It can also get very busy so checkout can be somewhat slow.

Nice new big store but like most Dollar generals the aisles was full of stock that needed to be put away so the store was in disarray and hard to get up and down the aisles. Only one register was open and a huge line of people was impatiently waiting to be checked out.

Seems very disorganized for a dollar general. It is hard to find what you want quickly HOWEVER there is a variety of things that can be purchased. It might not be there brand you want but the store has a little bit of most essential items.

Nice local dollar general. Has most things you'd need if you're in a hurry or don't want to go to Walmart. Clean environment. It's nice having a Redbox there too.

I can find what I want quickly, as well as things I didn't expect to find. Lots of coldItems such as cheese, dips, butter milk, dip and sour cream. Prices are reasonable and fairly quick service.

This DH is one of the cleaner ones I've been to. Too many DG's leave stuff in the isles, unpacked boxes, unfaced shelves etc, but everything's always put away here and faced nicely.The women's restroom didn't lock when I was there the last time, so keep that in mind if you're planning to make a pit stop.

This is a pretty nice dg. Quick on their penny sales though. The manager is with it and doesn’t let it fly too much. Lol. Stop by though for any of your quick needs.

Called the store 3 times and each time someone answered the phone and hung up. When I complained to the manager she told me "you don't have to shop here"

Has wheel chair access, free parking...But, a DG review as a whole, Dollar General in Osawatamie KS, I feel takes full advantage of there not being a grocery store in town. Most items, especially groceries are way over priced for generic quality. Back when Dollar General opened their doors in the beginning, they had a mission to provide quality items at extremely low prices. Its not that case today, Even though bigger towns have 2 Dollar General Stores, like Belton Mo. Most small towns have at least one. They multiplied rapidly like a Walmart or a price chopper, bur their prices are not really Even trying to compete. Folks, I dont have a vehicle right now, Dollar General in Osawatamie counts on citizens not being able to or wanting to travel 10 miles to the closest grocery store. Taxi cost 50$ round trip .But I discovered insta cart, Paola KS price chopper has delivery! Place your order on line, have your groceries brought to your door! Im not saying I wont go to Dollar General, because I will. There's items I need daily they do carry in the $1 aisle.But, I will not be getting a week of groceries there anymore. Cheese that is equivalent of generic, should not cost $2.65 for 7 oz cheese.Milk, only one brand , Hiland, it's over $4 gallon & $2.65 half gal. !Frozen pizzas, convenient store prices! $4 for one thats $2.50 everywhere else! others are 6-8$, every where else are $4-5!Make ul, toiletries... I won't even go there, but hopefully you get the gist!Dollar general has definitely capitalized on small towns without a grocery store. I will conclude I was advised by a former manager at Dollar General in Desoto Ks, because there was a few years in Desoto there wasn't a grocery store, so in ONE (1) year the store brought in over 4 million dollars! Smh...

Located a half block from Main and 6th (or as I call it, Times Square of the Midwest), this Dollar General offers a dazzling array of quality goods. Only a fool would make the drive down to Dollar Tree with this amount of must-haves for any occasion. Pop Tarts that aren't expired? Hell yes, Dollar General has them. A four-pack of sandpaper grade toilet paper? Check. Eat your heart out Costco, this is where I will be taking my business from now on.

Only store in town,most days you can't get down isles because there stock is always blocking you from it. Upper management is lost.

They don't stock their shelves very well and if you ask if they have something in back that's out of stock on the floor they won't go look. They said their backstock is in totes so they cant see what they have.
