Frozen pipes/drains had me stressed out…called Conklin who sent out Kevin and Rob and these guys were great! Prompt, professional and doing some damn hard work (below freezing temps and snow covered) crawling into a nearly inaccessible crawl space. They got my drains going and pipes started to flow. Prices are very competitive also…I highly recommend them.

We had a waterline crack and our yard flooded. We had to turn off the water to our house overnight. We called to see when someone could come to fix it in the morning, and thankfully Conklin Plumbling came through. Two men arrived Rob & Lance. (Thank you to them both.) They worked on digging up the line and had it replaced within a few hours. I highly recommend that anyone who needs a reliable, and affordable plumber to give them a call. They are the ones that we will use from now on.

After having my sewer starting to back up in my house Conklin came out in the first snow of the season and late at nigh. They came right out and fixed the problem!! The gentleman they sent was Rob and he was very helpful and polite. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!!

**UPDATE* I got a call tonight from the owner and he basically had a bad day, and forgot to look into my request. He was so nice and is sending me a check for the labor that wasn’t used. These guys were so nice and professional, like I said the only problem was them not getting back to me when I called, I will be calling them again if I have any plumbing problems, hopefully not soon though. 😀 They rectified the problem, and that is huge in my book!!!Septic tank, they did a great job, quick and efficient. However I was quoted a 6 hour job.(pump being $600 and labor $600 $100 per hour) it took him 45 mins to complete the job. I paid them on sight. I then called a few weeks later inquiring about the labor charge and was told they would look into it and maybe send me a check. That was 8+ months ago. Today I got mail from them, excitedly I opened it up thinking it might be a check, NOPE just a Christmas card. Glad they wasted money on me for that…

My water supply valves under kitchen sink was leaking. I called Conklin's at 8:00 am. They were at my house within an hour and repair was made by installing new valves. I bought a new home and needed my sewer line replaced a year ago January. When the work was completed I found myself with a very large mound down the middle of my back yard to which nothing appeared to be done to assist with helping it settle. More importantly though, and the reason I am rating them 1 star is they also installed a new floor drain in my basement as part of this project. When this was completed and cemented in the ground it now slopes upward toward the drain. Water can not drain in it properly now due to this very noticeable uphill slope. I called and text them several times and was told it had to be that way, and there was not much they could do. We finally settled on them coming out and trying to level it out around the drain so there was no longer a slope. Over a year later that has yet to happen. I tried contacting them several times via text and phone to touch base on where we were at with this. I received no response and eventually gave up. I will not be using them in the future and will not recommend them to anyone I know.Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

They put a brand new HVAC system in, flooring in bathroom, fixed bedroom ceiling light. Re-routed new ducting to push more air upstairs. Also took out old front porch and put in a new deck front of house and the back of the house and installed dishwasher. Very friendly staff, they were on time and got the jobs done in timely manner!! Highly recommend them!!

My family moved here 6 years ago and did not know anyone so choosing a Contractor that was familiar with our home was important. When i talked to our realtor she said they used Conklin Plumbing our of Osage City. Since that time we have used Conklin many times, I have called the owner over the weekend and he has always responded even being our of town. His guys are professional and timely. This weekend I had a clogged toilet causing me to use my own hand auger to try and get the clog out i got is stuck in the waste line going out to my septic system. The owner told me who he recommended to pump the septic tank down so they could look at it. The guy came out on a Sunday in the afternoon and shorty after that here was Conklin's Plumbing who quickly discovered the problem but could not get the equipment necessary to make repairs until the next day, " Today" Monday. Brandon and Rob showed up with the equipment and within minutes had the sewer line dug up and repaired the sewer line going into the septic tank and removed the garden hose that i got stuck in the sewer line that i tried to use to get my auger out with, yes I took a bad day and made it ten times worse. Thank you to Conklin Plumbing for taking care of its residents. We will continue to use these guys. They were sent from my home warranty company to fix an issue with a clogged toilet and another toliet that was leaking.. After being at my home for over three hours the toilet still wasn't fixed. I was told they would need to come back on another day.They said they ran into roots in my sewer line that was blocking the toilet. They would need different equipment to remove the clog.I was suprise because the reason one of the toilets was clogged was due to a cap from my wet dry vac fell into the toilet and clogged it. The other Toilet was just leaking. The techinician was able to retrive the cap so that should have resolved the issue. This was on the weeked. On monday I get a call from the owner. He said that I would need to pay an additional $435 over what my home warranty was paying. This was because they needed to run a sewer cam more that one hundred feet from my home and my home warranty would not cover beyond a hundred feet. I said no. The home warranty would not send anyone else because they told them this was what needed to be done to fix my toilet.I ended up calling Potts Plumbing. They came out did not find any roots in the sewer line and fixed both my toilets within an hour and half. The charge was $126.09.I appreciate Conklin coming out on the weekend . But due to my experience with them. I would not reccommend them.

The mainline in my house was backed up so I called Conklin Plumbing letting them know of my issue. They were very responsive and called right back with an appointment time first thing the next morning. They said they would arrive around 8:30 and they were prompt arriving right on time. They spent an hour and a half at the house cleaning out lines until they discovered it was a tree root causing the issue. I would highly recommend calling Conklin Plumbing.Service: General repairs

Great company, they found the issue, fixed what they could and are willing to go toe-to-toe with the warranty company for me to get the rest done on warranty. He arrived early, cleaned up his mess and easily found the problem and how to fix it. Very friendly, early,got right to work. All the good things when you need plumbing help!

These guys dropped everything and came to install a sump pump while my basement was flooding due to heavy rain! They didn't hit me with after hour expensive rates either. I've used this company for major repairs and minor. Highly recommend them!!

Notice on their own website there is no place to make a review or read a review. I bought a new home and the inspector recommended replacing the sewer all the way to the main. These guys bid to the seller and got the contract. A huge mistake. The trencher showed up after a few weeks waiting and then just left. After a few days they got the trenchers working next door to do the job. Wrecked my yard with clay, left huge mounds that funneled water to the house. After one big rain the sinkhole was 18 inches deep. They destroyed 2 drains for the gutters into the yard. When I called to say it was broken his response was that it was just garbage in my yard. Did not even cap the clean out in the basement. Let raw sewage run into the basement. Stay away from these guys. You will pay for it in the end.
