Great experience at this location with Josh, who spent at least 20 minutes assisting me with cutting down and securing cattle panels to my SUV :DHe was super nice about it from start to finish, so that I didn't feel guilty for taking up his time. He took care to not damage my vehicle, and ensure sure it would be safe for me to drive on the expressway with them in semi-windy conditions.Thanks again, Josh, best wishes to you!

had what we were looking for and ordered online. manager on duty was extremely condescending and rude regarding us moving a fence panel in our SUV. we knew it would stick out slightly and planned to drive home carefully (which worked perfectly, I should note) but entire time the manager spoke to us as though we were idiots and went as far as to start talking crap about us to another customer driving by. he also made it clear that he didn't want to help us when he said "I have customers inside who need help" as if we weren't also paying customers. horrible service all around.

Great prices for garden supplies, and I had a great experience with my online pick-up order. Josh was super helpful and careful to make sure I had the right products, even though I’d bought the wrong things initially. Thank you, Josh!

I am a dog trainer! I come here frequently to pick up pet supplies and usually everything goes well. I would say that the store could definitely be a little bit more organized at times. But today I was rather disappointed as I came into purchase some probiotics. there’s a specific brand that I really like using, and online it said it would be available for pick up, I went to the front because I couldn’t find it and confirmed that they had a couple in stock that hadn’t been put on the shelves yet. The nice cashier paged some workers multiple times, and then I was told that most likely it’s gonna take a while to find it in the boxes and everyone must be out to lunch so nobody can help me. I do understand that everybody needs lunch breaks, but there should be staff that should be able to help or answer questions when others aren’t available. So instead, I went to my car and I sat in front of the store and ordered it online from another store that was not tractor supply, because nobody wanted to help me in store....

Won't be back. Line from one open register halfway through the store. Other associates were in the store, and were aware of the line and did nothing. Several walked by and stared at the long line before walking away and talking / laughing with each other. I'll take my money elsewhere like Family Center where you don't get treated this way and they have better selection and pricing.

Now I am not one to rant as I try to keep it happy and light however this is bad!!!! TRACTOR SUPPLY OLATHE KS gave us the worst experience of our lives today. We went to set up our vending stand which had been approved and given the OK when we showed up. Once our entire set up was up and ready which takes about 2 hours from packing car to setting up tables. I just finished setting up the new manager came out and told me I had to move ; my husband had just left to get breakfast for us. I said I just finished setting up and that I was given the OK to be there. He continued to get ruder and told me I had to move because those spots were for customers....which I am where did I get the jars and canning supplies, my chickens their coup food the list goes on. My husband was actually planning to shop there today. Loren was gone when the man came to tell me I had to move and so he went in to speak with the manager who was rude. People came to shop our stand while we sadly packed our cars and we had to tell them we were kicked out and so they left. I then went to tell the manager we were leaving and that we had ladies come to shop with us and left after I told her we were kicked out. This is when it gets REALLY BAD and the reason for my post. He then said oh darn I'm so sorry about that while he chuckled at me who was near tears. He said you know what you aren't welcome back so don't come back. This man was not only unprofessional but he was out right mean and a bully. I do not feel people with the positions of power should flaunt that and treat others less than which is exactly what he did to me. He apparently had racist remarks toward my husband who has Hispanic heritage while he was inside to speak with him as well. Needless to say I will not be shopping there again and or promote them as long as management is how it is. Those in management please treat people with respect you never know how damaging your actions can be. This man squashed on my dreams and had no care to realize how important it was that I sell my product being as it was one of the last opportunities this season. This vending stand is my livelihood. I had worked so hard to be able to sell at these places. This GM literally smashed my dreams.Note: last year I vented there and never had a problem. Under different managment

I bought a very large air compressor here. It was quite an investment for me, and I drove all the way down from Lansing, KS despite the fact that there is a TSC in Lansing, because the customer service provided to me over the phone was so much better than Lansing. Michael was not only incredibly helpful and friendly on the phone, but even more so in person. This will now be my go to location for anything I need from TSC. Despite being clearly short staffed, they all did a great job.

A man, a very tall man dressed in cowboy clothing, hat and all, entered the Women's Bathroom as I was exiting! There is a Men's bathroom as well. This is shocking and not acceptable to me! I looked at him with dismay and anger and he went right in. Women don't appreciate men peeing on the floor in front of their toilet and on the toilet itself, this is one reason we have separate bathrooms in civilized society! We are different. This was last week, I recently just received my coupons for spending over $1,000 at this store. I drive a long way to shop here, and until this bad experience I've been happy to do so. I hope management is aware of this at this location and does not support it. I did report it to the cashier and today will call the corporate office and lodge a complaint. If TSC has gone "woke", and doesn't respect women, and women's private spaces, I will move my purchasing power elsewhere. I thought all potential customers should know about this in making their purchasing power choices too.

I had done some business at Tractor Supply in the past so when I wanted to buy a pair of knee high rubber boots I thought I would try this location. BIG MISTAKE. First off the display was a complete mess. The shelf tags were not helpful as most just said “rubber boots” without a brand. And since the boots were thrown all over willy nilly there was no matching the product to the shelf tag price. So I grabbed a pair that were in the $25 section and went to the register to see if that price was accurate since there was no floor person anywhere in sight to ask. I had two choices, stand in the line four places back from a dithering old lady being waited on who just couldn’t find her coupon or try the surly looking man at the next register. I picked the grumpy Gus option. I walk up, “grunt”, I ask if he would please check the price on the boots “grunt” I found out they were $50 not $25 and said I was looking for the ones on sale “grunt”. I walked back to the display and put the boots where I thought they might go and left as I was in a bit of a hurry. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location and maybe not any other. When I need help I want a retail employee who can use words rather than hog talk. I want a person who is more concerned with me than their “bad day” or whatever his problem was. I don’t want to be made to feel that my patronage of their store is inconveniencing them to the point of suppressed hostility. IDK what it is about a lot of these farm stores but either you get angry country Cletus who apparently doesn’t like the cut of your gib or some syrupy, obsequious dim wit who has been told by corporate they need to at least act like they appreciate customers. I feel like white, middle aged people with a Midwestern drawl is all they are interested in doing business with. No black folk, no Asians, no young people and apparently no long hairs either. God forbid a gay couple should stop in, I can only imagine the reception. Tractor Supply-forget you, there are plenty of places for me to get boots, chain oil, garden fertilizer, saw chains, 2-cycle mix oil, pet food and all the rest. Never again.

Do not order parts to be delivered. The driver stole my items and never delivered them(they use a 3rd party delivery service called Roadie that is probably nothing but cons). They then lied to me for 4 days telling me that they would redeliver it and did not. I even offered to pick it up from my local store and they even failed at that. They just cancelled my order without a call or any other notification. Take your business elsewhere

We got natural dog treats & grain free cat food from here; our cat's coats are so much healthier & for the most part their vomiting has quit. I'm more than happy with this store compared to others that don't have healthy treats & food for our animals!

Don’t buy anything online if it’s not in the store do not buy it. Black Friday specials they claim they run out of inventory and cancel your order. I purchased online and thought I could pick it up at my local TSC.They canceled my order and told me it’s because I did not pick it up on time even though I was out of town. And then I called national customer service and they claimed they were out of stock.I recommend purchase from other companies online.

I absolutely love Tractor Supply. Tonight I wanted to purchase chickens. I wanted 2, the policy was 4. I went to talk with the manager, whom was buried in her personal mobile phone, she quickly snapped back policy. I can accept ,and did the rule, however when I questioned the fact that she was not listening and buried in her own personal phone… she quickly ushered me out. I accept the rules, even when I ask for leaway…. But I do not appreciate someone snapping at me when they distracted with they’re personal phone.

Ordered a truck box, when I showed up the item I had purchased for $437.89 was covered in dust, had paint chipped off of it, and had a dent in the top. Come on. Associate that helped me was super nice and very apologetic, but I'm never going back to this place.

Very friendly staff. I went in there looking for a specific item even though they didn't have it I was still impressed with their urgency to try to find it. They even went online to see if they could get it and when it would arrive if I did order it. They would have got five stars if they had the item in stock.

They have great options for quality dog food at a good price. The employees are always so quick to help and really friendly. We love tye new rewards program. The kids love going to see the chicks and ducklings in the springtime.

Excellent selection. Kind staff. Fair pricing. Good location right off 169 highway. They have everything from stock tanks, to feed, to trailers and trailer parts, work-wear, and a variety of other useful things. This location isn't going to be the cheapest prices in the world, but it offers fair pricing, especially for a brick and mortar store that has the quality this one does.

Watch how they scan your items. We were charged twice for an item. Caught it after we had paid. The cashier scanned the item we paid twice for to “refund it” to our card. It didn’t work. Anyhow we called when we realized their refund hadn’t worked and they said we had to come in with the receipts to show them. I guess this cannot be looked up in their dated system? I had receipt numbers, dates, times, everything. Had to drive an hour to get a simple refund that was their mistake. You’d think this would be an easy fix remotely for their customers.

They have a good selection of dog food available and the price is reasonable. Bird seed too. I took my dog there for a well check, rabies vaccination, and nail trim. Very affordable and no wait.

Walked in looking for a fuel transfer tank once I realized I needed to to measure my truck bed to make sure the transfer tank fits. I asked the cashier and she kindly loaned me one. Awesome store friendly and very helpful.

I looked up what i needed in advance on line. When i arrived they not only had the feed i was looking at on line, they had my prefered brand also in the size i wanted. Friendly staff and easy checkout. They have a good variety of different things here too. I'll definitely be returning.

I somehow got signed up for their email marketing. I used their "unsubscribe feature" 4 times. I contacted support. They replied the first time and said they would take care of it. 2 weeks later, another unsubscribe attempt, and 3 more contacts to support and they are sill spamming me! They haven't even bothered to respond to my last 3 emails to support. Whatever you do, don't give them your email!!!

I quit shopping here. They have great products, but the prices are so, so high! It's like the co-op farm supply for rich JOCO people. I go to a competitor in Gardener or even buy online. They've always been high, but they were the only game in town. Not anymore! I might still go there, but only on rare occasion for sales.
