I’m here at least once a month for dog nail trims. The groomers are always so helpful and welcoming. While we are there, I usually check out the dog toys and treats and the after-holiday discounts. They also have pet adoption days with Heartland on weekends, too. A very friendly place that gives me good feelings.

These folks are the best. They stand behind their products and I always leave feeling good about my visit. Even started using Banfield Pet Hospital. My dog gets all excited when we pull up in front the store. He knows the sign. Clean. Organized. Friendly. Helpful. Whoever is recruiting for these guys is doing a Cracker Jack job!!!

I recently lost my regular groomer due to health issues so I took my pups to PetSmart at 119th Street in Olathe for grooming. Bree was my groomer. She did an excellent job! I was very impressed with her friendliness in light of the fact that I was the last appointment of the day. She treated my pets as if they were her first of the day with plenty of smiles and kindness! I will be using the store again and Bree for all my future grooming.

I would like to say thank you to Morgan at Olathe Petsmart. She took the time to help me and to give me good advice for dog foods for my schnauzers with allergies… she seemed so incredibly informative. Either a good manager in the making or a great veterinarian in the making. Appreciate the time and knowledge.

Went to the 119th store today, had the worst pet store experience ever. All I needed was one pack of pinkies for my snake. I showed up, went up to see if there was an open time on the door, there was not but the doors were open and some lady walked in while I was looking for an open sign. I go in grab my pack of pinkies and went over to the register. No one is there. I get 3 employees walk past me, and none of them even aknowledge I am there when I try getting their attention. Finally this one lady walks past for the third time so I tried again. She looked annoyed and says we aren't open till 9. It's 8:50 at this point and I have been standing here for 25 minutes being ignored. I asked why she couldn't say that the first time she just walked by and ignored me and she again annoyed just says look you're not my problem for ten more minutes.Ways this could be avoided.1: Post on your doors your open time2: DONT OPEN YOUR DOORS BEFORE YOU OPEN3: Teach your employees some human decency, I don't expect them to cash me out before you open but you can't just tell me we aren't open yet in the 3 times you and your co workers have waltzed by. No I am not your "problem in 10 minutes." You guys have lost a paying customer forever.

My Ellie has never gone anywhere other than Olathe Pet’s Smart for her grooming.Brandi, her groomer is awesome. Ellie goes right to her every time she goes in.Brandi knows exactly how I like my Ellie to look.Brandi always works with me, when I have scheduled Ellie for the wrong grooming need.Ellie goes every week unless Brandi is not off on the days I am able to take her.Ellie is always ready to go in the time I have been told.I like paying directly through the App on my phone if I don’t need anything else.Brandi is really good with my Ellie who is my first fur baby that is my own.

PetSmart at 119th and Metcalf in Overland Park, KS, is a pet food store for a variety of pets: dogs, cats, birds, gerbels, more and mini-tank fish. It has a Dog Hotel and Dog Grooming by appointment. It has a Veterinarian service within the store by appointment. OUTSIDE PICK-UP services available for On-line Orders; call prior to your pickup. Sometimes on Saturday, it has a Meet and Greet for Potentially Adoptable dogs and cats, brought in by Foster's of the local Animal SHELTERS. Very friendly staff, clean store and well lit. I took my dog ​​for a bath I paid $60 and they did extremely quick bath, my dog ​​came back stinking and with all her hair very tangled. the nails and teeth nothing seems to have been done. The worst service I ever had, don’t take your pets to this place.

We moved here from Oklahoma and needed a new groomer.After lots of research (price, quality, distance) we settled on PetSmart in Olathe!We could not be happier! Damion is our go-to guy and he always does such a phenomenal job with our border collie, Loki!Thank you for all your care and attention to excellence Damion! 10/10 recommend!

They were holding a dog/cat house for me. I told them a medium, and they held a small one. Luckily, they had all three sizes. They had a cyber Monday price, which they honored. They were true to their word. Great job, PetSmart!!!

I by far prefer PetSmart over Petco. So much so that I drive a great distance further to get to PetSmart. However I have noticed that almost all pet stores have phased out their lesser priced dog treats and foods and only carry the higher priced items which I find disheartening. So I've opted to start getting all my dog foods and treats delivered from Chewy. But I do still get my dog halters, collars, leashes, beds and stuff at PetSmarr because they have such good sales and I prefer to be able to pick those out myself by actually seeing and touching them. As for dog toys I buy them somewhere else altogether.

Great space has an enjoyable amount of variety including an adoption center, training area, and grooming salon. Pets from guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, varying species of fish, and cats with adoption fees as low as $35. The cats and kittens were lovely most litter box trained and all vaccinated up to date.Their ages ranging from a few months old to about 2 years old. Fell inlove with a cat named Phoenix who was cuddly and talkative.

This store is well kept but the service was not up with that standard. The kid that helped us at the checkout was incredibly rude to me and my friend who had to deal with a return. It took over 30 minutes to even find someone to help her with it and the other cashiers shrugged her off when she asked about it.Overall not a good experience for us, especially with how much I spent and to be treated like that just trying to check out.

I placed an online order at 4:28pm which was cancelled at 4:36pm. I called with this information and my order number to inquire as to why it was cancelled.I was placed on forever hold after nicely providing this information to a female employee. Then I called back after holding longer than four minutes. During that call I repeated the above information several times before advising the gentleman get a pen.Customer service advice, when someone is already frustrated on the phone please pay attention, be prepared to write down or type important information, and pretend the customer is a priority.Make it a great day!

Everything was fine except when I placed a online pick up order. When I walked in I stood at the designated location and waited about 10 minutes while the nice lady behind the counter finished checking out with the customers she was already helping. She then turned to help me got my order number and grabbed a bag that was sitting on a shelf next to me. Was waiting 10 minutes the end of the world, by all means no, but why wasn't there a second person in the whole store who could help or wouldn't it be just as easy to just let me grab my order? Now that I know they are there I could walk in grab them all and leave. Seems like they should reevaluate the pick up process.

This place is awful. Large groups of fish are ALWAYS dead in the bottom of the tank and seem to not be well taken care of. It is just plain disgusting and smells. Any time I have asked a crew member for help they always are extremely disrespectful and just seem like they don’t want to actually help you when that is what they are paid to do. The crew member literally walked away from a large group of customers saying he “had to use the restroom really bad” and then never came back to fish area. Nobody else came over to help the large group of customers needing fish. I left without purchasing the multiple fish I was wanting and very disappointed in this store.
