Michelle and her grooming crew are fantastic. They all know our pups and are always so wonderful while grooming them.I can't recommend them enough. Two of my girls HATE getting their nails done (think shrieking like banshees in a bog), but Michelle effortlessly trims their nails without much fuss. It's a dream to have someone you can trust to regularly keep your babies groomed.💕

I was expecting to spend 65 on my dog. I expected nail clippings to be included without requiring an up charge. When I get a haircut, the groomer blows off the clippings. Not so here. A fine job was done. It seemed awkward from start to finish.

The groomer who was checking me in was very rude, first when I booked appointment for full groom for my dog they said everything is included in that when I went the day of my appointment she told me that teeth brush is not included and $12 will be charged separately for that . When I said that at the time of booking, I was being told that everything was included, she said, "Do you want grooming or not?" The teeth brush is not included. They are not professional and very rude.

Our girl was matted and beyond brushing grooming state. Vega wanted to see her before making a judgment. We set up an appointment and had Vega do her magic. She agreed that a shave was needed and did a wonderful job.

Ashlynn did a wonderful job dremeling my dog, Jesse's nails. I've been to two vets - Stanley Vet & Red Oak Veterinary Hospital and Woofgang Bakery & Grooming, for years, before my visit to Petco. In addition to doing the BEST job on Jesse's nails I've ever had, Ashlynn was very friendly and helpful with me (enduring several phone calls) and was very very good with Jesse. I've already made another appointment for 2 weeks out ~ ONLY with Ashlynn. Great customer service Ashlynn!!

My dog had not been groomed for many months due to Covid 19 and was somewhat matted and was not comfortable. The groomer did an excellent job removing mats and my dog looked wonderful afterwards. Her cut was short, but very cute!

Ashlyn is very good to take care my pet. I really appreciate and happy to recommend the service. I like petco for dog grooming/bath. We went for bath of my labrador retriever.

This place to much cheaper than any place around. They also cut to a much higher level than any place around. They are very adaptive to how ever you request them to cut your pets hair.I would recommend this place over anywhere else in the Olathe area.

I do wish that when I bring my dog in for a grooming appointment it doesn't take 3 hours for a bath, haircut and nail trim. otherwise they do an amazing job!
