Rooms are spacious clean have all the amenities you need. Shampoo lotion soap coffee in the rooms. Cable TV free wifi. 7-9 there is refreshments in the lobby. Cereal, sunnyD on the go snacks for the road. Lobby is accessible 24hrs for convenience. Vary nice cozy quit motel.Rooms: Spacious and clean.Nearby activities: Convienantly located next to Casey's gas station And dollar generalSafety: Vary safe quit and well taken care of.

The room left a lot to be desired. Very run down. However, the towels and the sheets were clean. If I had spent about $40-50 less for the room (total was $90 for one night + my dog and taxes) my expectations wouldn't have been nearly as high.

I am an on the road driver and if I'm out late I will just stay in a hotel, and when I stayed here in Room 204 I walked upstairs to my room and my door was open a little bit and I walked in to see that my door wouldn't close or the handle lock didnt work ,but thank God that there was a steel lock that I could lock because someone tried to walk in my room, Hopefully they are good with God because they almost met him that night for sure ,other than that it was great

Don't expect much aside from a the convivence of the location. Property is in rough shape with broken windows, burned out cars, and trash in courtyard. Rooms are old and the locks on our door were broken. There isn't a pool as some of the descriptions say, it's been filled in with gravel. Fifteen dollar pet fee. Not the worst budget motel I've stayed in but certainly not the best.

I didn't expect too much, as the cost was very reasonable. I was astounded by the quality of the room, furnishings, bedding, and bath accessories. Everything was clean, bedding and towels are higher quality than normally found in hotels. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this hotel

The man at the front desk was the sweetest ever! When I talked to him on the phone he helped me out tremendously! When I got there he gave me the room I wanted so I was close. The room was AMAZING! They are so clean and smelled nice when I walked in. The room itself is very well put together! Very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Definitely someplace I would stop again if I wasn’t just passing by!!! Definitely recommend to ANYONE who is considering it! And the price isn’t outrageous! You get a great room for a great price!!

This was an extremely convenient location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This could probably be a cute hotel if they would do some updating and get rid of some of the garbage sitting around. Possibly do a little clean up in their Landscaping. Overall, it's suited our needs but was a little high considering the quality of the accommodations.

The rooms here are not nice in any sense. The furniture may be in decent shape but everything else about the rooms are aweful. Dirty, and generally unclean environment. The outside is even worse. Broken windows, falling apart fence, dirty and garbage filled area. Seriously had this not been the only choice I wouldn't have stayed. The service was God aweful for late arrivals. Despite having called and booked our room maybe 30 minutes before arrival still had to sit outside the office for over 20 minutes ringing the bell and pounding on the window before anyone ever came. If you can drive to another place to stay or stay in your car.

The rooms were spacious, super clean, no cigarette smell, and the furniture was in decent shape.Kush at the front desk was super helpful, my booking with Expedia didn't record in the system for some reason and he was super quick to sort it out.Looks like a neat family owned business, good value

The bathroom walls need a good cleaning! And some upkeep done in the room. Small hole in one wall by bed. FYI, If you think you are using Expedia and getting a 5% off DEAL... you're not. Same price that the man that just walked in behind me with no reservations and ask for a room got. The man at the desk was one of the most pleasant desk assistants we've ran across for a while, so that gets points. Breakfast is very basic Sunny D, yogurt,fresh banana, couple other packaged bakery like items, snack bar, a couple other grab and go items, and there was one cup for coffee, but no coffee made😬 @ 0730.

The beds are actually quite comfortable not as hard as most places I've been, they obviously do housekeeping, we felt comfortable. I was worried about it being so close to the road but it's not that busy and the area is very quiet. Smaller motel, could have some updates for the interior and they didn't have breakfast like advertised but not sure if that's due to covid, other than that it was totally fine. Nice price and easy to get to.

The buildings are old and somewhat outdated, but you won't find a better price. Staff was efficient and available. We had a leak in the bathroom and were given a new room immediately. I left my electric toothbrush in the room, and the owners mailed it back to me for free. If you're just looking for a comfy place to sleep for the night, this place will do the job!

At 2 am, will admit that one isn't as discerning. We should have been.Website claims it has been newly renovated. The room we had, obviously hadn't been part of that renovation. Threadbare carpets, broken furniture, moth eaten curtains. The bed and mattress were well worn. Sink not functional. Few electrical outlets available or working. Room hadn't necessarily been cleans,. AC held in place with tape. Furniture was splintered. Wasn't until the morning that we got the real surprise -- live roaches crawling along the floor. Tried posting this all before, probably in another site. But definitely do not recommend. Have the pictures that can document our stay

I didnt hate the place. I liked the back porch and the outside area for my dog. But. We were given dirty towels and you could see the stains on the carpet. Beds were clean but lacking pillows. Bathroom floor was dirty with stains on the walls.

Do not stay here. I specifically requested a ground floor room as I was traveling with my elderly mother. The desk clerk flippantly informed me the stairs were small. There were two flights for a total of 15 steps - not anything an 89 year old woman with two replaced knees should be navigating. The room was filthy. All upholstered chairs were covered with stains. The carpet was stained and dirty. There was no hot water. The electrical plug in by the sink did not work. Drywall was cracked in places. Although it was supposed to be a non-smoking room you could smell smoke especially in the bathroom.

The rooms are older but clean . In good repair. I stayed there for 11 week contract. The managerment was very hospitable. They tried to always have my favorite room ready when I came back from my days off. Very friendly , good people.

This place was ok. It served its purpose for some rest and shuteye. Their laundry is located in a small building outside of the motel. I hesitated at first but the water was super hot and it did a great job with my filthy clothes. The young man at the front desk also does laundry service for a small fee. I have to say, it's a little run down, but it was clean and dry when I needed it. Dollar Store is located right next door as well as a Caseys within walking distance. LIquor store too within walking distance.

Nasty . Everything was nasty. Didn't realize there was a much better Motel down the road . Was raining and cold and dark so we rented the room and was very sorry. One if those you leave your shoes on and use your clothes for a pillow.

This was by far the creepiest motel I have ever been in. But it is the only one for hours the guy charged me more then the booking app because the hours I ended up in that town was late and I wanted a full 8 hours of sleep. So I could have had the room for a full night for less money had my hours been more acceptable to the public. Idk I thought that was him working me for more money. Other then that I can't complain. I needed sleep and I was able to get that because this place was there

I wouldn’t even leave one star for this hotel. We have stayed here two days and our room is infested with bed bugs. So bad that my kids and I are covered in bug bites. The rooms are filthy and they smell like animal pee. The room was so dirty and there was old dog pee on the floor in the bathroom, I had to go get house keeping to come clean the room as I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really nice owner but please do yourself a favor and inspect before you commit. Non smoking had a smoke smell, ac took half the night to get cool, tv remote would not work, sink and shower drains are slow, smashed mangled lamp, some non working electrical outlets, there must be a cattle feed lot nearby, and I cant even begin to describe the carnage that was left by the last tenants in the mini fridge.

Just got transferred to the area and needed a place to stay--looked online and reviews not bad and picked this over others without checking. I'm retired Army and not picky and am use to rough conditions. Place was overly dirty (filthy), pillows- pillow cases-sheets-blankets-towels stained and/or dirty. Bathroom looked likes it was cleaned with dirty water and stains on the walls and ceiling. Fridge didn't work and smelled like something died in it. Outside had no upkeep what-so-ever (just broken everything everywhere.Bottom line is just don't stay here--Kansas Country Inn is much better for the same price (a little older and maybe dated some but much better)

The front desk person was nice, the room looked clean.. until we got to the bathroom. There was a dirty washcloth hung over the shower curtain and hair on the shower wall. The taps were very old, water pressure laughable. The room was cold, but the heater helped a bit. Blankets old and getting threadbare, mattress lumpy, sheets scratchy.It's a good size, though and if you're not too prissy, you'll do fine.
