Nice clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly service! If staying in Norton, Kansas I highly recommend this place! I have had multiple long term stays and they are always consistent! The King Bed Suite Rooms are very spacious with a pull out sofa bed. Nice big bathrooms with walk in showers. Plenty of Ice & Vending machines too! They have a computer with printer in lobby which comes in handy. The Breakfast has hot & cold options and is open early. The Manager is very accommodating! Love the service options for the rooms! The cleaning staff is very nice, and go out of there way to make sure you have everything you need! Great overall experience every stay! From a Choice Hotel Rewards Member.

Great experience! Central location, Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast has a big variety and delicious. Free hot beverages 24 hours available. Workout center is clean and not busy. Staff were very friendly. I left a bag in the room and forgot until the day after we checked out. They mailed it to my house when I called right away. That was above and beyond service.

The good- room was larger than normal. Comfortable bed. Had sofa desk fridge microwave. Nicely appointed. Exercise room, hot breakfast.The not so good. Wifi was unable to stream video. Also heard my neighbor snoring im the room next door. Maybe the walls should be thicker.

The place is fine, not great. No pool which wasn't clear on websites, some said there was. There wasn't much for a pet area, no grass and the weeds had sandburs that stuck to dogs and clothes. The room was clean and functional. A little smaller if you are traveling with family and pet. Breakfast was better than expected and the attendant was really nice.Walkability: Subway restaurant, Casey's and Dollar store were very close as were other businesses.

The Front Desk staff was really nice and understanding at check-in. I had to make sure the card I used was correct and they were very open with communication. I would certainly stay again if I go back to Norton. The hotel rooms was clean the lobby was well taken care of and the value for the price is more than reasonable. Great Job!

Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Offered us fresh popcorn. Room was clean and comfortable. TV was a little wonky, but adequate. Without going into the whole story, we were woken by the people in the adjoining room at 1am. We were eventually given another room next door when they wouldn't shut up and we slept without further incident. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Real plates and silverware with a good selection of food and helpful staff. Not your usual free hotel breakfast. On checkout, the morning clerk knew of our problem without my saying a thing. She said she had already talked to the manager and we were going to get a full refund. The problem was not the hotel's fault, but they apologized profusely and wanted to make sure we were happy. Truly a 5 star hotel.

We ended up having to stay here after getting into an accident. We were completely surprised how nice it was especially for the price. Everything was super clean and the accommodations were superb. Sarah was unbelievably helpful and made our stay comfortable. We are very appreciative for her kindness. Hopefully we never have to come back again, but if we did we would definitely stay here again.

Came in on Sunday night and got a solid reception from the manager on duty. He squared me away with a room in minutes and even set me up with the veterans discount. This is the second hotel I’ve enjoyed in Kansas in less than 2 weeks and I can’t say how pleased I am about their hospitality, genuine kindness and outstanding treatment. The room was clean, well furnished and quiet. Excellent all around.

Not as nice as some other Sleep Inns, but still pretty good. Parking for trucks/trailers is confusing and the check-in person (Sarah) reeked of smoke, despite this being a non-smoking property. The box spring bottom was ripped and my cats wound up inside it, meaning I had to take the beds apart to get them out in the morning.There's also basically no food delivery of any kind in the area.Otherwise fine.

Staff was very friendly. I forgot some clothes in the closet and they called me to let me know. They held onto them for a week until I passed back through there. Highly recommended on the outside chance you’re in Norton Kansas.

We (group of 17) were pleased with the group discount. All members of our group raved about the quality of the accommodations. The staff was very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous to us. We really enjoyed the BIG breakfast. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We traveled extensively this summer and stayed at various motels but this hotel surpassed them all. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

I had an issue with a random, older male stranger who able to walk into our room with his key, so evidently there was some kind of mix up. Let's just say he did not walk in at the right moment and it was embarrassing. Our room keys quit working afterward. I am sure this would have been dealt with accordingly by staff, but I was way too tired, after my trip, to go downstairs and deal with it.Update: The manager handled this promptly the day of check out. A phone message was left apologizing and I was refunded a portion of the cost. I was not requesting that any of this be done so it was much appreciated that staff respond to these reviews and reach out to their customers. Because of this wonderful customer service, I would stay here again if the situation presents itself. Thank you!
