This is a clean store. Even the bathrooms. Staff was nice and knew where items we couldn't find were. I like this store. We came on business to Kansas so it's my second trip here. Yes I would come back.

I’m waiting in line at customer service to return an item purchased online. There are numerous cashiers working in lines for purchases but only one person working at returns. The message here is if you spend money right now we’ll get to you quickly but if you have a return we don’t care! I spend literally hundreds of dollars a month here but you can’t get help if you’re not bringing dollars in!

We were headed home to Texas and needed air in our tire. After a few failed attempts around town we could not find an air machine that worked. We pulled in the automotive dept hoping we could pay for air here. The man working not only aired up our tire, but checked all four to make sure we were good for our long trip. We attempted to tip him for his services, but he respectfully declined and suggested we pay it forward to someone who could use it (and we will). We are very appreciative of his help. He went above and beyond our needs yesterday!

It's a very confusing layout. I travel for work and normally supercenters have similar layouts just the grocery doors flip sides, but this one is like they took an old school Walmart store and added on, but not at the same time, and the floor plan sucks bad. So if you are not familiar with this store then good luck.

My drivers license expired, so they wouldn't give me some money sent to me through money gram. I went that same day and got a new license. The next day, I went back to Walmart, they don't honor the paper copy. I had to wait for the hard copy. 10 days later, I finally got me money.

Great experience 👍. Very peaceful ✌️ at 9:30 pm. Did not get the falling of being followed. Clerk was very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience here.

Had a bad experience yesterday but they more than made up for it today. Very friendly manager that still practices "the customer is always right" principal. At least within reason. Nice staff, very helpful.

Pressed the button for someone to come unlock a cabinet multiple times over a period of 30 minutes and no workers came to unlock it. The one worker I saw didn’t have a key for it. Might as well take the items off the shelf if nobody is there to sell it.

Yeah it's a wal mart. You know what to expect. Nothing in particular really stands out that also would not apply to most other wal marts in the country.Would love it if there were more shoe options and gender-neutral clothing options. Additionally, a lot of the clothing is typically in just a handful of styles so I don't feel like I have a lot to choose from in variety or modern trends.The parking lot is a MESS be careful navigating, people like to barrel in and through, I've almost witnessed several accidents. The intersection to get to the light is awful and lots of people will not wait their turn so just be cautious/aware when you are trying to leave.

One of the best Wamarts I've been in, in a VERY long time!! Clean, well organized, not a bunch of trash walking around AND a real person cashed me out. They allow semi truck parking is why I visited this location.I was happy I took the chance.I refuse to go to my local Walmart in Winter Haven, Fl. Ticks my wife off but it's my prerogative.Thank you.

While this store did not have what I was looking for in stock, the electronics staff was truly helpful in discussing other options with me as well as giving me general cost estimates. Will plan on visiting again here in the future after I decide on what route I want to take and type of product since I now have more options!

This is most absolutely ridiculous place to fix a flat tire. I had a flat on interstate. I had purchased my tires from Walmart in Salina and had the flat tire fixed in Salina 3 weeks ago. They plugged it . Needless to say on the interstate.. the plug did not hold and had a dangerous situation flat tire again. I changed tire put on dummy tire and drove to Newton which was closest Walmart. They said no problem . THREE HOURS later.. still no fixed flat. I had also purchased their road hazard. So lesson here.. BUY Your TIRES at reputable tie place, not Walmart.

So I stopped at Walmart in Guthrie ok for a much needed oil change. They told me I was first in line so it should not take long. I waited 1 1/2 hrs and my car had not been moved but there was a car getting its oil changed. I told them to give me my key so I could leave. By that time everything else was closed. So I had to drive to my destination without getting the oil changed.

I'm hoping Walmart will find a way to control cost. I wanted to buy meat, but the steaks were no less than $19. I left with chicken thighs...The store is always stocked well, very clean and adequate personnel.

Wal-Mart needs to pick a better place for the trading card section. Having it next to a self checkout station is a real inconvenience when you're trying to pick up trading cards, and there's a long line causing you to stand there for 30 minutes just to get some trading cards.

Have tried calling to provide feedback, but have been unable to get in contact with a real person.We recently went into the store to complete our own grocery shopping as items are constantly “out of stock” or “unavailable” and we are substituted with a higher price or close to expiration item with our pick up experiences. We have learned to deny substitutions and go in to store to find 1) the item is actually in stock or 2) a better substitution that is comparable price/quality is available .The store tends to have 2-3 check outs open. The clerks are kind, but very slow with a lot of “glitches” with machinery, coupons, etc.Our last visit we were in a line with a checker who was scanning 5 or 6 items for the lady in front of us. The checker was not in any hurry after about 2 minutes of waiting, the conveyor advanced too much causing a box to take out the monitor for the checker. We waited a minute after that, but the checker couldn’t figure out how to fix the monitor.We the. headed over to the self check area. There was no line, that was great. We had a cart full of items for celebrations for the holiday weekend and only a tiny place to place items and had to constantly shuffle things from the single bag area to the floor once each bag was full.My call to management requests solutions.For Pick Up- If substitutions are going to be “up charged” please care for quality of items and comparable prices. It is frustrating to go into store nearly every time right before my pick up time and get the item I did order for myself when 30min-1 hr prior it was “unavailable “.For in store- If self check is the new way, not my favorite, but at least give me space to bag and organize my items as if I were in an actual Che knout lane— or open those back up for those of us with larger purchases. We want to support this store.Today’s in store, especially check out, experience was awful. I chose to shop more locally to support the community people you do hire, but left justifying to my kids why the experience was ok because there are community members employed there, whereas Amazon does not hire our local community members.Thanks for working towards solutions of either having a couple efficient checkers on lanes or making larger quantity check out spaces for self check. I look forward to seeing what progress can be made to allow us to still shop more locally.

This tall older lady, we will call "D" profiled me and treated me terribly. I was in my workout clothes and didn't have make up on, which must have caused her to assume I was a thief.I walked to self checkout with a single clothing item that was 50% off. Most of the store is on clearance at this time. I was on my phone pulling up Walmart Pay and she walks over and yanks my item out of the bag, looks inside of the jacket, assuming I'm stealing. Right before that I had taken the hanger out, unzipped and folded it, that way it would fit in the bag. She looks at the tag and looks at the price it rang up as and then proceeds to tell me that she would be required to get manager override because it didn't add up. 🤔I reminded her that most of the store was on clearance and there was an entire rack of the same item 30 feet away with the prices clearly marked. She said she would still be required to await manager approval for my transaction. I requested she walk with me that way I could show her the price. Once she saw the price it rang up as was accurate, she still had a terrible attitude with me.This was a devastating experience, I have never felt so discriminated against or profiled in my life. Employees need to be trained emotional intelligence, she handed the situation in an incredibly unprofessional manner.

I live over an hours drive yet this has to be my favorite store. I prefer it to the three closer stores. The employees are helpful and courteous. The facilities are clean and pleasant smelling. Selection of goods is better than the other stores. As long as I am able to drive I will be shopping here.

You won't meet the rude cashiers there. Otherwise the place is clean and shelves are stocked and the back employees will help you if asked but will do so with a winded tone and in overall annoyance. If you don't want an air of discomfort just go to Dillons.

Called looking for a bike that every store is out of in 50 miles . Julie in bike department had one saved it for me at customer service to pickup. She was very friendly and nice about doing that for me. Went to pick it up got to customer service and the person helping me was also very friendly and nice. Good place to shop and I drove 42 miles. 👍👍👍👍

Prices have gone way up, the quality has gone way down. It's the same with some of the employees. They're starting him out at more money but they're treating you less like a paying customer.
