I bought the battery for a lawn mower.They said I needed a core for a lawnmower,( I've never had to have a core for a lawnmower battery before. ), I take them a battery back and they say it is not the right size or kind wouldn't give back the ten dollar deposits.

Employees don't understand how to find an axle for a trailer yet they sell axles for trailers.I've called 2 times and each time they waisted about 20 minutes of my time looking and don't understand what is going on.What?...How are you going to sell axles if you can't find what the customer needs after they gave you the measurements...Twice I've called, wow.Y'all need to make these body's a cheat sheet so they can sell your stuff...Don't even comment back with the bogus I'm sorry or the customer service number, thats ridiculous.

Never give this company your email address. They will send you bogus emails at least 3 or 4 times a month. I guess it’s the new way to advertise themselves. There most famous email is sending blank register receipts.I don’t even shop there. How can I generate a receipt?

In March of 2021, I purchased a 3000lb capacity 5.5'x10' carry-on trailer at this location. In May of 2022, the coupler catastrophically failed, causing the trailer to detach at speed. I visited the store and explained this to the manager, Brandon.According to him, providing my name, phone number, date of purchase, and vin number was insufficient evidence I purchased the trailer at that store. Without a store reciept, and with the trailer being 3 months out of manufacturers warrenty, the best he could offer me was a discount on a replacement coupler.Be warned potential shoppers, this is apparently a "wear item."

Never have enough product to get discount. 12 cans for 15$. They had 10 cans Clerk refuse to help. Said sorry at check out about 3xs. This is the second time this has happened. 4/12021 update. The sale is over. But good luck getting helped. 10 min wait. In line!

Traveling from Colorado to Arkansas with a boat and the trailer's axel broke. You guys had everything we needed to fix it. The manager let us leave the boat in the parking lot over night until we could get the proper tools to fix it. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

I bought some strawberry plants. One was molded bad. I took it back and they informed me that I should have opened every bag and looked at them before I took them I had to drive to Newton twice. I wasn't very happy as I took my old molded strawberry plants I paid $5 for back home. If they're going to put stipulations on things they need to tell you before you buy.

Poor customer service. After I purchased a dog run I had a missing corner connector piece. The clerk was rude and got defensive saying he has never had an issue before. I was just going to ask if they carried the extra part to purchase. The 30 day return policy is unfair as most stores give 90 days to return an item and I have the receipt for the extra fencing I purchased and did not use.

They have a great supply of high quality and inexpensive rubber work boots. The gal I talked to you on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and especially helpful when we came to the store.

The manager at this particular Tractor Supply has the personality of a fence post. He is rude. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. I purchased an expensive dog kennel from them. It did not come with all the brackets to put it together. I went right back in to get them. It was half way assembled or I would have just taken it back. He looks at me and tells me he doesnt have them. I tell him the panels do me zero good without them. He tells me its not his problem and he walks off. Never offered to order me any, look at another store nothing. One of his other employees finally ordered me some. I think corporate picked the wrong manager for this store.

So I go in to try to find a part for a FINCO sprayer that I bought last fall that broke. Had to pull the guy away from his computer screen to ask if that's all the parts that they carry for the sprayers said yep that's it. Asked, can you order parts that aren't here? " well you'll have to call the 1 800 number". So explain which part was looking for and he proceed to tell me that he sold 100 of them and that part's never broke? Turns around and walks back over to his computer mumbling something about calling the 1 800 number. Don't expect any help here.

If you are going to ask for patrons phone number at check out your personal should be ready to imput the information. The cashier asked me to repeat my phone number 3 times with 4 other people in line behind me. If I wanted all of Newton, KS to know my phone number I would publicly list it. I will "never" give my # to Tractor Supply again. Ever!!!

I called to ask about a product. The person who answered was in a hurry. I was told they don't have any of those in stock, and no idea when they will be available. I wanted to get more information, but the employee wasn't acting very interested in helping. I have other options to try.

They sure do sell A lot of heaters. But for some reason never seem to have any fuel for any of the heaters that they actually sell. Very few pellets and no kerosene for the past 2 months

Otr drivers.. The business only unloads at appointment time. Exit 28 i-135..will see Tsc. Turn at first the drive way take around fence to rear of build to mobile dock. Truck should be facing back at I-135 ..Slide tandems to the rear. Wait for Tsc personnel to break seal and chock tires.
