The first time we took our puppy simba there he looked absolutely adorable. However about 6 months ago we took him back for the exact same cut. I made an appointment and they called me the day of asking if I would be willing to reschedule for the next day, that was no problem. Dropped our puppy off and about 15 min before they close they call saying he will be ready to pick up in 15 mins. My husband goes in to pick him up and when he brings him out to the car he doesnt even have the right collar on, so I take him back in and let them know(his collar has his name on it also). But the cut itself was horrible!!! He was supposed to be shaved in some places and it was so uneven and choppy. They shaped one side of his face and not the other. Like I said it's been almost six months now and his hair still hasn't grown back right!!!I never came back into your store except to ask for the right collar back for my dog. I was never vulgar nor was I asked to leave. I don't know who you are referring to but you obviously don't even know the incident. He was not matted or dirty. However the first time we took him he was bathed and given a cute handkerchief around his neck and smelled lovely, the second time he wasnt bathed at all, no handkercheif and no smell good spray. It definitely seemed like someone was in a rush and didnt have time. I had every intention of bringing simba back except my son became ill and we were back and forth with doctors for the following week. The cut we wanted was a lion look so yes he was supposed to be shaved but it was not an even cut and very choppy and how hard is it to shave evenly.

Took my yorkie for a trim and they left him absolutly horrible!! and they were very rough on him too, did not like that at all! I think that they need better pet groomers, never taking him there again.

Always friendly and curtious when I stop by for dog supplies. My apologies to the staff and any that were offended that my dog was being a jerk and decided the store was his. (He peed on the floor)

I believe there's a new pet groomer but the previous groomer terrified me. My dog was always cut up. The store is alright.
