Only available certain hours of the week. It is not the fault of the employees but rather city funding. I could go on and on about how terrible the city is for where they put our tax dollars but that would be a waste of time.

They helped me get my pup back and were wonderful to work with if they can't answer your call leave a voicemail for them to hear and explain the situation that you may need them for and they'll get back to you as soon as they can.

I have called several times about my neighbor’s dogs and nobody ever answers. When they do answer, they say they can’t take my call and transfer me to newton non-emergency, who then transfers me to 911. Not very helpful
