Great Staff and love all the recent updates. They have done amazing at helping me find solutions for my dog who is rather needy to put it nicely. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with his care and recommend them frequently to others. Grooming service is also amazing and my boy has a great day when he is there. Comes out fresh and clean and a smiley happy boy. Thank you to all the staff there for doing such an amazing job!

We had our primary vet look at our dog when he lost his appetite and seemed to not have any energy. They ran blood test and done a sonogram. After that, they said they had no answers. We weren't satisfied with this outcome, so we decided to get a second opinion. My wife called this place and was told they would need to redo all the testing themselves (about $600 worth) for the second opinion. They were unwilling to request the test results from our primary vet. At that point it became immediately clear that they were only after money and didn't appear to care at all about helping our little guy. Others have posted reviews stating this apparent fact. We called another vet out of town and they were eager to help and will request the records so we can continue seeking answers for our pets health, rather than lining their pockets. I will never recommend this place to anyone who needs care for their pet. Despicable.

After being a client for two years I can tell their willingness to help the humans that bring their patients has declined. They have refused to give a dog that has been under their care for her entire life a shot before her scheduled appointment (shot is already due) because they have no time (they know her health history, it’s a routine shot). The reason the shot is time sensitive? We need to board her while we are out of town. I then asked if they could board her and give her the shot while she is there (again they are her primary vets), they wouldn’t make an appointment for boarding because her missing shot. I asked to be placed in their cancelation list in case we could get the shot before her appointment, once again I was told no. The reason, they are at least 100 deep in the cancelation list because a local veterinarian unfortunately passed. When I asked where I could go, I was told it will be the same everywhere because of said lost. I have felt several times the staff answering the phones are randomly rude, short and plain out judgmental.Ok, I called a different vet clinic (the ones that lost their vet, fact I was not aware of until after I called) and they were amazing, and if I would of been a client already they were ready to give me an appointment right away! I explained our situation and was directed to another local vet, and was told if they were not able to fit me in to call back and they would help! They also apologized for the way I had been treated at our own vet. I was able to get scheduled in two days at the third place I called and their staff was friendly and understanding. I will definitely try to get stablished as a client at the second or third clinic.Just because you have a long waiting list does not give you the right to treat your current clients like they are disposable.

My family has been searching for answers about our dog. All under the care of this clinic.Thyroid tests, diets etc...It turns out our dog has Cushing Syndrome. She has since died after we spent close to $1200 in lab and testing that led absolutely nowhere. After researching Cushing Syndrome in pets (like a 2min search) our dog had ALL THE SYMPTOMS. Very dissatisfied. Will not return.

My mom has gone here for years, she’s always paid right then for a whole check up and shots. She’s referred people and everything. She ran into a problem with her cat and had an emergency but didn’t get paid for a few days. The lady on the phone told her there was nothing they could do and to go ask a friend for money. I worked in a vet office and I know plenty around here, if someone as seen a vet for years and something comes up like this they always take them in and either kennel them or take payments. My mom has been loyal to them for years and they turn her away. What happens to wanting to save animals and care for their customers. They aren’t about animals just money. My mom has been there for over 5 years and has brought multiple animals. Not to mention all the money she has spent here. I told her to go else where so she is. And I’m taking mine else where too.

This staff is so awsome! Bar none. Dr Zogelman goes out of her way to guide you in taking care of pets no matter what. This is where you want to take that special furry friend in your family! Love this place...staff and mostly dr. Zogelmam and dr burks.
