I live in a small town so Home Depot and Lowe’s isn’t most convenient for me at times. So for those times I use ACE hardware! Super friendly and always willing to help. It’s a bit more expensive but still good quality usually is!

My husband went here looking for something specific. A young man helped him find it then hovered over my husband the rest of the time. After the young man finally left the aisle 2 other older guys kept hovering over is and watching us constantly so we just decided to check out and leave because we felt very uncomfortable with them doing that and went elsewhere for our other items.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience. As I was looking for gifts every employee I encountered asked if they could be of assistance. The main item I was looking for was out of stock but they would order it for me or simply restock by Friday and I can come in and look at it. I chose to come back and look at it. Enjoyed excellent help.

I had a mix up with my keys that I had made (around Jan2). They made it right and redid it at no charge. In impressed because I forgot to bring my receipt. I’ve been back two times since then, when I could’ve gone elsewhere - but if rather spend my money there because of their excellent customer service. I also love that they accept Apple Pay. Thanks guys

Salesman didn't bat an eye when I asked him to open the box so I could make sure I have everything I need. Just found a spot to set it down and opened the box for me. Best price I could find,too. I checked 5 other places and they were much higher priced

Great service. Chances are they will ask you if you need help before you will need to look for anyone. Very well organized store, and always plenty of items in stock. Knowledgeable staff who have either worked in home repair or know who to ask.

Great store! Associates are all very helpful. The only thing I ever have a problem is that they don't have alot of speciality tools. You will have to go to Wichita for them. That being said they do still have a lot of tools at reasonable prices.

Grabers is just one of those places you go in for one item and end up leaving with 5 or 6. Staff is always extremely helpful and checks back to make sure you found what you were looking for. Always a pleasant experience!

Because Ace is the place with the helpful hardware man. Nice to go by and have the employees carry your purchase to the car. I typically buy a 50 pound bag of sunflower seeds here as I get more bang for the buck to keep the birdies happy.

This was the WORST store I have ever been in in my entire life. My family just stopped in to look around while we were in town because we are remodeling a house in MIssouri and we just happen to see this store while driving through town on our way through KS. The employees made us so uncomfortable following us around and watching us like we were doing something wrong so we just left.Horrible experience!!!!

Very friendly staff, ready to help if you even look like you have a question. They always insist on carrying out large items even though there are carts. I can usually manage myself, but I appreciate it when I need it.

I called the store at 3:29pm today, to see if the store sold electric water heaters, I was told they had 2 tall 50 gal water heaters in stock. I left my house and arrived at 3:45pm. I asked a young guy and he went to the back, I waited for him to come back and was told they did not have any. I let him know I just called 20 mins ago and was told they had some. An older gentleman said he talked to me earlier and wanted to argue the fact that I did not call 20 mins ago and that I missed out because they sell them fast. I am sure they never checked stock, I can not see them selling 2 50 gal water heaters in a small town with in 20 mins. I will not be shopping here again, I’d rather drive to Wichita.

Went here to buy a real Christmas tree, offered by Boy Scouts of America. I was thrilled Graber's had them available, since it's harder than ever to find a real one. My husband also shops here for man items, and is always satisfied. You don't always need a giant Lowe's or Home Depot.
