Very upset! I shop here all the time. Saw a tv 40$ I didn't get it. My son wanted to use his bday $ so we went back and it was still there! Well as he was checking out a worker said "is that a Samsung, i put that out last night for $100." They looked at and it was a Vizio! I said no it was $39.99 last night too! She claimed somebody " switched sticker" And we couldn't get it apparently she needs to reprice it at $100. Very embarrassing people in line thinking we switch stickers! My guess is she put out a 100 Samsung and it sold and not the same tv. Either that or just want more $ out of it.

I like pretty much all Goodwill stores but the people here at this location are so incredibly rude and slow, due to the death of my grandparents I have cleaned out their home I have made so much donation to this location over the last couple of months I bring in an entire van load back to the gills twice a week and I do it on the same day of the week at the same time The one gentleman that usually comes out has gotten to know me quite well It is 10:00 they are opened and yet no one will come out with a bin to get this car unloaded because they're all sitting on their butts I can see them through the door

We like to look around & to shop here. Sometimes it can be a bit much with all the over amount of items there are. The prices can be way to high so even though we would really like to buy the item we put it back because its to high. We see a lot of clothing with stains, rips, & with holes that should be thrown away. Would be nice on kids clothing if the outfit sets were sold together for one price & not separate.

Very clean store but so overpriced. I understand that you do good work and keep people employed but you do not have your items priced as used. I have taken up painting I have such a novice that I was trying to save money on some projects to paint on. So I was looking through all the housewares I didn't need any more clothes so looking through the housewares and was so disappointed with the pricing on the items they are double what they should have been if not quadruple in some cases. I seen item after item after item after item that you could buy for a dollar brand new in the store and they had it priced at a dollar 99 over and over and over again and I'm just thinking this is ridiculous.My daddy's cousins husband was in there for kind of the same thing and he told me how disappointed he was for the prices and that he thought that Goodwill industries had a store that were for poor people to be able to make ends meet buying the things that they need and we both agreed that although they may help keep employed they are not helping the working Poor to live a better life.Maybe the clothing had better prices on it but the Housewares prices were ridiculous in my opinion. I will continue to shop at The Etcetera Shop on main Street here in Newton and at the Neighbors store in Halstead Kansas. They truly help poor people in our community. And besides the ETC store helps the community with grants to make our world a better place. You can't beat that at this store.

It's the best place to go shopping I love the clothes a lot of my mostly new I've never had any problems with any of the clothes I bought from there they're high heels are good I'd rather shop there for high heels than in a fancy market I get nice high heels or boots or any kind of shoes or shorts or anything from there and it's top dollar just wonderful clothes

Compared to many other Goodwill store locations this store is definitely friendly.The employees have always been helpful. I always see them working on various tasks.The location is nice. Good parking lot. Clean store, not overly crowded. And every time I have visited there are new things throughout the store to find. Good prices too!!

I love thrift stores in general, this particular location doesn't have as much nice stuff as I wish it did, I find a few gems here and there. Clean, friendly staff. Somewhat overpriced on some items. Fun to look through with my teenager on mom- daughter dates.

Very upset with experience. Our business has donated many many items on many occasions since this location opened. Recently we took another load in and happened to notice a single shower chair in the back room while unloading. My employee asked to trade the load for the item and when told he couldn't he asked to purchase the item. Was told it was to be shipped to another store where it was more sellable so he asked for the manager and was told it wasn't for sale. This i like biting the hand that feeds you. Trust me in the future our excess items will go elsewhere.

I bought a drink dispenser and the lid was missing. The cashier remembered seeing it and went to the back twice to search for it, in between customers. GREAT customer service!!!

Prices are too high compared to the goodwills and dav’s in Wichita or anywhere else. Especially since none of the money actually goes towards helping the needy it just goes into the owners pocket.***To comment left: if you Google how much actually goes to the program it shows you on Google. Maybe you should do your own research before being so rude.

There are a few goodwills in wichita ks. But this one is kind of messy..no prices in the clothes .it is more focus on clothes that other stuff. However it has a good service. You will got a discount of 10% if you have a goodwill card that cost $5 for all year..

Goodwill is a scam, all locally donated items of "value" are shipped off to corperate headquarters and placed on the national Goodwill Auction website...the local community isn't even given a chance to purchase anything. This leaves the shelves in store with the LOWEST quality items of little demand and value. The store employee's are given 1st pic of anything they choose. Goodwill is racket for filling the pockets of their own CEO's.
