This place is always awesome. The employees are friendly and the store is clean. I come here for most everything. Party supplies? Yes. Dishes? Yes. Cleaning Supplies? Most Definitely! Cards? Yes! Stationary? Yes. Toys? Yes, they have some great finds. They also have some odds and ends like lights for the wall (see photo) and containers.

Very disheveled. Lots of empty spots on shelves. having to zig- zag aisles for items in the same category. Not laid out or stocked well.Cashier was nice and polite though.

They would rather keep people that steal from them then keep associates that make an honest mistake. And they definitely need associates with better attitudes because Angel is very rude. I have worked with her personally and she's not only rude to coworkers but customers also.

Clean store. Isles are large enough to easily walk down with other customers and still have breathing room.Selection and placement of products is great.The store location is also convenient when you have other shopping to do elsewhere. Very close to some main stores. Easily accessible entrance.

I use to like going to dollar tree but now the shelves are not stocked very well and the store is always dirty. I think he's the store manager he's always walking around the store complaining last Friday was the worse. time I got out of there my anxiety was through the roof listening to the nut and I wasn't in there very long

It’s so sad to see 1 employee helping so many people! This poor guy couldn’t step away from the register due to a HUGE line of people and there was no other workers! Just 1!!!!! Now that’s sad! The guy that checked out all those people was beyond amazing! The other employees and managers should be ashamed to have an elderly gentleman doing what he did! That guy deserves a raise and a vacation for what he had to deal with!

Nice location very clean manager watching everything helpful on site and courteous the attendance and cashiers were there to help when they weren't checking someone out they were restocking the shelves. The bathrooms were very clean along with the entire store. You can get from helium balloons to medication to hear ties the dog toys to dog food car accessories pretty much in any you can imagine you can get here for $1. They have handicap accessible parking and through the entrance it's handicap friendly also they have ample parking and it's all free this Dollar Tree is someone someplace I would suggest to all that are here for a quick stopping need or would like to go for buying their children stuff on the way to college this is the place to go thank you Dollar Tree Stellar performance

Ok, well they should change thier name to Dollar and Qaurter Tree. But seriously, you’re getting the extra qaurter now so pay employees more thsn $9 an hour snd you can get more employees…$9 an hour, you kiddin me?! Its 2022, WENDYS starts at $11 an hour!! I mean come on people…..other than that its a dollar(+.25) store….dont expect miracles….love me those Jimmy Dean griddle cakes though!

I go to our local dollar tree ALL THE TIME!!and every time it's great!!! Like today I found everything I was looking for so fast! Every one was working so hard and I got checked out fast too (Thanks Stacy!!) They are all AMAZING there!!! Thanks you guys for all you do!!!

I was looking for a big bag of candy that was a mixture of things. I didn't find what I was looking for but I still found some pretty good candy. The price wasn't alot so I'm happy with my results of going there today.

This could have easily been a different rating, but 2 things I experienced during this visit warranted a low rating.1) I asked a lady about a certain item that I have only found in Dollar tree. It is a snack that I used to be able to find everywhere. The response from this lady was... It's probably in the back from the truck we haven't had time to get out. It will probably be next week before we can get it out.Soooo... That right there was a shocker. I get it, sometimes things can't be done timely. But choose how you communicate those things to customers. Especially when you tell them you probably have it but it's in the back and I'm not going to go look for it right now because I don't have time. That's not her words she used but that's how it made me feel.2) I was in line to pay for something I got, not the snack I went in for. I was 5th in line and several more behind me. 1 cashier. A guy comes and said I can help on #4. So I went over to 4. As the guy was walking by this lady that I just had tell me the things above, she says in a very assertive tone. To not leave the front anymore and he needs to stay up here until she tells him otherwise.Soooo... If someone spoke to me like that I would be upset, let alone, speaking to them like that with all the customers present. I felt bad for him, and I could clearly see written on his face it bothered him too.I was in retail management for close to 20 years, and what this lady created for me was a bad image of how the company does business. I'm pretty forgiving of certain things because I know the struggles you encounter, especially during this time of year, but those 2 should not be acceptable and if she's in a management position I hope it was just a fluke day for her. I hope that if I was to go back in to this location in Newton, I would get a different experience.

You can save quite a bit by getting bread, party goods, etc here, but don't think you can return things...The manager told me that since people in Wichita took things out of the stores trash can and tried to return them as "broken" he is not able to give a refund on more than 3 items EVEN WITH A RECEIPT. I wanted to exchange square undamaged votives with my receipt, for round ones...they wouldn't do it.

Newton, Kansas Dollar Tree is clean and we'll stocked. It is a bit smaller than most of the Dollar Tree stores but nice none the less. You can find many wonderful bargains. They just started carrying "Hallmark cards". The parking accommodats handicap vechiels and has a wheelchair/scooter slanted sidewalk all though no automatic doors.

Store is never clean. Tripping hazards like metal product hangers on the floor. I still shop there but not as much as I would like to for the reasons listed above.

I noticed that most everything is 1.25 now so the name needs to be changed to Dollar and More Tree and take the 1.00 dollar signs down!!!!
