ordered online and it was ready in time. i ordered the lime redbull add cherry flavor and got a regular cherry limeade. ordered the garlic butter bacon cheeseburger and got a regular cheeseburger. payed extra for onion and tomato to be added to the chicken sandwich i ordered and didn’t receive them. ordered large tots and got a half filled container. i ordered this on my lunch break so i don’t have time to go back. tried to call the number but it went straight to “this mailbox is full”.update: I went to the sonic after work and got a full refund without hassle.

I ordered 2 footlong cheese coneys and a couple drinks off the app. I got there at the time it was suppose to be ready and it took another 8 minutes. When we got home to eat the food was not what I ordered. We got 1 coney and chili cheese tots to feed 2 of us 😡😡. And since I was already home from working 11 hrs I was not about to make the 15 minute drive back. The girl that was working was very nice though and it seemed like she was the only 1 working besides the cook

Absolutely disgusting. I don't Caren. But I went for a strawberry cheese cake shake and got a rotten drink and when I called to complain to the manager he tried saying "well I've sold it all day with no problems prior". I spent 18$ for 3 drinks and I hope my 2 year old son doesn't end up sick. I have heard bad things about here but this was by far one of the worst experiences. Did I mention it took forever? Terrible. Experience.

Flies are swarming the place.One of our sandwiches was made incorrectly, but at least we got to keep the mistake burger.The cook seems to like stuffing the side bags; we got a bit more than expected.It would be nice to see the speaker systems fixed & have the stall card readers work. This is what happens when you cut costs & only have two people running the place.

Pulled up to order, pushed button, nobody responded. Gave up after 6 or 7 minutes and left to go on down the highway. Not sure what their problem was but there were only 2 other vehicles parked there at the time so surely not busy. The marquis stated red button activated, we will be with you in a moment. I like Sonic but no response when I was looking forward to making an order was very dissappointing.

I only give service at this location 5 stars due to one very hard working car hop. I don't know her name, but she definitely deserves a raise, especially with how very well she keeps a smile on her face when she delivers an order, despite being the only car hop during the busiest time of day and dealing with multiple incompassionate , rude customers who can clearly see she is doing her very best.

Update: Sonic did send a free burger in the app for the trouble I had due to this problem. I don’t know if it was the local people or corporate. I just randomly saw it in my App one day. I appreciated the attempt to make it right. Usually I love Sonic but this particular branch is what I had the problem with. I will go back and try it again sometime and update the review if it’s gotten better.3 shakes and a water were requested on the app but whenever I got there, the App would not Check in and it said that I would have to hit the red button and tell them that there was a mobile order. I’ve never seen that before.Then ii gave them 20 minutes and other people were getting served around me. I called to find out where our chairs were abe Apparently someone clocked out and forgot to take out my order. This is the second time this has happened- poor service here. I’m very sorry to say. I had three kids and groceries in the back. Would really appreciate it if Whoever the owner is to review what is going on in that team. The girl that brought it out was really nice after I complained that I had not gotten my shakes. But this being the second time in the last year year that I visited I was hoping it would be better service. I am tired of this world’s attitude that people do not care about serving their customers anymore. Why do people not care? Giving a two out of five because the girl That brought the shakes was nice. And I cannot believe how expensive a classic vanilla shake is.

Pushed button was told be a few minutes before they took my order. Waited about 5 she came back on told me would be a little bit they had make 10 milk shakes' asked why they couldn't take my order got no answer. Was a car there and a man at the tables being waited on by a car hop. Seen 3 people inside. So we went to pizza since they didn't want to service us.

Even though they were closed their app didn't disclose that information and allowed me to place a $25 order, which was taken off my debit card, so I ended up paying for an order that I didn't get. Get some Management in there who can manage the business, or answer the phone, or at least let people know you're not there before you take their order and their money. They sure won't get anymore of mine.

We ordered 3 drinks and it took them almost 15 minutes to deliver and they weren't even busy. When we got the drinks we had to taste each one to figure out what they were. The server didn't know and there was no specification on the lids. Drinks were refreshing though.

Come to sonic to get some chicken slingers got 2 with just chz and o2 with no pickels add mayo yet somehow it was messed up. No mayo on my slingers, service was slower then should have been for burt and stale chicken sandwiches. Just sad.

Food was good. Service was good after a few hiccups. We came after a softball game and they were getting ready to close. There was some kind of mix up on my daughters meal. The kitchen had turned fryers off and we're not happy they had to make her food. The car hop was amazing though. She talked to me and listened and fixed the problem.

If there was a 0 star option I’d click it. I placed a mobile order and then went to pick it up and their lights were off (open sign, stall lights, everything). So I call to ask for a refund and they have the audacity to laugh at me and tell me “good luck finding one”. People in there are scummy and it’s unfortunately the one place we have to eat here. Mattix Cole is the sole reason that place is still up and running. Idk how much he gets paid but he deserves more.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Ordered a cheese burger tots and drink. Waited 20 minutes and got a reg burger no cheese. Fries not tots. Got my tots and they literally threw a cold piece of cheese on my burger and sent it back out. I sent it back. Waited about 5 min more and finally got my order.

I was parked in front of the windows were I could see the staff inside. They had their masks on but they were pulled down below their chins, the one girl with her bare hands, no gloves, kept rubbing through her hair, then kept reaching inside her shirt to adjust her bra and then would grab the food to put into the sacks. I found it very disrespectful and very unsanitary to say the least. The manager who was a very young guy was actually the guy that brought my food to me and I told him about it and I hope he addressed it. I have gone to that particular Sonic many times and have always had great service but last night was absolutely terrible. I ordered a single burger and nothing else and I was still there for probably 20 minutes. I would see the food come out to where the girl was to get it and put it in the sack and it would just sit there, she would get on her cell phone and check it and then turn and talk to one of the other workers while the food just set up there. I will still go back to that Sonic simply because it is the only one in that tiny town, however I hope that someone educates the staff on the proper way to use sanitary means as far as using gloves and wearing their masks correctly.

Poor customer service. Sundae made very sloppy and tiny. Charged for the cherry flavoring in a cherry limeade!! And my cherry limeade didn't even have a cherry or lime in it! The staff needs to be taught what a 99 cent coupon means and how to add up the order correctly. Very poor experience.

Fries are always cold. Have to send them back all the time. Even had them scoop up stale fries from the batch I just sent back and drop them in the frier again and tried to.serve them to me. Asked a third time for fresh fries and still got stale nasty fries so I got my money back instead. Burgers are decent but the staff are not nice to customers at all.

It is very "50-50" when it comes to Sonic. Either its all terrible, or its all great. However, the crew leader who took my order awhile back deserves a raise.Someone needs to tell people who bag orders, that you should never put bags in top of items with chili and/or cheese...because it smashes it on to the wrapper and when you open it, ruined. I worked at sonic for 7 years. So I know the proper way to bag things. That is not how it's supposed to be done.

1 for the fact that sometimes when i get a burger it taste kinda funky other times its good. but i dont like playin russia roulette with my food. and the wait time is crazy. ive had to wait for an hour for a burger and two drinks.

They were out of the Route 44 lids. We said that is fine and waited for our order. Other people served saw employees just standing around. All we wanted was 2 diet limeaids. Not a word from workers. Got fed up and left. Sorry Neodesha.
