03/15/23I went in looking for a few items, and I found all of them pretty easy. The store was clean, but the manager was very rude while they were on the store phone. It sounded like she was yelling at another employee over something that could have settled with a different tone of voice. I'm not sure what the problem was, but the manager sounded very hostile and aggressive. I honestly wanted to leave the store immediately. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and uncalled for. On top of that, the manager reaked of weed. It was so strong that the entire isle smelled like she lit a joint in her car right before she started her shift.

Staff never knows where things are or even what they have. Manager 2 of them older ones are rude hateful & jump customers, embarrassing them in front of other customers I hate this place it's too high priced and most food is going bad so they take a $1 or $2 off but still sell it. One of these days someone is going to get sick. That's how I feel just walking into this dump. Thank you so much managers for helping me be ashamed for something you did. Good selection. Sometimes a little pricey, but good sales to even it out! Make sure to check expiration dates, but if you get home and something is expires there is no hassle to return or trade for new. Polite workers. Cart services to help take groceries to the car for you. Rain or shine!

05-30-2021 8:00- 8:30 am. Went in with a list for my wife. Could find all the stuff. The ladies and gentlemen were super friendly. I asked the one lady numerous times where stuff was at. And she was always patient and kind. She even walked with me to find a certain item.

Have most things but not everything all the time. Prices can be different from big stores such as Wal-Mart but aren't terrible and are no worse than a Dollar General. Staff is usually great, they always carry groceries to your car for you unless you tell them not to

Was not impressed with the produce area but after hiring another produce manager the veggies look awesome. The store as a whole has come a long way in less than 6mo. Thanks to the managers who seem to care. Hats off to you folks at G&W.

Parking lot needs reparing clean up around edgrs of lot. Front of building need painting and up dated. When cleaning crew cleans up outside go all the way around the entire lot. Have a redponsible person check crews work. Thank you. Inside report next month.

We do most of our shopping here. Walmart only if there needs to something that G&W doesn't. Plus they many products that Walmart. Products that Walmart don't carry.
