I'm giving 5 stars for Dr. Troy. He was so kind, caring and informative when it came to putting my 17 yr old yorkie to sleep a month and 1/2 ago. Jessica on the other hand (front desk) probably needs to take some sensitivity training. She might see this everyday but I don't. I have been coming here for 20 yrs. and was stunned at the lack of compassion she had when she checked us in. ( a very fine line to almost being considered rude.)

Dr. Smith is the best. He has helped my baby, my pit mix for the last year who has epilepsy, been very caring with his scary medical issues, and myself as well being very attached to my boy. More so they're the only veterinarians office that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Dr. Smith and his staff have been a god send for my baby boy.

Our dog had a cyst in his eye and it became infected. We called around Wichita but no one could see us for a week. I called the Mulvane clinic and they told me to bring him right in. The staff is exceptional and helpful. We got there late Tuesday afternoon and the doctor explained to us exactly what he could do and how much it would cost. He didn't try to take advantage of us price wise, he told us that his goal is to help the animals not rob the owner. He called me every step of the process and explained the situation. We were able to pick up our dog Thursday and he was in very great shape. I will recommend this clinic and vet to anyone in need of a wonderful clinic.I just want to add on to my previous post. We brought our dog back to have his stitches removed and check up. Everything went well at every step of the way. From the staff to the veterinarian, I am very happy with this clinic. We have 3 dogs and I will bring all of them to the wonderful and professional people at Mulvane Animal Clinic. If anyone at the clinic reads this, THANK YOU for being great.🐕🎊

I brought my Pomeranian in that I have had for 14 years. She had a tumor that I was extremely worried about and noticed over the weekend. Dr. Gosch was amazing and took care of it right away with surgery and the pricing was much cheaper than I had expected. Highly recommend this office.

Again five stars, Nothing but the best from the Mulvane Animal Clinic. I wouldn't take my two girls anywhere else. The staff are very professional, helpful and kind. I love that the Veterinarian takes the time to listen to all my concerns and questions🐕 Plus, unless your pet has a scheduled surgery🐾 apt, their services are walk in only, this is a bonus for me. When one of my girls had an after🐾 hours 🐾emergency Troy D. Smith DVM returned mycall right away and met us at the clinic within 🐾thirty minutes. Through the years I've seen other vets there as well and they were also very🐾 careing and helpful. Thank you Mulvane Animal Clinic for being so awesome🐕🐾🐾🐾🐕

My family has been bringing our pets to this office for around 20 years. I love the care and service you get here. I have had all of my pets fixed there. I have never had any problems. I feel like the cost is decent. To tell you how well like they are, my picture are from 8am on a Tuesday morning. The ENTIRE parking lot was full. There was a small wait, but nothing major. I will always come back here for my animal care needs.

This has been my vet for many years. The vets are great! Their services are much more affordable than other vets in the area. They will really work with you and your budget and still provide the proper care. You need for your Fur Baby.

We took our 6 month old Mastiff here when he stopped eating. Now I can say all sorts of sloppy things like "doc saved my baby". But seriously, they saw Axel several times, between the initial visit and the final visit, surgery included. Our pup was on death's door step when we walked into this office, and he is a healthy 7 month old spoiled baby today. Thank you Mulvane Animal Clinic and Dr Troy for keeping us updated on every step of care needed, discussing options, not breaking the bank, and providing the absolute best medical care our fur baby could have received! You have earned our gratitude.

They don't take appointments, but the vets are very good, and I don't think they charge as much. Their treatment of my dogs has always been great! And they called back after hours when I had an emergency.

Brought my kitty in to get Neutered. Staff was very nice and easy to talk to. Had patience with me when I came to pick my cat up and realized he hadn't had certain vaccines and boosters yet so they made time to keep my pet updated before I left. I will be returning with my pet in the future.

All of my fur babies attend this center. We will continue to come back over and over again. 2024I absolutely love taking my dogs to the Mulvane Animal Clinic. The prices are very reasonable and the compassionate way the vets and his staff are with animals. It just doesn't get better than here. There is a walk-in clinic every day so you don't have to worry about keeping appointments, and if you feel your pet needs to be seen, you can go right to the clinic same day without paying emergency fees. I will continue to be a customer and encourage all to come to the clinic aswell. 2023

I took my kitty in on march she was getting fixed and declawed. I know some people don’t agree with getting cats declawed but I had to for where I live. I picked her up and she was covered in her own pee the puppy pad they put in there was definitely not changed out her blanket was soaked in it and it smelt sour. She had stitches on her belly and paws which could have gotten infected. And I couldn’t even give her a bath because of her stitches. I took her to the vet today cause she had a spot of hair missing under you neck started off as the size of an pencil eraser and is now the size of a half dollar so I was worried it could be ring worm so took her the vet said there’s nothing wrong and to watch it and if anything happens worth his time to come back. I few times I’ve taken her I haven’t like my experience

It's a very busy place. After taking my dog there I see why. 1. They are very reasonable on what they charge for service. 2. They're very thorough.3 . They follow through even after your visit if necessary. 4. Everyone is very friendly. I feel lucky to have a serv like there's available in my area. The specific doctor that sees my dog Mr. Troy Smith has been so good and I feel he's done more than I expected. If your in the Wichita area and need a good place for your animal you would do you and your pet a good Derby going there.

You only want the best when it comes to your fur babies. The reasonable cost is a great bonus! Each doctor is quick to give you home remedies to try. That tells me the devotion for animal care and saving you money is their top priority. Another bonus is their location. It allows people from surrounding towns to have safe, dependable animal care without battling high traffic areas and delayed time to get to their location. It is nice to walk in the office and see people you know making the same choice as you.

They are wonderful to your pets and fur babies they treat them so well and give in detail what they are giving them and how they are doing. They were wonderful when I took my dog there at 5 months old in creating a wonderful relationship and even told me for that age he was really tall and said that he's fine with the height being a growth spurt and that it was completely normal.

Prices are beyond fair! Absolutely worth the time to come, even without an appointment. Best experience I have ever had with a Vet. Every vaccine was given in a different syringe. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed, even the the dogs waiting look happy!

Compassionate and caring. That's how I would describe the employees of mulvane animal clinic. I've been a customer there for years with my three dogs. Almost 14 years to be exact. I brought my oldest in because she wasn't acting like herself, and had lost weight, and didn't care for her treats anymore. Even as the doctor brought me the bad news, he was straightforward and didn't sugarcoat it. I appreciate that. I'm probably going to lose my oldest friend and the next 2 weeks but at least I feel adequately prepared. Until then, she's going to get spoiled, any anything she could possibly want.

My family and I were laying my long loved dog to sleep, and their staff came into the room - and was pulling dead animals from the freezer. In a clear bag, in the same room we were in, and just throwing them into a bed of a truck right out of the door with a window. Highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Highly don’t recommend
