After my parking lot mishap, I went back inside to buy round number 2 of cherry tomatoes. When making my way through the checkout line, they were all so nice and did not charge me for the replacement batch. I was so thankful and appreciative of their awesome customer service. 😍

I don't shop very often here anymore at night because I've had to stand in line for a time because they only have one register open after 7 and my friend Minnie needed to use restroom and they close it after it's clean....we don't like it their all the time like we use to.. they have some very hateful people that work their but I guess you have to hire anyone you can find...it's sad that my store I've shopped at for 30 years is now someplace I avoid not to have to be treated poorly

Local store so very small compared to a Dillons Marketplace or a Walmart, however, they operate as such. You can get all that you need, your in brand choice will be smaller. They're rarely out of stock so they're managing the smaller footprint well. Staff tends to be local and very polite and helpful!

For a smaller Dillon's this is an excellent place to go if you don't want the hustle and stress of going to a Super Dillon's. While they have less items they have everything I need for family meals, not to mention at 12 miles from my house it's the closest one for me to go to. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Usually a quick visit. Often out of stock on items. Does not always carry what is in the ad. Not open 24 hours. Parking lot is often dirty with oil. The kids that work here are usually not trained very well. Be careful they will bag your groceries poorly or your bag will rip before you even get it in your vehicle due to over packing. Recently replaced front doors. Restroom is in weird location and not clean. This location has room to expand store and doing so would benefit customers and company. Usually friendly workers, now only if they were better trained on grocery bagging or asking if you would like help out with your purchase as other Dillons always ask. Behind store near back of parking lot is junky due to needing better storage areas. Sidewalk into store needs expanded as well or Redbox machine moved so people can actually walk by when someone is renting a movie. This location does not carry dental floss and is almost always out of fresh fruit or vegetables.

I just moved to Mulvane and since it's synonymous with trains, I needed ear plugs. So I dashed over to this store to get some so I could get a good nights sleep. Well, I looked everywhere and couldn't find them. Finally asked a cashier and at first she was confused. She thought I was talking about earbuds for music. I told her no, to stop sound. Specifically the sound of an M5 train horn at 3am. She then said she didn't think they carried them. I went back to looking and found them a few minutes later. The store is gorgeous and has everything you need. I'm just a bit disappointed in the dullard they hired. Employees should know their merchandise.

I enjoy taking my city friends into our little Mulvane Dillons simply because the majority have never been in a Kroger/Dillons grocery that is THAT small & yet carries nearly all of the basic merch to full your pantry, freezer and fridge! But I think what is possibly the best part of that shopping experience is the genuinely kind and pleasant staff!!!

Really bummed out that the store has gone downhill so badly. I've dropped my five star rating down to the least I could give it because the shelves are almost never stocked anymore & even the people are getting to be aggressive activists rather than helpful neighborhood folks. No more imposing political activism for me. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, but the manager is extremely rude and I will not shop there when he is working. I worked as a retail manager for many years and this man needs to be retrained.

We live in the middle of nowhere & this is the closest grocery store to us so we use it frequently. They’re always friendly & the shelves are always stocked.

I like dillon's,their prices selections and I especially like Mulvane dillon's because of easy access smaller store and knowing where stuff is and usually courtesy staff.
