I was a little pensive after reading the other reviews but at least the morning I stopped it was clean, well stocked, in order, the woman at the register was proficient in her handling of the cashier's duties and what I'd call "professional pleasant". Even the bathroom was completely clean and stocked. No complaints.

The last 2 times we have called in an order, to Moundridge Casey's, we placed our order and waited 40 minutes (they had said 35) but we gave them a few more minutes, in case they were busy. When we went to pick it up, both times, it hadn't even been started!! The problems seem to have started when they hired the new manager. A big issue seems to be that managers aren't there near as much as they should be. There can be several high school students working at night including a brand new one and no manager at all. It also seems like there needs to be a bit more training for the new employees. Hopefully things will improve in these areas. But until then we are going to Hesston for our pizza.

If I could give this store no stars I would. Absolutely the worst Casey's I've ever been to. I've ordered online from them twice and both times have been a disaster. The first time they got the order completely wrong and got it done super late so I excused it being wrong because my kids needed dinner. The second time they didn't even make my order!! I ordered online at 8:10 and get there at 8:50 and they didn't even see my order and said to give them another 5 to 10 minutes! Like no it's been 40 minutes and all I ordered was a foot long sub and some cheese bread! Will never go back to this location.

Worst experience ever. Went to get a sub after midnight. Waited 15 min while sandwich person was too busy talking to even acknowledge I was there waiting. Put gloves on. Did not wash hands just put gloves on dropped one. With gloves on picked up glove. Threw away old glove then preceded to make my sandwich. Will go to Hesston rather than go back.

Two night shift ladies are less than pleasant. The lady behind the pizza counter had a serious attitude and is rude. Not ordering pizza at 1 am from there again if she is working

Some of the staff and mangers are VERY short, curt AND rude. Their prices aren't competitive. I'll only go in in the morning and early afternoon. Their food is slightly average especially their pizza. It's ALWAYS greasy.

The manager Tammie is unprofessional, screaming at her employees infront of customers for her own mistakes. Even if the employee is to blame you do not scream at your employees, you talk to them off to the side. 0/10 would not recommend.

Was around 9:00 in the evening. Was hungry got the last piece of pizza some specials and I was good to go. The two people that were working were really nice to me.

Allison in the sandwich area does nothing. Every time I've come to buy a sandwich for lunch she is TALKING TO HER BOYFRIEND and tells other employees to make our orders then goes right back to flirting on the clock. Our time is valuable and short , Allison sucks ass. !!!!!

I ordered a pizza and got home and was given the wrong pizza. My husband had to make another trip to get the right pizza. Really!!! The store is always very clean but their deli people aren't the smartest.
