Over priced and real nasty took a big buck in and got maybe half of a small cooler of meat back wasn’t the only one there that was surprised of how high the prices was I’ll let the coyotes eat the meat before I take it there there’s other locker plants around good luck...Ps if you like it maybe you have not ever had good venison

I had two big hogs butchered here last fall. (2023)$700 worth of butchering.The cured meats had a terrible taste. Almost like it had no cure.The bacon was cut very inconsistent, but I'm more worried about the taste.The sausage was very salty.And...to top it off, my co-worker got a hog butchered at the same time, and he has complained about the same thing.He explained it, as the cure tasted stale.
