Love this place. They have a self-serve dog wash that is reasonably priced and has everything you'll need to give your dog a thorough washing plus they have a little room with dryers so if your dog has a thick coat like mochi here you can get them dry before you get back in your car with a sopping wet dog. They also do nail trims which I appreciate because I hate hate hate trimming my dog's nails and a great selection of toys, treats and seriously high quality food. I highly recommend

I only come for the self wash stations. Everyone is friendly, however I feel like the employees are forced to push other products to boost sales.Pros: Clean store, helpful employees. Self wash stations are rarely full. The dry stations are nice, and I appreciate they have brushes and perfume/cologne for your dog when they’re done.Cons: The self wash comes in at over $16. Seems a bit high honestly. But if you’re coming for the convenience of unlimited water, shampoo, conditioner, and a dry station....then it’s not a horrible price.

We love getting our dogs groomed the best until10/26/2021 robbin the groomer had done both of are dogs for two years and and on the 26th she got covid and they fired her after we had finally got in contact with her she told us what they have done and on top of that a day earlier they told us that she was coming back but didn't ! Know when and it was a lie I would not have your dogs groomed there . not very good knowledgeable of grooming here before with Robin on left and right there other groomers if you love your pet like we love ours run from here.

Love their grooming services. Shelby is great with our dog Arya , takes good care of her and Arya doesn’t hate going back there (she hates bath). She always comes back with a great smelling , shiny coat and a cute little bandana for a collar.

Could not recommend this place enough. I came in here for a nail trim for my dog after being turned down by a couple other places (for no reason other than he’s a German shepherd) so I got emotional with the two girls working, out of frustration from my two experiences getting turned away, which was pretty embarrassing but they were so so kind and made me feel so much better. I forgot to ask their names, but they were working today (6/25/23) and they deserve all the recognition and kudos. They treated both me and my dog so kindly and didn’t even hesitate that he was a German shepherd. They even assisted in talking me through different foods they sell and helped me find a new food to try with my dog. They turned my day all the way around and I will only be going here in the future!

Staff here was great. Brought my dad’s dog in for a nail trim. She is older and going blind, and has a more cautious disposition. As well as this she’s not a fan of other dogs. Both of the staff members there were very helpful in making sure we didn’t run into any other dogs in the store, the nail trim was done quickly and efficiently and both staff members were very nice! They made what I was anticipating to be a stressful experience quite stress free, and I appreciate their efforts greatly!

This is a fantastic place to visit if you love spoiling your pets! They have all forms of goodies and a fantastic range of products. The staff here is courteous and you can tell they care about their jobs. I highly recommend giving this a visit if you're in the general area.

They sold me individual doses of Frontline flea medication for $19.99 each when you can get 6 on Amazon for $31.47. I was a little disappointed about that because the directions are on the box but they just opened it and gave me two doses for over 40 dollars.

Custom Service/Staffing Problems ruins your brand and experience.I sit now writing this review in your parking lot disappointed for probably the 15th time that I can’t get my dogs nails trimmed or schedule a time to bring her back.My wife and I drive 30 minutes every time we come out here to either pick up cat food/dog food, and get our German Shepherd’s nails trimmed. We have had a consistent relationship with this store for 3 years things have mostly been good.I don’t know if there has been a change of ownership but 2022 this place has gone down hill and no one at the location seems to care.(I realize it’s my job as a pet owner to trim my dogs nails, but I try to support business owned by locals that are wanting to support people giving Whole Foods that are human grade to our doggos, so naturally I wanted to shop here and bring my business here)For 6 months now I have consistently tried to communicate with the staff as I have a slightly leash reactive dog to try and bring her in at a time where there is less traffic with other dogs.I have done my best to try and bring my dog at a time where they have staffing. I’ve called ahead (days ahead to ask when they will have enough people at opening) I have brought my dog in numerous times to then realize someone called off or isn’t available and I have to return the next day with more gas and money just flushed away.For months now every time we try and show up at the opening of the store they are short staffed/lack personal to do nail trimming. I understand it’s retail. I get people call in.But you can’t make a claim your store offers nail trimming when today for example there is only someone available to do it form 2pm-5pm when yesterday when I came in and asked it was available all day. I am tired of trying it work around this stores lack of a schedule/staffing.I will be looking elsewhere for my dog/cats grooming and nutritional needs.

We take our dog here to get his nails trimmed and filed, and use the DIY bath stations when he needs a bath. They always have friendly and helpful staff, and we have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I love that we can be in and out so quickly. Our dog doesn’t love getting his nails trimmed, but the staff are so gentle and friendly, so they help him feel at ease. Go-Pet-Go has a few options for shampoo and conditioner at the bath stations, and they smell so nice without being overwhelming. They also always have a buy 5 get 1 free deal on many of their treats, so it is a great place to stock up on bones and chews. Glad to have such a great spot in the neighborhood!

Very disappointed in the GPG Johnson Drive location. Every time I take my dog in for a bath the place is a mess. The aprons are missing clips do you have to tie them. You only get 1 towel. The drying room was filthy. Clearly someone did not get their dog completely clean, and there was mud all over the room. The dryers have half the velocity of those at other locations.I frequently go to a location North of the river. But this location was more convenient today. Next time I will go out of my way and go to the other location where you get 2 towels and the dryers work,and it's always clean. Plus the staff are always friendly and helpful. I think they are owned by different people. Joco owner could take some pointers from the one in Parkville.

I’ve been shopping and using the grooming services here for a few years and it has been going downhill for awhile. First my grooming appointment was pushed back because all of their groomers quit except one. Then I called to confirm my appointment the day of and was informed that the only groomer has also quit. I never received a call in advance to let me know my appointment was cancelled. Most of the employees I’ve interacted with have been friendly and helpful and my groomer was always nice, but seems like a toxic work environment considering the turnover rate.

We visited Go Pet Go in Mission, KS for the first time today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Self Service Dog Wash was perfect for my 12 year old Golden Doodle. Even got a nail trim and some dog food samples while we were there. Kristen was especially knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely visit this business again in the future.

$37 to use their facilities to wash two large dogs, including bathing, soaps, conditioners, towels and dryers. Their machinery for washing was superior to any other place we have been. Closer to a car wash place with the knobs choosing what to spray, soapy water, clear for rinse, another for conditioner water, etc. Make sure to get the punch card for the 10th wash freeWe go to Shawnee Mission Park dog area and let our dogs swim, then we hit this place on the way home and end the day with tired, fluffy dogs who smell good. Win.

I liked how it's in my neighborhood and close to my home. However, I needed to change my 5 star rating. Last weekend, I wanted my dog nails trimmed and right in the middle of a Saturday afternoon, no groomer on hand. This is not the first time I have encounter this and it's very irritating. I've been using this place for almost 3 years and it has done nothing but decline. Your first impression when you get there is how surprisingly the store front is nice and clean. Then you discover the bathing area is another story. You start with no towel, so you have to ask for one (I was told people are stealing them) and aprons are all torn or the buckles are broken so the apron just hangs around your neck and who knows how clean they are! The drying room would be a big mess and all drying machines are broken except for one. When you have these experiences and no groomer available for walk-in nail trimming. I guess it's time for me to move on. Who's fault is this? Is this the owner or the customers, either way the place has declined and I'm letting you know, it's not worth your $$ at this time.

Good customer service. I miss not having to make an appointment to get my dog's nails trimmed on the weekend. You don't need an appointment during the week, but I'm not able to go during the week. Treats are pricey, but good selection. Usually I buy my dog food from here.

Love this place. Lots of food to choose from, employees give good advice on what products to use for certain problems and the grooming is fantastic! I forget the groomer who took c re re of my foster pup but she did a great job. She was positive, patient and understanding.I'll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised to find out how knowledgeable the staff is about the food they carry. I wanted to switch my boxers to a limited ingredient food, with a novice meat protein, and I went in to "Go Pet Go" undecided about 2 possible brand options. The gentleman working listened to my concerns, asked a lot of questions about their current diet, my expectations, and etc., and then helped me choose the one that best fit my dogs needs. My dogs have done very well on this food for about a year now, and they continue to enjoy mealtime.The store is always clean, and the staff friendly. I recommend this store to everyone.

Our 2 long-haired dachshunds were groomed, and had their nails trimmed. They did a fantastic job! They have never looked so good before. I would highly recommend this place for grooming. The staff was very professional and I had no problem with making an appointment.

It is sometimes hard to get an appointment but it’s worth the wait. The groomers are knowledgeable and kind and did such an expert job on our fluffy girl. We were so pleased with the job Erica did on Sophie and she had some great advice on how to maintain her massive mane.

They have tubs with built in soap and rinse options (super nice when washing the dog by yourself) that you can walk in with your dog to use. They also have a drying station. Staff was super friendly and helpful about how to use stuff and accommodating my questions. I think they do grooming too. I talked with the staff a little bit while picking up some dog food and they only carry brands that have not had recalls associated with their food so maybe these are a bit pricey dog food selections but less likely to poison your dog. They take a lot of care with the brands that carry.

I prefer this place for self serve dog wash. 4 shampoo options that automatically mixes in with the water and they often have extra brushes to use if you forget your own.

I had a terrible experience here today. A dog got loose from the grooming room and headed straight for my dog. It was more than twice the size of mine and totally out of control. I tried to put myself between them because the dog's owner and the employee made minimal effort to catch it. They were too busy laughing and expressing how cute and funny it was that he escaped. After a couple of sniffs, it growled and attacked my dog. I had to grab her by the neck to lift her up and retreat behind the counter to get away. The dog's owner and the employee did not acknowledge any of it or express any concern for my dog at all. When I got upset, they acted like it was somehow my fault. I understand that mistakes and accidents happen but the way the employee reacted was totally unacceptable and dismissive. I will never be back.

This is the only place close to where I live to get the dog food I need. Last time I came here on a Wednesday they changed their hours to being closed on a Wednesday. I decide the following month to come on a Monday and they've now changed hours again to being closed on Mondays. I understand short notice things but they don't have social media and it's frustrating to drive 15 minutes out of the way to show up and they're closed.
