It's got TV, fridge, bed, shower. It's basic. Make sure to ask for towels. It's cheap and right by the convenience store. Good stopping place when you're driving long distance. Just a place to sleep and shower.Noteworthy details: Gas station is next door.

We did not stay and did not get our money back We came in the door set our stuff down, open the beds. There was no sheet on the bed it was filthy, old soap in the tub food on the floor and they refused to refund our money. We were there for maybe 2 minutes. Do not stay here under any two circumstances I should have called the health department.

The bugs on the interior wall aren't that bad. I'm betting the reason I'll probably only get 2 hours of sleep is more likely going to be the temperature. It's 85° in here despite the fact that this top of the line AC from 1947 has been chugging on for 5 solid hours. If you don't have a tent and sleeping bag then at least you'll have shelter. You just might want to sleep in your clothes.

Not impressed. No hot water. Our room looked nothing like the photos posted online. Very run down. Very dirty. Towels were old and falling apart. Shower drain full of hair and I wasn’t going to clear it out. Asked for 2 queen beds and got 2 full size beds. Only staying for a few hours to rest my eyes, so I didn’t bother to make a complaint. I won’t stay here again.

Very run down which would be fine if things worked as they should. The frame around our room door was broken so we had to force the door open and close. Water for shower was hot but shower was just better than a trickle. Bathroom was very dirty. Sink in main room did not work. Refrigerator in room, but there was no where to plug it in. No microwave. Smart tv in room, but the WiFi does not work. No towels or pillows in room. Asked for them and was given one towel (no washcloth, hand towel, or floor mat) no hair towel or even a second towel or pillow for my boyfriend.

My experience with them was great. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean and tidy. The bedsheets were very clean and we could smell the nice fragrance.The women(daisy) who works over there is very nice and friendly. She is amazing in everything. The service is great. Everything is closer by. Like restaurants, gas station, and grocery store.

I’ve been here over a month. Great weekly rate that will help you save lots of money. Perfect place to stay long term for work. Nice quiet and clean. Friendly owner that is honest and will work with you. The guy even helped me change my tire on my work truck when I had a flat and no jack. Room has good heat/AC/fridge/microwave. The rooms also have Roku smart TVs so you can watch Netflix/Hulu etc. Great place for the price you are paying. I definitely will be staying here every time I have work in the area.

Do not stay. online prices seem good but when you get there the extremely bad smelling rude clerk ups the price by twice as much. Those rooms all gone he says eventhough not a car in the lot and ALL the room curtains are open. None of the 3 pop machines work. The room was dirty. The room was freezing. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower had NO water pressure and luke warm water. The shower wall was falling apart with mold in the wall. Don't stop here. Keep going there are better rates and rooms down the road.

Was planning on Tucumcari to relax but this Inn and town is a great spot.A very cordial owner who is renovating these comfortable rooms and a local market ( just a block over) with a friendly proprietor , a deli and plenty of cuisine.The local highway 283 is great for long distance bicycle or motor cycle cruising...Dodge City with its Gunsmoke history has much to offer.I'm staying a full week and plan to return as I travel through .

The room stunk, literally, it smelled awful. The tv didnt work, we werent able to access the wifi, and there is no laundry facility like their ad claims.Noteworthy details: Absolutely would not recommend.

We were traveling from Arizona to Wisconsin. It was at the point during the day that we didn't feel like we could drive any longer. I called to make a resort reservation for this room and after I made the reservation I started reading the reviews. I told my husband that we should have canceled because there were numerous reviews that were bad and also there were was at least one review where the people were saying that afterwards they were telling them that their dog did damage and that they were going to charge them for the dog when they never had any issues. The guy called us today after staying there and stating that our dog peed on his sheets and pillows. When we left the room the room was fine. We are not the kind of people that try to get out of paying or ruin things and then don't take responsibility for them. When I try to talk to him he kept on interrupting me and you eventually started yelling at me over the phone telling me that all customers are bad and the reason that they have bad reviews is because customers don't want to pay their bills and want a free room. He said I could call any hotel and find out that when I tried to explain to him that I there are other hotels that have good reviews in the reasons that he have bad reviews is because of the shape of his Motel he hung up on me. I would drive through the night rather than trying to stay at that place again it was horrendous the customer service that he provided

TERRIBLE! So terrible I didn't even stay the night! I walked in to the front office and asked to see a room. The guy at the front desk was rude and kept looking me up and down. He asked where I'm coming from and was baffled as to why I wanted to see a room. It's common sense that one would like to make sure the bed they will be sleeping in is comfortable. He proceeded to tell me that he will charge me $80 to see the room. I travel quite a bit for work and have never encountered anyone who acts like this towards a potential customer at a hotel/motel. He told me that the beds are new. I don't doubt that is true but from my experience I have been to hotels before where I took the person at the front desk's word for it when they said the beds are comfortable. Coincidentally they also had new beds. After unloading my stuff to get into the room I then ascertained that their new beds felt just sleeping on a sidewalk. Ever since that experience I always ask to see the room first. This guy blatantly told me to take my business elsewhere. Im appalled that someone in that line of business would treat a potential customer as such. If I could write this negative stars I would. This is a good enough reason for me to tell anybody who reads this not to bother even going there!

I didn't care for it at all I was overcharged the management is rude.. just because i wrote a bad review doesn't mean i am a bad person.. it just means i didn't have a good stay there ...i got up the next morning to check out and i called a number on door of office 730 am and nothing. I even rang doorbell several times and nothing.. i tried to return key because he charged me 70 bucks , i gave him a 100 which he said he would give back change when i check out .. so if me wanting my change back and the fact he was rude makes me the bad guy then so be it ...Regardless of everyone else who had a great stay ,, i did not ...

There is nothing to like and if I could give this a minus five stars I would. The guy lied to us and said the air conditioner was working but it was not and whatever came out of it smelled like a dead body. Everything was horrible about this place the bathroom was dirty and smelled and the toilet had stains in it and hair all over the sink there were no switch plates on the wall. There was a big stain on the floor. It was just the worst place ever dead body. body

This motel was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The first night I was put into a room with a broken shower, broken fridge, and bugs like you wouldn't believe. The next day I made the midde eastern guy that was working switch me rooms and he proceeded to tell me that i can't play my play station in the rooms because it was a "liability issue". Mind you I have never been to a hotel that had this rule and I've been in a fair share of hotels. So at this point i am upset enough I proceed to ask for my money back because of all these reasons above, and this guy has the audacity to tell me he is not giving me back my money. If you value where you want to stay and want it to be a pleasant experience this is not the place. There are hotels in the next town with cheaper rates and nicer rooms. I personally have a lawsuit pending with this hotel and have contacted the Kansas department of health. I have never written any bad review on any business for any matter even when i thought I should but i have to warn the general public about this place. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a motel. I wouldn't want anyone else to waist there money on this place. Please don't stay here. Sleep in your car before this place. I woke up to cockroaches and my sheets were dirty. My skin itched for several days after leaving this facility.

This place was very nasty.. And the owner was very rude. I went in there today to see about a room. There was roachs on the floor. And I checked the bed and there was some nasty stuff of the bed I have no clue what it was and wasn't going to find out but I went back and told him I'm not taking the room. And I left and went to dodge city instead.

Not sure what people are complaining about, outside is run down and inside was fairly nice. Room was clean and dude was friendly. Either way 65 for 2 people in a motel isn't a bad price.

We were kindly treated & although the room was a little over priced & the motel is older, we were delighted to be inside & escape a storm. In pinches we've stayed here several times over the years, & it has always been good enough.

I left my jacket in my room when I checked out. I live in Arizona, the gentleman went out of his way to make sure I received my jacket. I highly recommend SUPER 54 INN. They are friendly and helpful when needed.

I wish I could give it 0 stars! I pulled up to it, and drove away! It looks nothing like the pictures. It looks like a Motel from a horror movie! I'm driving my daughter across the country to college and was just looking for a cheap room to sleep, there was no way I was going to put my daughter in this dump!

Alfred bought this hotel and totally remodeled the place. He is a great owner who makes sure his guests are taken care of. Climate and microwave and fridge etc were all great. Hot shower too.If you ever need to stop there I really recommend it. Show less l like u Mr Alfred 😊

Too controlling. It's 100 degrees outside and they turn your AC up, making the room hot. So when you return to the room after a long hot day, you have to wait several hours for relief.
