Lady Manager was extremely rude. Asked to get help getting a tool out of the display case was being rude no thank you or your welcome and I asked her a question regarding the tool she proceeded to tell me “I don’t use these tools I can’t help you” but you are a manager at a hardware store.. luckily I am not from this area and will not be back.

Kathy and the rest of the workers at the Medicine Lodge, Kansas are awesome. I get greeted when I come through the door. They know I love Orschlen's plants and they well tell me if they are on sale. I enjoy going there because of this personilize treatment.Kathy has the store organized and it runs flawlessly or Kathy and her staff will make it that way.

I am mobility challenged and was having a bad day due to pain,I parked in handicapped and called the store manager ( Lisa),she was more than helpful and brought me outside and loaded into my car some cat food for my cats,I really appreciated the great service and kindness.
