Visiting area and found this local butcher. Glad I did because they had some great meats. I bought hamburger, pork chops, Italian sausage, and steak. Also bought some cheese curds. All were awesome. I definitely recommend coming here to get your meats, cheeses, rubs, and seasonings.

We got a half a beef processed here and the end result was about 60/40 ground beef. I am very disappointed in the hamburger that we received.

I took my deer in this year and had an amazing experience with them. I just processed one deer into ground, steaks and roast. It turned out great! We also had another deer made into whole meat jerky and it was the best deer jerky I have had. They are reasonably priced and very friendly. Im waiting on the euro mount now but suspect I will be very pleased with that also!

Had a pig processed and the bacon wasn’t bacon. It was more like ham. They stated it was fine. Been eating bacon for nearly 50 years but apparently I don’t know what bacon is supposed to look like, cook like or taste like. First and last time I will use them for meat processing.

Very pleased with these folks! We are from Wisconsin and hunt near Meade each year. We know good butcher shops because we have many in WI. These guys processed our deer expertly, and even processed one very quickly as we got the deer the last day we were hunting. They prioritized the processing of this deer very quickly, for a little extra money. 10 thumbs up for this place!!

Most items so far seems to be fine. Had a pig processed early this year. Was not informed prior to process that they had no slicer and that my bacon was going to be hand cut. It'd cut very thick and very uneven. Bacon was supposed to be pepperered and there is only a few specks to be seen. Had to repackage guite a bit of my product because packaging wasn't sealed air tight. Customer service wasn't good either. When I went to them they had an unjustified excuse for everything but never offered a solution. Would not advise using them if your looking for bacon. Be prepared to have to repackage some of your cuts of meat.
