The manager Kelly is extremely rude and unprofessional. She expects her employees to force customers to sign up for a Walgreens credit card. Who even wants a Walgreens credit card, Kelly? Nobody does. Here’s how life works, the employees ask every customer and they have their own free will to say yes or no. Just because people say no to a credit card doesn’t mean they’re not asking. Do better. And that haircut is as ugly as her personality 🤷‍♀️

The manager at this location does not effectively manage. She is rude, threatening and incredibly condescending. She lacks emotional intelligence. Do yourself a favor Walgreens and make some immediate changes within management if you want to keep employees and customers. To everyone else, I suggest taking your business to a different Walgreens location at this time unless you condone people's livelihood being threatened. Whatever you do, don't buy a credit card.

Shameful behavior Kelly. People wonder why no one wants to work? It’s this! Being treated like this. Forcing sales without paying sales commissions. Get a clue Walgreens. Focus on having Rx ready on time and long wait times. No one wants a drugstore credit card. Shame on you for treating employees like this.

everything was normal until checkout. I was checked out by Kelly, and I noticed that when I said no to the credit card her attitude totally changed and her pupils went to pinpoints. I wished her a good day and she said “I hope you have a BAD day”. I wont be going back!

Horrid place to work....they will fire you for not selling enough of their HORRIBLE credit cards and not getting enough donations to charity after a sale. Then they yell and put you down in a threatening manner and refuse if speak in a calm professional way!

The manager named Kelly was so rude to her employee in front of myself and my kiddos because I didn’t want to get a credit card and also make a donation. She scared my kiddos and made them cry with how rude she was. SMH.

Such friendly, kind, and caring employees that work here at this Walgreens location! I can honestly vouch and say that this Walgreens truly DOES care about your needs and illnesses. I have came here for my flu shots, and other shopping needs, and I have NEVER once left unhappy or dissatisfied. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice pharmacy and a great store, along with caring employees to help you out.

We were on vacation and my husband ran out of his anti nausea medication. The staff at the pharmacy was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in and out in ten minutes and could go back to enjoying our vacation.

The electronic answer/ ordering system doesn't work half the time. The called and said a med was ready, I drove all the way there, and clerk said they were out tell next day, ITS Insulin, I ordered the week BEFORE. They gave us all kids of BS, my Boss called and in 7 mins time low and behold it came in. Then had enough nerve to ask us to come back and pick it up. Wrong there gonna deliver. Get it together Walgreen's!!!!

Not impressed. I've shopped at Walgreens all over the country for years. This store had terrible selection, half empty shelves and staff was bothered to have to help. Not a great representation of Walgreens.
