It is Frustrating to be in the restaurant and wait on online orders. The store manager told me that online orders take precedence. So you can't tell how busy they are from the outside. The wait was more than my lunch period.I guess I'll find somewhere else for lunch.

Came to pick up a doordash order. Was standing in line for 10 minutes. When it was my turn, I told them i was here to pick up a doordash order. The lady working told me she didn't have time to get to it yet. And then she said to get the other customers first because they were here before me which is totally untrue. I had been standing in line for 10 minutes. Unreal customer service.They told me to wait until all the other customers were taken care of. And the customers kept coming in. So i just left.

This place has been horrible every time I go. They never have our items and they completely make the wrong things. Instead of telling us that they don't have the item they make the sandwich completely wrong 👎👎

I stopped by 6-3-21 5:30pmThe young lady asked for my order . I told her I was eating half , then carry the other half to work tomorrow.She is a people person and she listen .Great job and thank you.

As always when my wife and I go into Subway the restaurant is clean and it smells AMAZING! Gets you good and ready for that fresh Subway experience. The sandwiches are made to your specifications and taste just as amazing as they look being made! We will continue to visit this location as often as possible.

Bobbie the manager was very rude from the get go. No greeting. Seemed upset to even be making my sandwich. Asked her for double meat and she charged me for a whole extra sandwich. Menu says $3.00. She told me they charge by the inch for pepperoni. So I paid 20 bucks for a footlong. I like subway, but not in McPherson Kansas. Truly a terrible experience.

Shoutout to Adrian. Made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Not all Subways are the same and the person behind the counter makes all the difference. One of the best sandwiches and experiences I’ve had! 5/5!!

Employees are very strange. I asked for a foot long steak and cheese on wheat and he made me a one on white. I asked him and he said white will work so no changes happened. I had another sandwich made and it was chicken teriyaki with no sauce. He put sauce on it. He said he wasnt going to change it either. I left with two sandwiches not right for full price too. I wont be back. I see all the fast food places in McPherson are hiring slow and incompetent people to run them.

Horrible move on to other choices near by. Long road trip needed a quick meal for family in mini van. Went inside to place order and one employee doing everything. Cleaning and wiping hands on his clothing. Not a good start. Noticed a sign about the Subway App. As my wife orders for the kids I go through the process of getting the app. Employee has no idea of food handling and mixing the meats and vegetables. Vegies were not reviewed for wilted spinach and lettuce. Cheddar cheese looked like a mexican shredded mix used for tacos. There was no Cheddar. It was shredded Colby Jack. Wanted to use the app I completed thinking there may be a discount or points system and was told "too late you paid for it already." I has to walk out so I would not make a scene. Rude, poor hygiene practices. Not what I expect from a Subway.

I got.charged 10 dollars for a breakfast sandwhich advertised for 6.49 ask for banana peppers and he kept putting green peppers on it and argued with me when i brought up he rang me up for the wrong sandwhich and that i didnt know my vegetables. Will not go back

Apparently closes at 9PM means about 15 minutes prior...846 PM and the doors were locked. Turn you damn "open" sign off if you're going to lock your fricking doors early!! Unfortunately not the 1st time for this to happen.

Employee was obviously not happy to be at work, seemed as though I was an inconvenience for coming in and pulling her from the work she was doing in the back. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich but they didn’t have any egg whites. Won’t be back to this store.

I won't be going back. I asked for a meal and they charged for the everything and called that a meal. It's not the first time that I've been there and they have been rude and you ask for more of something they got upset. I will not be going there again.
