Very clean, nice and new RV sites, dog park very nice. We really enjoyed this place for the one night that we stayed.Also has a really nice walking path all the way around the park. We will definitely stay here again if we ever are back this way.

The location is great and the store is very bright and clean. There is a wide selection of merchandise and a good selection of children's products. The shelves are well organized and products are easy to find. The cashiers are all friendly.

Stopped in the repair shop in and out really nice fellas went to pick up my load and got back around 11 pm there was still plenty of parking well lit nice big shower only thing I didn't like is the dirty toilet and hair everywhere in the shower but otherwise pretty ok for my second time taking a reset here. Clean the restrooms better and you'll be the best one by far

A good place to stop and get gas, snacks and other little things. They have a pretty wide selection of things inside, from souvenirs to toys for kids and even some electronics. Their bathrooms are usually pretty clean and well kept. I use Upside to get discounts on gas and this is the only place in McPherson who participates, so I stop by with some regularity and it's usually a pleasant stop.

Went in to take a shower with my partner when an employee says "I'm not cleaning that shower"Like, come on. You couldn't have waited to say that until after we left? You don't know our circumstances. That's not what we were going to do. Sitting out in the car now to make my partner feel more comfortable.

This Loves does not have deadbolt locks on their shower doors. That is unacceptable. I have been walked in on while showering by 4 different employees at 4 different locations. The digital keypads do not work and I should be able to deadbolt the door when I take a shower.

Loved our overnight at this stop. Right next to Love’s Truck Stop but far enough from the highway to limit road noise at night.I was notified by email and text of my reservation and was able to check-in online when I arrived, although a very helpful employee greeted me at the entrance.The concrete pads are clean, oversized and level with full hookups. Plenty of room for truck and camper unhooked. Will definitely stay here again.

We had to get gas in our newmar RV and it was great! When we went inside to pay for the gas the employees were very friendly! They had a great selection of drinks, snacks, souvenirs, etc. The bathrooms were very clean and nice! If you’re trying to decide where to stop and get gas I highly recommend here!

Maintenance Facility here is not just knowledgeable but Top notch! Great attitude as well as customer service.At a time when good customer service is almost an impossibility, I cannot take the great service here for granted. People are very friendly. Specially, being a professional driver have a good nights sleep, and if you go to Hardee’s if you are a military personnel like I am show prof of service to staff they do offer discounts up to four dollars off. Plus breakfast is the most important day or pork most important meal of the day get you a burrito, the number eight with the tater tots, choice of drink, coffee, juice, water, etc. and begin your day rise and shine.

Shower was Great! Good size, with new towels. Staff is friendly. Only wish they didn't time limit the weary car drivers. Some of us drive a lot of miles each week too.

I was charged twice for gas because the first pump I went to the screen blacked out and it didn't say anything about taking the card. I got charged for wherever used the pump after me they will not refund the money for the purchase and my credit company won't refund the purchase. I shouldn't have to pay for the mistakes of their equipment.

Absolutely the nicest best laid out park we've been in. Wide roads and the widest spaces . The only drawback would be if the attendant wasn't present you'd be setting at the gate trying to make reservations to get a pass code to get in.That being said the attendant was in and happily done all the checking in on her computer. And everything was smooth from there.They have a walking track around the outside of the park that is very nice. Highly recommend this place.Also the price is about mid range $41.00 .

I always enjoy stopping by this location when I drive through Kansas. Fuel, scales, showers and a place to take a ten is all I need. I don't know who's idea the War Head Sour Watermelon Energy Drink was, although I'm pleasantly surprised it was actually drinkable...HA!

This shop is lazy & somewhat incompetent. Didn't grease my whole truck. They didn't fill my fuel filter while performing my PM! As a result, they were burning up my fuel pump for over a half hour trying to start my truck.

3rd visit where the pump pads have been disguisting. Windshield wash bugets smell like sewage, even though I spoke to a team member about it last time I was here and let them know about the odor.

It made no sense three workers two over there messing with the tea and water and all that stuff not feeling it but just discussing something while the one guy Kyle behind the counter was as rude as he could be when I said look at this line why don't you call one of your workers...I've got this I've got this... and finally after waiting 7 minutes not kidding 7 Minutes one of the other ladies said oh can I help you and came up to the counter😡😡😡😡😡 will be making sure we do not stop at that Love's again

My 11 yr old child that Has a mental disability was verbally attacked and assaulted by Store employee, Tina and Eleene Rivera.I know I am in long-term customer of loves would have never expected this from any of their employees. The amount of racism and downright inappropriate behavior towards my daughter, is sickening. I have recorded our entire counter with these two employees. I will be going to corporate with this and channel 12 news be ready

Today been a crazy day this employee at this loves tried me. I had registered a Efs check and tried to cash it the cashier took my check and said he couldn’t get the machine to cash my check because it was asking him for some numbers to put in on the computer and he didn’t know it. so he said he voided my check I had checked my account and the money was already took off by him. When I confronted him about it he said he voided the check I had called my job and they said the check wasn’t voided the money was took of my card and that loves don’t have the authorization to void a efs check I had called the police to get a report made. then the guy who took my money trespassed me from the property. I know it’s just $50 but this is how they treat us drivers. The most sad part it was the manager who did it. Please pay your employees more so they don’t have to still from the drivers

This isn’t just your regular truck stop/ repair center. It’s a friendly great atmosphere with awesome customer service, awesome service writers and amazingly awesome technicians. Anytime we can get through here for ANYTHING, repairs, inspections etc it’s such a pleasure! Service writer Al is so respectful, very courteous and professional, Technicians are just as amazing and knowledgeable, Justin did an amazing job this morning on our semi, very knowledgeable and just super pleasant, really knows his profession for sure! We will be back again as always for this great amazing customer service and knowledge. If I could give a 10 star review I would! But 5 ⭐️ for sure!

John & Chad in the shop helped me save my load fuel line had a hole in it, so reefer would not run without dumping ALOT of fuel everywhere, they repaired line before temperature got to high that triggered a tattletale

Clean truck parking area, clean showers. Was greeted with a smile, short haired lady at the desk.. just awesome really polite, helpful and was working really hard to keep things going. Need more people like her. 10/10 just because of her.

Very pleased with my Love's experiences. Clean showers,great coffee,a free place to sleep,staff helpful and polite. This is a very noisey place at night. Did not sleep well, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
