Great place to find basics in home repair as well as a few other household items and yard maintenance. With a large area dedicated to backyard BBQs and their restive supplies and then another area dedicated to cooking in general. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

We absolutely love Graber's Ace Hardware! The owners & staff are always helpful & so friendly. They always have what I need & on the rare occasion they don't, they order & have it for me quickly. This is usually where I go when I need a gift. Their home decor, kitchenwares, children & baby gifts, all of it is one of a kind & all make perfect gifts. Ace is also our go-to for any & all Duke Cannon. My husband & adult sons all love Duke Cannon & Graber's always has a big selection.

Very friendly and helpful would be the best way to describe Ace. Every employee has been kind and helpful. They have a lot of things you just cannot get anywhere else in McPherson.Edit: Years later and it's still the same great place to shop. Prices are a little high but reasonable considering there is still not many places to find the things that you can at Ace in town.

The staff is always very helpful and there's generally someone always on shift that is knowledgeable about the areas in the store. Thankfully each employee knows their limitations and if they don't know the answer to your questions they find someone who does without making you feel like you are inconveniencing their life. A definite positive!

You won't find a better hardware store for any need you have. Tools, home decor, paint, home improvement, you name it and they have it. The employees are more than helpful, they are also knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend enough!

Of all the hardware stores that are and have been in McPherson, Ace remains my favorite. They pack a lot into this store, but it feels like they keep things clean and neat and well lit. Just overall a more pleasant atmosphere than other local hardware stores. And the employees are pleasantly friendly, but not overbearing. And when you've got questions about a problem you've got or a project you are working on, there always seems to be someone there who can point out what you need.

The customer service at the Ace Hardware is like none I've never experienced before. The staff is always super helpful, they will ask you if you need help, you won't need to go find them. It's so refreshing. Plus if you are regular they know you by name and will greet you by your name. Now that's customer service. I go here for all of my hardware and household needs and would not go anywhere else.

I like the management. They always know where the items I need are located. It's open until 7pm and is a great alternative to going all the way across town to Walmart. They also have a lot of items that Walmart doesn't carry. Nice hometown store.

Frequently visit Graber's. They are always very friendly and helpful. We have brought our puppy in here a few times to socialize her as well. The store is organized very well and I enjoy seeing the new displays up front.

I was in today trying to find parts to fix water softener facet. No plumbers on week end. Roger spent more than a half hour helping find right parts and repairing the facet stem. The folks at Graber's Ace Hardware are always friendly and very helpful! They help me find what I'm looking for. The few times when they haven't had what I've needed, they have been willing to do a special order
