**** updated after a month*** figured I'd ask for FRESH FRIES. Guess it's to much to ask. Cold and rubbery. The girl at the window practically threw the bag at me and shut the window before I could say anything. Won't be back.Fries are usually stale. Staff usually friendly. Not over the top. Just enough to not be rude

Stopped for dinner last night, at 1st I saw the line and thought, this is going to be a long wait but I'm happy I was wrong. It went fast, I got to the window and from payment to receiving my food everything was smooth. My food was hot and delicious, shake made just right, I don't know who's running that Saturday night shift but keep up the good work, you're nailing your job!

As a picking eater, I love the ability to customize my selections. They also carry a wide variety of convenience store products at a reasonable price. As someone that transferred here from a long distance I am able to find products I miss from my home state ie. Fresh dairy products and Heinz sweet relish!

Brain's has become my go to spot for a Burger and fries.You get a combo meal with a half lb. Burger and Med. Shake for $11.I recently started removing the 1000 Cal. Shake to be a bit more healthy and if you do they knock some off the price.Hard to resist that shake. But the choice is yours.Oh and try the braum's sauce, great on them fries.

Ordered a bag of burgers, fry and 2 drinks. Ordered no onions w/ cheese. One out of 5 had cheese, 2 had onions and two were burnt. Like really burnt.

Strawberry poppyseed chicken salad was so much more than I expected - came with nuts, cottage cheese, pineapple, blueberries. Delish! Husband had the chili, which he said was very good. We both had ice cream before we left. If I hadn't been about ready to pass out from the 107 degree motorcycle ride, I would have remembered to take a pic. People were very nice.

I came in the other day and they were very busy. Most of the time if a worker can’t get to me they will try not to acknowledge me until they can take my order, but Myah let me know it may be a while because they were making everything fresh. She was very nice and stayed calm through the rush. She acknowledged the costumers and made me feel very welcome!

Drinks tasted horrible. They would not honor their advertised special and overcharged me. The food had no taste. No one would help us in the market side. We had to hunt someone down. This is not a good place and is a shame because Brain's used to be good but going downhill fast.

I've been a couple times now for lunch, it's been bad. Most recent experience- had the barbeque burger (forgot the official name). Asked to add lettuce tomatoes and counter worker said they aren't able. Burger was 99% mayo. Not a swipe or dab- a mouthful of mayo in every bite.I like their breakfast burritos and ice cream, which is why they get 3 stars. Lunch is bad.

This was a horrible experience! The burgers were good, however the fries were old. Plus, the biggest problem of all was the guy working the drive thru window. He was so rude. He slammed the door in my face multiple times, didn't even greet or talk at all, and when we didn't pull off fast enough, started to gesture from the other side of the window to go. I wasn't even sure he had handed me everything, because he didn't talk. He could talk, because I read his lips as he cussed about me not moving. I needed to check that all my food was in the bag as I was traveling home from a trip. Just rude and unnecessary behavior has marked this trip as failure.

Tonight they were so slow... Waited almost 15 mins in drive thru. Which is ridiculous!!!! If I didn't really want my thick chocolate shake, I would have drove off!

Open and well-lit store. Ordered and received our food with very little wait time. I ordered a burger and fries. While the fries were hot and fresh, the burger was very dry and over cooked. Store and staff were great. The food not so much.
