I was surprised at how nice it was especially for my kids. There were 2 bunk beds and they had their own TV so no fighting over it. Poll was nice outside pool looks great! And the buffet wowza! A bit expensive and long wait for my big family but we'll worth it!Rooms: Room was great even with my big family of 7. I could stop pushing the button to open and close the blinds lolFood & drinks: Go to the buffet and thank me later!

I really enjoyed myself and would love to return. The buffet was great 👍 I came it foe lunch and dinner and both times was amazing. I also stayed in the Sunset tower and was amazed by the view of the out door pool. Room was good and tub was deep and comfortable. The service was also great. The casino itself is filled with slots and also has tables. I recommend you take a visit 🙌🔥🙌

We stayed in the RV park which is great large sites and nice amenities. We also used the Cedar and Sage spa for massage and other services. It was hands down the best massage and spa I've ever been to. Tim the massage therapist is the best...he will find it and fix it. Desk staff in spa were so kind and really made the whole experience relaxing. It is beautifully decorated and a true experience. You can really see and feel the Native American influence with salt wall and authentic music. Also enjoyed saunas and water features. Several items from buffet were particularly good including the miso salmon and home made salads. I hope we make it to Kansas again someday so we can stay here. Oh...and the casino was really great with lots of slot choices and the staff there just as wonderful. We extended our stay here due to weather on our route but then extended it again. Just because we were having so much fun!!!

I came here for a short trip to gamble and did not stay in the rooms. The Casino was very busy and had a large selection of games to play. The smoking section was relatively small, so it was nice to play in the rest of the casino without dirty ashtrays and smoke clouds. In general things were very clean , and it was worth a drive to try something new.

This is a wonderful place. Excellent and modern facility. We had room 1060. Nice king bedroom over looking a gorgeous pool and fountain. Bathroom had a garden tub and shower was very nice. Staff everywhere was very social and talking with them felt like family members. Buffet was very nice. We are currently waiting for the Gary Allen concert to start. The event center is spacious and every seat is a good seat. Drink buckets and popcorn during event was VERY reasonably priced. This casino runs many promotionals and giveaways. Haven't taken many pictures yet but will update post with those. Highly recommend if you are in the area. We flew from Seattle doing family visits in the area and so glad this was a stop we put on our itinerary.

When I stumbled upon this casino in the middle of nowhere I wasn't expecting much, but I love when they Surprise me. I loved the fact that it's like a Vegas casino in the middle of Kansas. They have top golf, a spa, indoor pool, a gym, along with beautiful hot tubs and the some coming outdoor pool makes me want to come back just to enjoy. The staff was delightful. The rooms were nice but I do know they put me in the area that's getting upgraded soon so I can't wait to see what they look like when I return. Everything was relaxing and perfect for a getaway in the middle of Kansas. I will definitely be visiting again.

Casinos have changed over the past decades. I don't know how in world Prairieband Casino plans to stay in business. Because the last 5 times that me and my wife and sister have visited we have had absolutely no luck. I don"t see any large payouts. Seems to me you're not even staffed for success. We don't get enough action to desire to come back. Very disappointing!

The facility was much smaller than I thought. The casino was small, but clean. The employees were friendly. I stayed in the hotel and my room was very clean and the room was spacious. I got the room with the large tub and it was deep and long. Room to stretch your legs out.Overall a nice place about 30 min north of Topeka.

Stayed there with negative temps. There is so much glass in that place through the corridors on the hotel side that it is really cold going through or exiting your room. Air felt tight and suctioned in the room. The filter to air unit was thick with dust and installed backwards. However service desk and maintenance took care of the issue promptly! It is a beautiful hotel and resort. The hot tub was absolutely amazing. I do enjoy staying there and the staff is always friendly.Only real negative - I don’t think my sheets were changed prior. There was no fitted sheet. I pretty much always bring my own sheets anyways and blankets. I’ve stayed there multiple times and I absolutely enjoy it especially looking at the courtyard. Though it is closed when there’s inclement weather, it’s beautiful

The ultimate worst experience! Terrible parking. Not enough handicap parking spots. Canceled dinner reservation, treated the under aged children like crap, blood stains on one of the bed's blankets, TV didn't work, only very hot water for showers, & rude staff! No restaurants, other than a coffee shop & small sub sandwiches that taste dry with only a few mayo or mustard in packets for toppings outside the casino entrance. Our whole crew even left our trip early We will never go back. Take our advice and skip this place.

We came down to celebrate our nieces birthday with our uncle. He has been coming here for years. He enjoys the casino; it’s huge. We enjoyed the hot tubs, indoor pool, and the small game room they had. Our suite was amazing,but the smoke smell in the hallway was overwhelming. It was coming into our room through the door cracks. It would have been ok if we were smokers. The steak house was decent so was the buffet. The staff was amazing! We will not return to this location again due to being accused of taking the robes. I understand some folks don’t know not to take them, but I travel a lot so I know not to take them. That was upsetting. I’m not a thief and I don’t like being accused of being one. Especially when there weren’t many people who looked like me there. I don’t carry myself like that and never will.

This property is amazing! My organization loves having company parties there. The banquet services are top notch. Chelle and her team do a wonderful job and always so helpful and accommodating.The hotel rooms are very nice and clean!Definitely 5 star service and always fun things to do!Rooms: Very nice and cleanFood & drinks: Great food from the banquet and large selection from the on-site restaurants

Hotel rooms are horrible. Head board is all scratched. Lamp base is scratched up. The space where the refrigerator is kept is way to big and wood is broken, therefore the refrigerator almost falls on the floor when you open the door. There are no reachable electric outlets near the beds, rather they are on the wall behind the mattress. Not worth the money! Will never come back.

I had to stand in line for over an hour and wait to be seated for over an hour just to get cold crab legs.It doesn’t matter if my tier is fire eagle or spark. I shouldn’t have to wait until 8:00pm for room cancellations, if I’m paying in cash.

Older room that could use updating after they built the new addition. Do not like that you make reservations for a certain type of room, and it's on the first come, first served policy. It should be whomever makes the reservation at the time there is that room open. That's who should get the one they ask for. I mean, that's how most lodging facilities operate.Can't say that I have ever been "lucky" on any slot machine at this casino. Have never hit more than a $20 amount on any slots. I would choose to spend my hard earned money at a place that pays out better and more often. The food here has always been top-notch, although it is high for the amount of portions one receives. We will return as we have family in the area and need lodging accommodations.

I had the privilege of getting a room for two nights in the Garden Tower. I was very impressed! The room was immaculate! The entire hotel was clean and well kept! My girlfriend and I had a fantastic experience! All the staff that I spoke to were extremely helpful and accommodating! I literally have nothing to complain about if I wanted to. I love all of the effort to help the local population and fund education, community, etc! I have been here a couple times in the past, but this is the first time I stayed at the hotel!I will be coming back when the outdoor pool opens!What a great experience! Thank you so much for everyone's hard work and attention to detail. This was a much needed mini vacation and it was perfect!Rooms: Excellent condition! We loved the deep bathtub and the balcony door that actually opened!Walkability: My girlfriend has Multiple Sclerosis. She is able to walk moderate distances. We we were able to easily walk from the room to ALL the amenities the resort has to offer pretty easily! I have no doubt that if you made a request to be on the first floor or a more specific location they would accommodate.

Worst service downstairs in the top golf suite… worker was passed out when we walked in and the security guard had to call a supervisor down then when she finally woke up after the guard poked and shook her numerous times she today my boyfriends order then walked around the corner without taking mine… the supervisor finally came down and went back there with the employee and my boyfriend had to go around the corner and and tell them that I still needed to put my order in so they took it then laughed at me about what I ordered… got our food 25 minutes later (it wasn’t what we ordered)… with them still giggling at us… love this casino but do NOT recommend the downstairs playing room… felt super unwelcome… wish the employee and supervisor would’ve just handled the situation better… employees name was Jae and the supervisor had her badge flipped around or I’d name her too

Lady fell. I yelled help. Took 2 men to lift old lady. Again I yelled for emergency help help no was on the ball for this. It's was in front of cash machine. and the front desk players club could of seen it. She was bleeding above her eyes from her glasses cut her. She even dropped her hearing aid. The security could not hear, I was waving 👋 trying to get help. Seem to of taking to long. Finally er lady came. Took good care of her eye.. ☺️ she going to be fine.Food & drinks: 15.99 lunch

Nicest cleanest casino around, great comps, good buffet and steakhouse(steakhouse closed for renovations) inexpensive and good bar and grill, awesome staff, affordable drinks at the bar, lots of giveaways. Hotel has a nice indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor pool, elegant spa with a nice grotto, a small gym and arcade and virtual top golf. Only 20 mins from Topeka or Holton both of which have other dining options along with shopping.

It's a great place for people that understand that they are there to make money not give it away but don't get me wrong you can win some good jackpots it's just that if you don't you shouldn't be upset at the casino and go talking bad about it because I have been to a lit of casinos in the past 50 years and they are no different than the other casinos , maybe better than slot of themI've never been treated in a disrespectful way by the staff,the food is good and they have plenty of games to choose from go there to have fun not to get rich
