Longtime customer of Valley Vet (many years). Ordered a year's worth of horse wormer 2/23/24. Fifty one days later, my horse unexpectedly died. A call into Valley Vet, explaining the situation and requesting a return/refund. Nope. Nope, no exceptions. to that 30 day return rule. Nope. So - this is me, throwing $50-$60 worth of good wormer in the trash. Thanks Valley Vet - you guys are just super duper and I am no longer a Valley Vet customer.

Cheepest price in town in April 2024 with an expedicious service from order to delivery. Took four days total with regular Amazon shipping. They took extra care to ship my liquid order, placed in a zip lock bag and cap sealed with electrical tape just in case the seal broke in transit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I’ve shopped at Valley Vet since before the Internet! They are reliable and their prices and selection are competitive. I did have to return my items due to fit. They are a bit more do it yourself when it comes to returns and finding all the info on the items. However, the mostly free shipping almost all of the time and absolute quick delivery and assortment of supplies makes up for this 95 percent of the time. This is the second return I’ve made in more than 25 years of shopping. I’ll pay the return shipping. It’s fine.

Have used these for years on my donkeys, and each pair usually lasts me about 2 years. My donkeys usually wear them from late May to early October 24/7. Highly recommend these over the knockoff brands due to the Velcro fastener positions...as the donkeys are in able to undo them

Product arrived promptly and in good order. However, I had some on hand but wanted my automatic shipping to be timed to start after that had been used up (allowing for shipping time.) They could not do that; seems unreasonable that they just can't enter a ship-on date. That option should be available in their interface.

The pad that I ordered did not match the description at all. I wanted the pad with brown tones, and what showed up was red, white, and black. I know what I clicked on. Would not order from this company again. I also don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it, so I’ll just sell it for half of what I paid for to someone here in town.

On December 31, I ordered required vaccines for 6 foster kittens, not even thinking until after I had placed the order that it was during a holiday. Thankfully, Valley Vet Supply waited until January 2 to ship my order. The box of vaccines arrived on the 3rd with the ice packs they were packed with still frozen solid. This is definitely the way I will prefer to get my cat/kitten vaccines going forward. I was able to get all 6 babies their shots for less than the vet would have charged to do just one of them!

The ease of use is excellent with this product, and I will be using it again! However, I paid for overnight shipping and did not receive my product for three days. This may be the delivery carrier's issue and not Valley Vet's, but I don't know because neither one followed up with me when I inquired.

Fortunately, the terrific rep Dale helped me with an incorrect marking on this order of Oct. 9, causing it to be delayed. She told me that she would see that my future orders did not involve this USPS (badly functioning in Washington, DC) step. I am very pleased to say that my second order of October 19 was received immediately, and without this USPS delay, as Dale had promised. In this day and age, no order, (with available inventory), should take longer than a week to ship. I realize modern internet retail utilizes a supply chain network of subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, etc. but in the end, the main retail brand is responsible for the transaction. I ordered my product and waited. After 5 days of a product I needed for jobsite work, I just ordered from Amazon and the item was there the next day. I cancelled my order and received a notification the cancellation was confirmed and a refund was issued. Then a few days later the boots arrived. In the end all was resolved but what a PIA with all the calls, returns, etc. for a pair of work boots.

Easy site to shop, quick shipping, fleece are the thickest and best quality I've found and man-made materials. I use them for the grazing muzzle halter to prevent rubs. A bit warm, but no rubs. Shetland in photo gets his muzzle off in 6 seconds these days.
