I love dollar general but lately there is boxes and freight all around the floor that hasn't been put up and it's hard to walk. Also some of the clearance items with clearance stickers had the same exact as the product was beginning with as the sale price. They had really good clearance and sales last year but I'm not really seeing that this year. Good place for snacks though.

Edit (10/24/20): Change in management has caused the customer service to not be quite as good as it once was. There are more boxes in the isles, which can be annoying.Best DG I've been to! Employees are always helpful and have looked for needed items in the back when not on the shelf. This is the cleanest and most organized DG I've been to.

On October 4th 2020 I was in the Marion, Ks Dollar General......they were very busy and a very long line to check out.......the whole time myself and about 7 others were waiting to check out the 2 employees complained about their job and people not showing up for their shift....I told the girl that my shopping experience would of been a lot more pleasant if I didn't here them complaining about their job.....her reply to me was that I didn't have to shop there if I didn't like it......my reply was, if I didn't shop here you wouldn't have a job......very shameful and disrespectful to customers ....it will be a very long time before I darken the door of the Dollar General in Marion Ks

Very disappointed that employees were not wearing face masks. They told me they did not have to. I checked with corporate and all dg workers are required to wear masks. Hillsboro dg workers all do. That is where I will be shopping from now one and will encourage others to also!!!!!!

At time of this writing a fairly new store. It is a dollar store, so cheap prices of course. The staff is quite friendly and it seems well maintained. As Dollar Generals go, it is pretty decent.

Everyone is super nice, but the store needs some attention. There is so much stuff in the aisle on the end of the aisle you can hardly get yourself or a cart thru.

Literally the worst dollar general i've ever been to from marion, Peabody down to Wichita . This particular location NEVER has what every other location keeps in stock if your ever in marion county, go to the Peabody location instead, it's wayy less disappointing. Also this one is ran by circus monkeys. And they make you wait forever before ever getting to their register to check you out, it's like there's a rule to wait until the line is 10 people deep before going to the register to help anyone.

I stopped here on the way to Kansas City. Clean store, friendly staff. Fast and easy experience finding road trip snacks and bathroom was impeccably clean.

Store is fine but no one not even employees are wearing mask and with a sign stating mask required. Was not happy about mask not being worn.

It's a dollar store. It would have gotten 3 stars, but it's in Marion. The worst town with the most selfish, self-absorbed population I've encountered in 40 years and living in 3 states.

I am 13, I need spray paint for a school project, it is dumb I can’t buy it because you have to be 30 years old. This is dumb and I think it needs to be changed!
