The vets and staff are exceptional. We've gone through some very difficult diagnoses and losses with the team at Vetco over the last few years and traversed the challenges of finding effective solutions for a cat with mystery allergies. They are conscientious and transparent about costs and options, and gosh they love our pets. We've brought hard cases to their door, and they worked through with us so thoughtfully so that we have been able to make informed decisions even in the worst of situations. I hope in the future we have a lot more positive regular checkups because they're a really great team to celebrate the joys of pets with (and they deserve more good days than our hot mess express crew has brought around lately).Photos of our 2 dogs running Fast CAT.

These young ladies very good care of our new pup Jack! Got his baby nails clipped. They did a fabulous job. Jack was a bit frightening his first visit. We plan to do some classes with Maddy soon. I recommend this establishment.

Love the doctors here! We've been taking our dogs here since 2019 and they are so good to us.We had a dog who passed away in May who had lots and lots of medical problems. Vetco worked with us and guided us through her problems, especially when she was diagnosed with cancer. They were there for us every step of the way and I felt like the staff grieved with us. I recommend them to anyone with an animal!

I cannot express the absolute gratitude I have for this place and its staff. Dr. Frese, Sophia, Amanda, and the whole team were so accommodating for myself and rats. I was able to speak to someone at 0800 and they were able to see my sickest rat same day. They made sure she was well taken care of and told me about seeing a specialist in KC, but got us medicine ASAP. One medicine was expensive so they got me a paper script and found other pharmacies would be cheaper! I have fallen absolutely in love with these people and their care for my pets. Thank you all again from me and my "Spice Cabinet!"

Incredibly over priced, we did booster shoots and testing for two adult cats and it was supposed to be around $200 and ended up being almost $500. Even though environment was calm for our cats, the lack of pricing transparency and the testing they will just add on makes this honestly one of the worse places.

I was there to RENEW my cat’s rabies vaccine and the veterinarian administered a different vaccine that is more expensive without consulting with me first. They had on record which vaccine my cat gets and still chose to go behind my back to administer that one. They said that the one they administered is the one they recommend, but there was never a recommendation because I would have declined it.

My husband and I took one of our cats here today and we loved our experience. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and caring. We were going to go to another vet but we heard from a family member this one is a little better with cost of care then other places. We tried it out and since it wasn't bad with cost, we feel our cats still get good quality care with a reasonable cost for what they need. Which is a plus for us! :)

I really like the staff there! Receptionist was super helpful and friendly! Dr. Erin and her tech were amazing with my girl with some trust issues! They were really Patient and understanding so she could get the best care she needed! My other dog is everyone’s best friend so he loved all the attention and treats! Definitely recommend going plus great prices on top of care!

I visited the vet a few times only for basic things. We had our oldest chihuahua there and they loved him. They had made a suggestion that everybody else jumped around, flea collars. He ALWAYS had issues with his own pets and we just dealt with it every year for 14 years. Since we used the collars on all the dogs he has had ZERO pests.They also got to see my GSD which is VERY unpredictable when confined with strangers. She wouldn’t allow them to take her from me. Thinking quick on her toes they brought out dog cheese and asked me before giving it to her. Once she got over the fear of strangers she was bribed to the happy side by the cheese.I’ve had to call a few times to get copies of records and they’ve emailed them to me while on the phone!

We made an appointment for our new kittens, my husband was told $150 for two kittens for basic shots and it was over double the price when he paid the bill. They did shots we didn't ask for, definitely will not be going back

The staff and Dr. L were absolutely wonderful during an emergency my 10 year old dog experienced walking into the store for the groomer. They were compassionate, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend them and am so thankful for them. Thank you Dr. L!

Dr. Kvasnica and her staff were absolutely wonderful! The staff was very kind and friendly from check in to check out, and the doctor as very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me tips and made recommendations on products she herself uses, and taught me how to clean my cats ears myself. She explained everything throughly, and both my cats really liked her. The nurse was kind enough to take us through Petco afterwards and show me a few of the products that the doctor recommended. The girl at checkout was super friendly as well. I can't recommend this vet enough, probably the best exams my cats have ever had! 10/10 highly recommend, we'll be back again!! Thank you Pet Vet! 🤩

One of the best vets I have ever been to. I had an emergency with one of my guinea pigs and they were willing to get me in immediately even though they have been swamped all day. Everyone is incredibly nice and you can't beat the price. Best vet I've ever been to.

We recently switched to Vetco and have been so happy! Dr. Strathe and all the techs are so nice and make us feel comfortable. Our dogs actually like going to the vet now! Dr. Strathe personally called me with lab results and answered all my concerns and even followed up with an email. I love that we can make appointments online and then get emails and text messages about our visit. Making same day or next day appointments is great for peace of mind and I love that they have late and weekend hours.

According to the Vetco website and Google search, Vetco is open Sunday afternoon and they even allow you to book appointments for Sunday. I called to ask a question about our dog I wanted to bring in, and the recording said they were closwd. I called Petco, and they confirmed that they were closed on Sunday. Why are they closed when everything about them online says they are supposed to be open? It is a little irritating when trying to get a pet looked at on a Sunday.

Like the staff and facility but when I went there for an emergency that they could not have resolved anyway (they can't do endoscopies) they had me pay $400 for a bunch of X-rays. Then send me to the university clinic just to have all the x-rays taken again and pay another $500.

Well I have rabbit named August and he's been seen by Dr. K for what would have been one year this month. August gets his nails cut and ears checked every month, so this is something that at this point he's pretty familiar with and he never really gives us too many issues...he's a good bunny :)However, this last time that I went to get his nails & ears done I was SHOCKED to find that DR. K WASN'T THERE! NOT COOL :/Not saying that the other Doctor was terrible but I (and August) could "FEEL" the lack of whatever the word is you'd like to use, that made ME & MY BUNNY feel safe and secure WAS GONE!! August doesn't jump around when getting his nails done but this last time, he jumped a couple times & I could feel the tensions in his body as I was holding him during this whole ordeal which is something he usually doesn't usually have. Too say I noticed the difference in Dr.K NOT being there and it was MORE THAN ENOUGH to make me leave Vetco and find that OUTSTANDING Dr.K!Now I'm on the mission to FIND that AMAZING DR. K bc WHERE EVER SHE GOES....I'M GOING!The LOVE that Dr. K has for her furry friends aka OUR CHILDREN/KIDS ;) is UNMISTAKEABLE & there's NO ONE I would trust with MY BABY MORE THAN DR.K PERIODVetco has lost one hell of a Doctor. A doctor who LOVES what she does, ALWAYS goes above and beyond to ensure that my pet was comfortable (which in return makes ME comfortable) and bc I could tell that August could feel the love & concern from Dr.K, it made EVERY VISIT a breeze & if there was something that was making my baby uncomfortable, SHE MADE SURE that we fixed it and got August in the best mood possible.HER HEART LEADS HER & IT SHOWS!! THANK YOU DR.K FOR TAKING ONLY THE BEST OF CARE with my baby!!! It NEVER went unnoticed!GOOD LUCK in your future endeavors & I'll be seeing you soon!

I have gone to this vet since November of last year. For the last couple of months I have had issues with them. I have gotten the wrong dosage of heartgard for my pup twice in a row due not updating his records. I tried yesterday to refill them again and was told that he needed a heartworm test done. I was not informed ahead of time and he's due for his pills tomorrow. I'm sure they knew within the last 30 days that he would need this test.
